Nombre d&rsquo;entreprises se posent la question d&rsquo;animer des communaut\u00e9s en interne ou en externe. Des outils existent, mais au-del\u00e0 du choix d&rsquo;une technologie, c&rsquo;est la d\u00e9marche, la mani\u00e8re de conduire du changement, qui sont souvent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9terminants pour la r\u00e9ussite d&rsquo;un tel projet. On peut alors parler de \u00ab\u00a0gouvernance de la plateforme communautaire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour argumenter sa pr\u00e9sentation, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Charles s&rsquo;appuiera sur deux projets, lanc\u00e9es au sein de son entreprise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.fr\/search?q=lio.plaza&amp;rls=com.microsoft:fr:{referrer:source?}&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8&amp;sourceid=ie7&amp;rlz=1I7GZAZ_fr&amp;redir_esc=&amp;ei=ev6iTMSRKY_KjAf58b2CAw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lio.plaza<\/a>, r\u00e9seau social d&rsquo;entreprise (RSE) interne \u00e0 la Lyonnaise des Eaux. On a beaucoup entendu parler de Lio.plaza \u00e0 son lancement il y a un peu plus d&rsquo;un an, qu&rsquo;en est-il aujourd&rsquo;hui? Quel bilan, quelles perspectives?<\/li>\n<li>La plate-forme externe\u00a0de dialogue citoyen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230202222308\/http:\/\/www.ideesneuvessurleau.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.ideesneuvessurleau.net<\/a>, plus r\u00e9cente mais tout aussi prometteuse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ag\u00e9 de 46 ans, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Charles, est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieur Supelec (1989) et d&rsquo;un MBA de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9\u00a0de Berkeley (1994).<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Charles a exerc\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes responsabilit\u00e9s dans les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;information, \u00e0 des postes \u00e0 la\u00a0fronti\u00e8re entre le m\u00e9tier et l&rsquo;informatique; dans le commercial, le conseil et l&rsquo;innovation technologique; dans les\u00a0secteurs des utilities, des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et de la banque.<\/p>\n<p>Il a rejoint la filiale Lyonnaise des Eaux du groupe Suez Environnement en 2007 lors de la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un service\u00a0d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie et \u00e0 la gouvernance du SI. C&rsquo;est au sein de ce service qu&rsquo;il cr\u00e9\u00e9 le p\u00f4le SI collaboratif\u00a0qui regroupe l&rsquo;ensemble des services de collaboration offerts aux 7 000 utilisateurs de Lyonnaise des Eaux\u00a0(messagerie, intranet, gestion documentaire, r\u00e9seau social, &#8230;).
