A quoi \u00e7a sert ? Moi, tout ce qui m&rsquo;appartient, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 moi.<\/p>\n<p>Donc je vais me mettre sur LinkedIn pour cr\u00e9er du relationnel, de l&rsquo;attraction.\u00a0Et ensuite \u00a0pouvoir rencontrer des gens dans la vraie vie, en dehors de LinkedIn.\u00a0Il y a plus de 600 millions de membres de par le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Je pense que 70 ou 80 du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de LinkedIn se fait dans la RH.<\/p>\n<h3>Ma\u00eetriser LinkedIn : le social selling ne dispara\u00eetra pas<\/h3>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2019\/11\/cas-usage-social-selling\/\">social selling<\/a> ne dispara\u00eetra pas car il ne se limite pas \u00e0 LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, il faut s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser \u00e0 ses interlocuteurs. C&rsquo;est du relationnel. On peut le faire sur n&rsquo;importe quel r\u00e9seau \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 on va se connecter avec d&rsquo;autres professionnels.<\/p>\n<h3>Ma\u00eetriser le social selling : \u00e9couter ses interlocuteurs<\/h3>\n<p>Quand tu formes des commerciaux \u00e0 la vente, je ne parle pas de r\u00e9seaux sociaux, \u00a0tu leur expliques avant tout l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de l&rsquo;interlocuteur.<\/p>\n<p>Ces m\u00eames commerciaux, la plupart du temps, on leur donne un outil qui s&rsquo;appelle LinkedIn. <strong>On leur dit \u00ab\u00a0tu as une base de donn\u00e9es de 600 millions de membres, vas-y, tape dedans !\u00a0\u00bb et on oublie les fondamentaux<\/strong> de savoir quel est l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de son \u00a0interlocuteur et on va lui envoyer directement un pitch commercial.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est comme si tu allais \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance de networking, tu dis \u00ab\u00a0Bonjour ! \u00a0Tiens, voil\u00e0 ma carte de visite\u00a0\u00bb. \u00a0Il faut cr\u00e9er la confiance au pr\u00e9alable.<\/p>\n<h3>Savoir ce qu&rsquo;attendent vos interlocuteurs avant de leur sauter dessus !<\/h3>\n<p>Dans mon livre \u00ab\u00a0Ma\u00eetriser LinkedIn\u00a0\u00bb, j&rsquo;explique ce qu&rsquo;attendent nos interlocuteurs sur LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<p>Mon expression favorite est \u00ab\u00a0comment aider vos interlocuteurs \u00e0 mieux faire leur job\u00a0\u00bb. Et cela consiste \u00e0 leur fournir de l&rsquo;information qui leur permet de comprendre le secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 dans lequel ils sont. Comment je peux <em>les<\/em> aider?<\/p>\n<p>En fait, c&rsquo;est du relationnel. C&rsquo;est exactement ce qu&rsquo;on fait dans la vraie vie.<\/p>\n<h3>Une philosophie du business, du networking et de l&rsquo;\u00e9coute<\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai des valeurs et j&rsquo;essaie de les appliquer dans tout ce que je fais, dans l&rsquo;utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux professionnels, dont LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait quatre ans que je partage et que je fais \u00e9voluer chaque \u00e9dition de ce livre.
