Dans son coup de gueule cybern\u00e9tique, Cohen nous d\u00e9crit les 3 mythes de la bulle m\u00e9diatique Chinoise : La premi\u00e8re illusion serait de croire que \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;ouverture \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie de march\u00e9 de la Chine am\u00e9liore le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat des Chinois. L&rsquo;ouverture a surtout renforc\u00e9 les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me, de \u00ab\u00a0croire que la Chine est devenue le plus grand march\u00e9 du monde\u00a0\u00bb. Selon lui, les \u00e9checs sont plus flagrants que les r\u00e9ussites, m\u00eame si les r\u00e9ussites dans l&rsquo;infrastructure sont significatives (dans un sens, l&rsquo;\u00e9chec d&rsquo;Areva sur le super r\u00e9acteur est aussi un signe).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me erreur d&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation selon Philippe Cohen : \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie de march\u00e9 am\u00e8ne forc\u00e9ment la d\u00e9mocratie\u00a0\u00bb. Comme le faisait remarquer Joe Klein de Time Magazine (voir ci-dessous) il y a peu \u00e0 propos du moyen Orient, \u00e0 savoir que la d\u00e9mocratie n&rsquo;est pas un &lsquo;cadeau&rsquo;, c&rsquo;est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un long et d\u00e9licat travail\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, pour Philippe Cohen, le r\u00e9sultat de la globalisation serait un d\u00e9sarroi partag\u00e9 des 2 c\u00f4t\u00e9s, et personne ne sortirait vraiment vainqueur. On savait depuis longtemps que l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas un jeu \u00e0 somme nulle, et qu&rsquo;il peut y avoir de vraies relations gagnant\/gagnant &#8230; mais aussi perdant\/perdant, ces choses l\u00e0 arrivent \u00e9galement h\u00e9las.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;affirmation que l&rsquo;industrie chinoise est essentiellement copieuse et peu encline \u00e0 l&rsquo;innovation, peut-on avancer avec certitude que la conception ne changera pas de main ? J&rsquo;ai peine \u00e0 croire que les entreprises chinoises ne recellent pas d&rsquo;individus cr\u00e9atifs.
