Il en va ainsi \u00e9galement pour choisir et apprendre \u00e0 travailler avec une agence RP<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs le temps est autant le probl\u00e8me de l\u2019agence que du client. Quand une agence d\u00e9cide d\u2019aller sur un pitch, d\u2019accepter un nouveau compte, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle est en capacit\u00e9 de travailler avec ce client, d\u2019allouer le temps et les ressources n\u00e9cessaires. Mais le client doit aussi allouer des ressources en interne et bien avoir en t\u00eate que les relations presse lui prendront aussi du temps \u00e0 lui, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il a une agence. Il faut passer du temps avec l&rsquo;agence pour faire avec elle. Si on attend que l&rsquo;agence se d\u00e9brouille toute seule on se trompe et on sera sans doute d\u00e9\u00e7u.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>C.L : Une bonne agence ne serait-elle pas une agence qui sait dire non \u00e0 son client ? <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>N.H : <\/b>Oui, en quelque sorte, si c\u2019est fait de mani\u00e8re intelligente et intelligible, en apportant la bonne solution pour arbitrer intelligemment sur ce qui est prioritaire, important et poser les bonnes questions pour prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions. Organiser son temps et celui de son client efficacement au final.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite il y a l\u2019usage, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et la collaboration. Et c\u2019est comme dans beaucoup de cas, on ne sait jamais ce qu\u2019on \u00ab ach\u00e8te \u00bb \u00e0 100%.C\u2019est pour cela que le crit\u00e8re de la disponibilit\u00e9 est important mais il est induit. Et cela ne se voit qu\u2019\u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019usage \u00bb\u2026C\u2019est encore une fois un \u00e9quilibre entre les exigences du client, ce dont il a besoin et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.\u00a0Il faut aussi distinguer la charge de travail globale r\u00e9guli\u00e8re qui d\u00e9finit le cadre, et les urgences, les last minutes o\u00f9 on doit pouvoir s\u2019appuyer sur l\u2019agence sans compter.\u00a0 Bien s\u00fbr que la disponibilit\u00e9 est importante. Mais on ne peut pas demander \u00e0 une agence une dispo 24\/24h, ou alors \u00e7a se paye, et \u00e7a se justifie par le type d\u2019activit\u00e9s et de services qu\u2019on demande \u00e0 une agence.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.L :\u00a0 <\/b>Finalement l\u2019over-servicing \u00a0c\u2019est l\u2019affaire des deux parties. Une agence doit \u00eatre en capacit\u00e9 d\u2019alerter son client lorsque les \u00ab limites \u00bb du contrat sont d\u00e9pass\u00e9es. Un client doit \u00eatre en capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019entendre et de le comprendre. Car ce n\u2019est jamais bon de laisser une \u00e9quipe au-del\u00e0 de ses v\u00e9ritables capacit\u00e9s sans g\u00e9n\u00e9rer frustrationn, m\u00e9contentement mutuel et insatisfaction. Si on en revient aussi \u00e0 la gestion des outils digitaux, cela ajoute du temps pass\u00e9, des comp\u00e9tences et des ressources qui p\u00e8sent dans la balance.\u00a0Et un client doit lui aussi faire attention \u00e0 ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne avant que cela devienne trop critique.\u00a0C\u2019est aussi une forme de management exactement comme avec un collaborateur ce qui signifie flexibilit\u00e9, \u00e9coute et compr\u00e9hension r\u00e9ciproque.\u00a0Les diff\u00e9rences de rythme, de volumes de travail sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la collaboration car ils permettent aussi la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><b>N.H : Lorsqu\u2019on aborde la question du budget et des honoraires, on peut se poser la question : Est-il efficace de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer l\u2019agence avec une part variable selon les r\u00e9sultats?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>C.L : <\/b>C&rsquo;est une bonne question et elle revient constamment dans les n\u00e9gociations.\u00a0 A mon avis une part variable fausserait les objectifs en obligeant \u00e0 penser exclusivement en termes de chiffres. L\u2019activit\u00e9 et la performance du travail de l\u2019agence ne s\u2019\u00e9valuent pas exclusivement sur le nombre d\u2019articles ou de vues sur le web. On met une pression suppl\u00e9mentaire pour garantir un certain rendement mais qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le contre productif On devient focalis\u00e9 sur la quantit\u00e9 versus la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><b>N.H : C\u2019est aussi parce qu\u2019on voit toujours l\u2019agence les RP comme un centre de co\u00fbts\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>C.L :<\/b>\u00a0 Oui et d&rsquo;ailleurs c&rsquo;est le cas. En quelque sorte on cherche \u00e0 rentabiliser toujours plus. Il vaut mieux challenger l\u2019agence sur des crit\u00e8res plus qualitatifs.\u00a0Mais au final, c\u2019est une absence de confiance en l\u2019agence. C\u2019est aussi une remise en cause de l\u2019agence \u00e0 qui on demande de faire constamment ses preuves.
