Mais avec des succ\u00e8s mitig\u00e9s. Car si chacun r\u00e9alise que publier une page Facebook ou tenir un blog \u00e0 titre personnel n\u2019est pas d\u2019une grande difficult\u00e9, transposer les m\u00e9dias sociaux dans l\u2019entreprise s\u2019av\u00e8re en revanche beaucoup plus complexe : il faut savoir aligner le fond et la forme sur la strat\u00e9gie et la culture de l\u2019entreprise, pouvoir argumenter face aux r\u00e9ticences et aux \u00ab incroyants \u00bb, et convaincre en premier lieu son boss du r\u00e9el bien-fond\u00e9 de ces outils. Et ce n\u2019est qu\u2019une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape !<\/p>\n<p>En fait la difficult\u00e9 pour une entreprise n\u2019est pas tant d\u2019autoriser voire d\u2019inciter ses collaborateurs \u00e0 utiliser les m\u00e9dias sociaux que de savoir comment les manager. Tout le reste ne serait que vacuum et promesse de normand pour quiconque aurait l\u2019ambition de transformer les pratiques collaboratives de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Or manager des m\u00e9dias sociaux ne s\u2019improvise pas. Tous ceux qui ont plong\u00e9 leurs mains dans le cambouis de ces outils du Web 2.0 ont davantage de \u00ab plantages \u00bb \u00e0 partager que de succ\u00e8s. Et c\u2019est heureux ! Donc s\u2019il n\u2019y avait qu\u2019un seul message \u00e0 faire passer, ce serait bien de se lancer pour apprendre en marchant.<\/p>\n<p>En la mati\u00e8re, l\u2019homme qu\u2019a vu l\u2019homme qu\u2019a vu les m\u00e9dias sociaux ne vous sera d\u2019aucune utilit\u00e9, bien au contraire. C\u2019est en forgeant qu\u2019on devient forgeron et il existe peut-\u00eatre autant d\u2019approches de ces outils qu\u2019il existe de cas d\u2019entreprises. Mais pour initier un projet qui ne coupe pas court apr\u00e8s quelques mois, il faut d\u2019abord comprendre de quoi l\u2019on parle. Et notamment \u00e0 travers ce qu\u2019on en fait les autres.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est fort de ce constat que l\u2019ouvrage collectif de MEDIA ACES, \u00ab Les m\u00e9dias sociaux expliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 mon boss \u00bb dirig\u00e9 par Herv\u00e9 Kabla et Yann Gourvennec, prend tout son int\u00e9r\u00eat.
