Visionary Marketing est encore une fois partenaire m\u00e9dia de ce salon et pour l&rsquo;occasion, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;interviewer trois personnalit\u00e9s du data marketing, deux conf\u00e9renciers et un exposant. Commen\u00e7ons tout de suite par ce dernier, qui n&rsquo;est autre que mon ami <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2011\/03\/webleads-tracker-plus-tout-fait-une-start-up-du-mois\/\">Herv\u00e9 Gonay<\/a>, PDG de <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2018\/03\/15\/multiples-personnalites-clients-b2b\/\">GetQuanty<\/a> que j&rsquo;ai interrog\u00e9 sur son sujet de pr\u00e9dilection : l&rsquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2019\/07\/abm\/\">Account-Based Marketing<\/a> (ABM). C&rsquo;est un acronyme qui nous vient encore des Etats-Unis. <strong>En fran\u00e7ais on pourrait l&rsquo;expliquer en disant que cela sert \u00e0 concentrer son \u00e9nergie sur des comptes cl\u00e9s pour pouvoir leur vendre plus et mieux.<\/strong> Et du coup rentrer sur ce compte pour pouvoir faire plus de revenus.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\"><\/div>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, je n&rsquo;y croyais pas lorsque le terme est arriv\u00e9 en France, il y a 2 ou 3 ans. Tous mes clients me demandaient plut\u00f4t comment cibler un march\u00e9 plus vaste, comment on g\u00e9n\u00e8re des leads, puisqu&rsquo;en fait en marketing B2B, la probl\u00e9matique est de trouver le bon client.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Et quand l&rsquo;Account-Based Marketing est arriv\u00e9 je me suis dit \u00ab\u00a0Oulala, il faut arr\u00eater de faire de l&rsquo;inbound marketing, il faut arr\u00eater de faire du marketing automation, il faut tout arr\u00eater, il faut juste d&rsquo;abord r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et se concentrer sur quels sont les clients cl\u00e9s auxquels je veux vendre. Et deuxi\u00e8mement comment je vais pouvoir les approcher par diff\u00e9rents canaux.<\/p>\n<p>Cela a exig\u00e9 un alignement entre le marketing et les ventes c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire que les ventes disent au marketing : \u00ab\u00a0Arr\u00eate de me donner des leads que je ne vais pas traiter, mais concentre-toi d&rsquo;abord sur les clients que je veux avoir\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0 Cela a demand\u00e9 au marketing aussi d&rsquo;\u00e9couter les ventes pour qu&rsquo;ils puissent cr\u00e9er le bon contenu.<\/p>\n<h3>Alors quand on dit marketing et vente on ne s&rsquo;adresse pas forc\u00e9ment \u00e0 tous les types de vente ?<\/h3>\n<p>C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant puisqu&rsquo;il y a une \u00e9tude qui provient du Forrester et qui dit qu&rsquo;aux \u00c9tats-Unis \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 1 million de commerciaux B2B vont dispara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>Et cette \u00e9tude dit que ce million va \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par des outils\u00a0technologiques et data qui vont prendre la main pour essayer d&rsquo;entretenir une relation avec tous les clients.<\/p>\n<p>Sauf qu&rsquo;il y a un seul cr\u00e9neau o\u00f9 des commerciaux vont \u00eatre recrut\u00e9s, et c&rsquo;est le tr\u00e8s haut de gamme. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y a des ventes complexes avec un prix \u00e9lev\u00e9. L\u00e0 on va avoir + 15% du nombre de commerciaux alors que dans tous les autres secteurs avoir &#8211; 30%.<\/p>\n<h3>Quel est le rapport entre l&rsquo;ABM, qui est en quelque sorte chirurgical, et le data marketing\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Un chirurgien a aussi besoin de beaucoup de personnes autour de lui pour pouvoir prendre soin du patient.<\/p>\n<p>Si on consid\u00e8re que le client est un patient dont il faut prendre soin, bien \u00e9videmment il y a le commercial qui est en relation tous les jours avec son client, mais lui il doit convaincre non pas une personne, mais 5-10-15 personnes au sein de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Et en plus il doit maintenir la relation dans le temps. C&rsquo;est dire que le deal qu&rsquo;il voudrait faire avec ce client-l\u00e0 ne va pas se r\u00e9aliser dans les prochains jours, mais les six prochains mois peut-\u00eatre. Et c&rsquo;est que la technologie et la data prennent les choses en main.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;on vise un compte client cl\u00e9 sur lequel on voudrait pouvoir vendre un produit, il faut d\u00e9j\u00e0 pouvoir identifier l&rsquo;ensemble des d\u00e9cideurs et il faut en plus de \u00e7a, il faut pouvoir leur envoyer des messages cibl\u00e9s personnalis\u00e9s au bon moment pour que la d\u00e9cision se prenne.<\/p>\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que la data joue tout son r\u00f4le puisque lorsque l&rsquo;on regarde justement ce qui se passe en termes de comportemental sur un site internet avec des technologies telles que GetQuanty ou d&rsquo;autres technologies, on arrive \u00e0 savoir qui se connecte sur un site, les donn\u00e9es qu&rsquo;il regarde et on sait ensuite si cela vaut le coup de le recontacter ou pas.<\/p>\n<p>Si tu es en ABM, le syst\u00e8me fonctionne \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leads. La cible est d\u00e9j\u00e0 connue comme \u00e9tant une des personnes que je devais absolument avoir mon portefeuille. Donc si elle revient sur ton site il est absolument indispensable de le recontacter et de lui passer un coup de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, en le relan\u00e7ant sur la proposition que vous lui avez faite il y a quelques mois par exemple.<\/p>\n<h3>ABM PME et TPE<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;ABM n&rsquo;est pas fait que pour les grands comptes j&rsquo;ai plein de clients qui sont des TPE et PME. Avec la technologie et la data qu&rsquo;ils obtiennent, ils arrivent \u00e0 relancer \u00e0 u moment opportun des clients qui sont venus sur leurs sites et \u00e0 conclure.
