Voici notre reportage depuis Blogwell, \u00e0 Philadelphie aux Etats Unis.\u00a0<\/em>Le 9 Novembre avait lieu <em>Blogwell<\/em>, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement organis\u00e9 par le <a href=\"http:\/\/socialmedia.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SMBC, Social Media Business Council<\/a>, dont <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/blogs.ornage-business.com\/live\">Orange Business Services<\/span> est le seul membre europ\u00e9en. SMBC regroupe les grands groupes am\u00e9ricains qui utilisent les m\u00e9dias sociaux dans leur business. La premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9sentation sur les 4 auxquelles j\u2019ai assist\u00e9 ce jour l\u00e0 \u00e9tait celle de SAP.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/4950-192_0906_thumb.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-55520\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/4950-192_0906_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"347\" height=\"197\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sap.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SAP<\/a> est un des membres fondateurs du SMBC et il \u00e9tait \u00e9galement le co-organisateur de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, le rendez-vous pluri annuel d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux entreprises \u2013 toutes membres du council \u2013 qui utilisent les m\u00e9dias sociaux et viennent pr\u00e9senter leurs cas d\u2019entreprise devant un public rassemblant des participants de tous les Etats-Unis. Blogwell a lieu dans une ville diff\u00e9rente \u00e0 chaque fois.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019ouverture de SAP fut d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux dans les \u00e9v\u00e9nementiels, et notamment l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement annuel SAPPHIRE. SAP a une communaut\u00e9 importante sur laquelle ils commenc\u00e8rent de travailler il y a 7 ans, et qui comprend d\u00e9sormais 2 millions de membres.\u00a0 La pr\u00e9sentation \u00e9tait l\u2019oeuvre de Brian Ellefritz, Global Social Media Marketing at SAP, un ancien de Cisco qui a rejoint SAP pour prendre la t\u00eate du social media chez l\u2019\u00e9diteur germanique. Il est \u00e9galement un v\u00e9t\u00e9ran de l\u2019Internet, dot\u00e9 d\u2019une grande expertise du sujet Web et des m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Peu \u00e9taient dans la salle ceux qui s\u2019\u00e9taient essay\u00e9 aux vid\u00e9os live lorsque Brian posa la question au public. Ainsi, ce genre d\u2019usage des m\u00e9dias sociaux, m\u00eame aux Etats-Unis, reste l\u2019affaire de quelques professionnels qui se sont lanc\u00e9s, et la nouveaut\u00e9 du sujet reste enti\u00e8re (note: Orange Business Services est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sent sur ce plan, avec de nombreux reportages notamment sur ses \u00e9v\u00e9nements clients ; voir notamment <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20171004204908\/http:\/\/orangebusiness.posterous.com:80\/\">http:\/\/orangebusiness.posterous.com<\/a>, notre blog \u00e9v\u00e9nementiel qui vient en compl\u00e9ment de notre blog principal).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contexte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sapphirenow est le plus important \u00e9v\u00e9nement commercial de SAP et a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 il y a environ 10 ans. En 2010, SAP organisa 2 \u00e9v\u00e9nements simultan\u00e9s, un \u00e0 Orlando en Floride, et un autre en Allemagne, ce qui \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s ambitieux. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux jou\u00e8rent r\u00f4le important dans cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de SAP avec cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait de se mettre au m\u00eame niveau que son auditoire, et de ne pas juste les traiter comme une cible, ainsi que de d\u00e9montrer que SAP avait une grande pratique des m\u00e9dias sociaux. Une premi\u00e8re tentative avait \u00e9t\u00e9 faite l\u2019an pass\u00e9 mais SAP a voulu passer au cran sup\u00e9rieur. SAP voulait \u201cprolonger cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement dans l\u2019espace virtuel\u201d a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Brian Ellefritz \u00e0 Blogwell en ajoutant que pour l\u2019occasion, \u201cSAP avait utilis\u00e9 plus de bande passante que CNN\u201d, ce qui place l\u2019\u00e9diteur de logiciel sur un plan qui d\u00e9passe son cadre habituel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le concept d\u2019 ambassadeur des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des influenceurs mais aussi des clients et des partenaires de l\u2019\u00e9diteur allemand allaient en effet prendre part active \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement en relayant les informations re\u00e7ues lors de Sapphirenow. SAP voulait \u00e9galement \u201ctoucher ceux qui n\u2019avaient pas pu venir\u201d ajouta Ellefritz. Twitter joua un r\u00f4le central car toutes informations en provenance de l\u2019\u00e9venement y \u00e9taient pouss\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el. Le flux d\u2019information d\u00e9marra en Allemagne le matin et fut poursuivi par celui d\u2019Orlando l\u2019apr\u00e8s midi. Le flux Twitter Sapphirenow joua un r\u00f4le de pivot dans le dispositif mis en place par SAP. Des \u00e9crans g\u00e9ants furent \u00e9galement mis \u00e0 disposition du public des 2 c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l\u2019Atlantique.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme dit des \u201cambassadeurs\u201d fut d\u00e9marr\u00e9 2 mois en amont de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement physique. SAP s\u00e9lectionna 6 sujets principaux et 6 ambassadeurs pour chacun des lieux de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Les ambassadeurs devaient \u2013 pour \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u2013 avoir un nombre d\u2019abonn\u00e9s Twitter (<em>folllowers<\/em>) significatif mais ils devaient aussi satisfaire aux exigences de comp\u00e9tences requises par SAP. Des cam\u00e9ras portables FLIP furent distribu\u00e9es aux ambassadeurs. Les ambitions de d\u00e9part de la part de SAP \u00e9taient que chaque ambassadeur \u00e9crive 2 articles de blog par jour. Les ambassadeurs, apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00fbment sign\u00e9 le formulaire d\u2019autorisation de diffusion de tous leurs contenus re\u00e7urent ensuite de fa\u00e7on gracieuse des cartes de visite \u201cm\u00e9dias sociaux\u201d r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par SAP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un audit impartial, des r\u00e9sultats probants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Afin de mesurer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du dispositif, SAP d\u00e9cida de lancer un audit sur la d\u00e9marche, et de le confier \u00e0 une agence neutre charg\u00e9e de mesurer et d\u2019\u00e9valuer la p\u00e9n\u00e9tation des messages et la diffusion des contenus, et de d\u00e9terminer si cette diffusion \u201cavait un impact ou ne faisait qu\u2019amplifier un chaos d\u2019information\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats\u00a0 furent probants pour l\u2019\u00e9diteur, avec 1,5 million de vues de Twitter (<em>Reach <\/em>en Anglais, r\u00e9sultat donn\u00e9 par l\u2019applicatif de mesure <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220616043114\/https:\/\/cmp.falcon.io\/unionmetrics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Tweetreach.com<\/em><\/a><em>), <\/em>41 articles de blogs en 3 jours et 152 vid\u00e9os publi\u00e9es, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant 15.506 vues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels enseignements tirer de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le choix du compte Twitter \u2013 personnel ou business ? \u2013 \u00e9tait un probl\u00e8me \u00e9pineux, pas toujours facile \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019\u00e9tendue tr\u00e8s large des comp\u00e9tences a pos\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me car certains des ambassadeurs ne savaient pas bien comment Twitter fonctionnait ;<\/li>\n<li>le hashtag (le mot clef pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 du signe # qui sert \u00e0 distinguer et \u00e9tiqueter les contenus dans Twitter) a pos\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me aussi : 1 par th\u00e8me ? 1 pour tout l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement ? pas facile de choisir \u2026<\/li>\n<li>la vid\u00e9o en direct avec des cam\u00e9ras \u00e0 main a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de dynamisme certain mais a pos\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes aux \u00e9quipes en back office qui n\u2019arrivaient pas \u00e0 charger les vid\u00e9os en temps r\u00e9el sans cr\u00e9er des files d\u2019attentes et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du \u201cchaos\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>une fois tous ces probl\u00e8mes dig\u00e9r\u00e9s cependant, le r\u00e9sultat fut \u00e0 la hauteur des attentes avec la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019un pot-pourri g\u00e9ant d\u2019informations ;<\/li>\n<li>au bout d\u2019un certain temps, pr\u00e9cise Ellefritz, l\u2019\u00e9quipe arr\u00eata de se concentrer sur le nombre de tweets et d\u2019articles de blog et commen\u00e7a \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre et \u00e0 prendre plaisir \u00e0 participer \u00e0 cette exp\u00e9rience de reportage en direct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Le chiffre de 1,5 million servait surtout \u00e0 arr\u00eater les questions du management \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les interrogations sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des chiffres \u00e9taient au rendez vous cependant avec cette interrogation sur la r\u00e9elle signification du chiffre de 1,5 million cit\u00e9 plus haut. \u201cles 1,5 million a surtout servi \u00e0 arr\u00eater les questions du management\u201d a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on un peu fac\u00e9tieuse Brian Ellefritz, mais c\u2019\u00e9tait aussi \u201cle point de d\u00e9part d\u2019une prise de conscience de la valeur et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie mise dans cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement et dans cette initiative\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAP dope ses \u00e9v\u00e9nementiels \u00e0 coups de m\u00e9dias sociaux.
