C&rsquo;est que les pratiques n&rsquo;ont malheureusement pas autant \u00e9volu\u00e9 que les outils et que trop souvent nous sommes oblig\u00e9s de r\u00e9expliquer les m\u00eames choses.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Souvent mal utilis\u00e9s par les marketeurs, les donn\u00e9es permettent pourtant de changer la donne, en mati\u00e8re de communication, de marketing, de personnalisation et d&rsquo;interaction avec les clients. Et ce n&rsquo;est pas nouveau ! Dans une vid\u00e9o choc Cyril nous livre ses r\u00e9flexions nourries de sa large exp\u00e9rience du terrain. Attention, certaines paroles pourraient choquer les marketeurs trop sensibles.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Transformation digitale des entreprises marketing : changer d&rsquo;approche<\/h3>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s Cyril Bladier, le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side en grande partie dans l\u2019approche qu\u2019ont les marketeurs du digital. A force de communiquer sur la marque, <strong>ils restent centr\u00e9s sur leurs produits ou leurs offres, sans jamais se pr\u00e9occuper du client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La transformation digitale passe aussi par la mani\u00e8re de communiquer. <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2017\/08\/social-selling-reseaux-sociaux-ventes\/\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;heure des r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/a>, on ne peut plus s&rsquo;adresser \u00e0 ses clients comme on le faisait dans les m\u00e9dias traditionnels. Cela n&rsquo;est pas une nouveaut\u00e9, mais Cyril constate h\u00e9las que trop souvent les marketeurs en sont encore l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est ici que la donn\u00e9e intervient. \u00c0 condition de savoir la r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et la traiter,<strong> la donn\u00e9e permet de mieux comprendre ses clients et ses prospects<\/strong>. Ainsi, en pr\u00e9cisant leurs profils, on peut corriger sa communication et m\u00eame l&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 chaque utilisateur.<\/p>\n<p>Le but \u00e9tant non pas de se concentrer sur son produit mais de r\u00e9pondre plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment aux probl\u00e8mes de ses clients.<\/p>\n<h3><b><\/b>\u00ab\u00a0Cela fait 20 ans que je suis dans mon secteur, je connais mes clients\u00a0\u00bb &#8230; Ah bon ?!<\/h3>\n<p>Cyril nous met en garde contre une erreur fr\u00e9quente : croire que l&rsquo;on conna\u00eet ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>Un e-commer\u00e7ant de produits pour b\u00e9b\u00e9, par exemple, va d&rsquo;instinct adapter sa communication pour les jeunes parents. Pourtant, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9 sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkwithgoogle.com\/intl\/fr-fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Think With Google<\/a>, 45% des utilisateurs qui ach\u00e8tent des produits pour b\u00e9b\u00e9 sur Internet n&rsquo;ont pas d&rsquo;enfant chez eux.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame sans investir, des outils gratuits existent, notamment ceux de Google. Il vaut mieux encore les utiliser que de ne rien faire, bien qu&rsquo;aller au-del\u00e0 serait une bonne id\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette conf\u00e9rence, Cyril nous expose sa vision du terrain illustr\u00e9e par des cas clients.
