Par passion, je suis un \u2018connecteur&rsquo; qui officie sur l&rsquo;Internet depuis 1995, o\u00f9 je publie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement depuis le d\u00e9but des papiers de qualit\u00e9 sur ce qu&rsquo;on appellerait aujourd&rsquo;hui le Marketing 2.0 (les approches de Marketing et d&rsquo;innovation ascendantes) et le Web 2.0 bien-s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n<h3>Au bureau et hors du bureau<\/h3>\n<p>Le Web 2.0, en quelque sorte, je baigne dedans depuis le d\u00e9but. Coop\u00e9rer, c&rsquo;est ma seconde nature, que ce soit au bureau ou hors du bureau. Les deux activit\u00e9s se nourrissent d&rsquo;ailleurs, car mon exp\u00e9rience en ligne est impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e de mon travail sur le terrain, mais mon travail en client\u00e8le ou dans mon entreprise est lui aussi enrichi par l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et le travail intense de veille et de conception que j&rsquo;effectue \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Je ne fais pas du Web 2.0, je le vis, c&rsquo;est beaucoup plus intense. D&rsquo;ailleurs, je fais partie du groupe French Web 2.0 de LinkedIn (voir le logo sur mon site principal, <a href=\"https:\/\/agence.visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/\">https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com<\/a> )<\/p>\n<h3>Si vous deviez expliquer le web collaboratif \u00e0 tout un chacun, qu&rsquo;est-ce que vous diriez ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la d\u00e9finition d&rsquo;O&rsquo;Reilly et de l&rsquo;historique et les d\u00e9bats autour du Web 2.0, le Web 2.0, c&rsquo;est le web collaboratif, c&rsquo;est le web o\u00f9 plusieurs personnes se mettent ensemble pour b\u00e2tir un projet, construire un contenu, vendre un nouveau service ou un nouveau produit. Le Web 2.0 surtout, comme l&rsquo;a dit Kosciusko-Morizet par boutade, c&rsquo;est le Web 1.0 qui marche ! Pour moi, le Web 2.0 c&rsquo;est bien plus que des outils, c&rsquo;est un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit, bas\u00e9 sur la collaboration et l&rsquo;ouverture.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Que repr\u00e9sente le web collaboratif dans le monde d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, quel impact sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, la technologie et autres ?<\/h3>\n<p>Cet \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9crit dans la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la question deux, cette g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9marche collaborative, c&rsquo;est \u00e7a qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re de la valeur dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 la v\u00e9ritable cr\u00e9ation de richesse et c&rsquo;est ma vision du Web 2.0. Car c&rsquo;est de cette g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 que d\u00e9coule la valeur \u00e9conomique. Pour paraphraser Bernard Cova, \u00ab\u00a0le lien importe plus que le bien\u00a0\u00bb. Le web 2.0 c&rsquo;est la prise de conscience de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie du lien, la r\u00e9alisation du projet initial du Web o\u00f9 le partage rend une autre \u00e9conomie possible. L&rsquo;impact humain et \u00e9conomique est donc facile \u00e0 voir, cette collaboration vient bousculer les rapports de force et les hi\u00e9rarchies, \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;entreprise. On en parlait depuis longtemps, certains d&rsquo;entre nous le remarquaient \u00e9galement, mais maintenant, avec le Web 2.0 cela devient visible de la multitude. Dans le domaine technologique, c&rsquo;est un peu la m\u00eame chose depuis des ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec l&rsquo;av\u00e8nement du libre et plus r\u00e9cemment, de technologies de rupture comme ajax, wordpress et surtout le wiki. Mais la r\u00e9volution principale n&rsquo;est pas technologique, elle est comportementale. On ne collabore pas avec de la technologie, on collabore sur de la technologie. L&rsquo;essentiel des enjeux &#8211; et des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices &#8211; du Web 2.0 sont humains. En cela, cela ne change pas d&rsquo;avec les autres syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;information.<\/p>\n<h3>Le web 2.0, et apr\u00e8s ?<\/h3>\n<p>D&rsquo;aucuns ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 le Web 3.0, le web de l&rsquo;immersion totale. Celui o\u00f9 chacun d&rsquo;entre nous aurait un avatar et o\u00f9 on perdrait pied avec le r\u00e9el, o\u00f9 le virtuel prendrait le pas totalement sur le r\u00e9el.
