Le nouveau lieu est tr\u00e8s proche de l&rsquo;ancien et encore mieux situ\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Nicolas Sauvage sur l&rsquo;aspect juridique des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_55373\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-55373\" style=\"width: 520px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/prsentation-des-schmas-du-livre-les-mdias-sociaux-expliqus-mon-boss-creative-commons-1-728-e1597930568816.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-55373 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/prsentation-des-schmas-du-livre-les-mdias-sociaux-expliqus-mon-boss-creative-commons-1-728-e1597930568816.jpg\" alt=\"Nicolas Sauvage sur l'aspect juridique des m\u00e9dias sociaux\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-55373\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Nicolas Sauvage sur l&rsquo;aspect juridique des m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nicolas Sauvage sera le dernier \u00e0 parler lors de la conf\u00e9rence et donc il terminera sur une note g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et un sujet qui parle \u00e0 toutes les entreprises int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par les m\u00e9dias sociaux, qui est celui des <strong>cons\u00e9quences de l&rsquo;utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux et de ce qu&rsquo;il a nomm\u00e9 le \u00ab floutage \u00bb ou la confusion entre la vie priv\u00e9e et la vie professionnelle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Nicolas Sauvage est avocat expert en droit social et met r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en place des chartes d&rsquo;utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux pour ses clients dans le cadre de son entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Il traitera de deux grands types de sujets :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>premi\u00e8rement de la question de savoir ce qui est autoris\u00e9 ou interdit<\/strong> : dans quelle mesure peut-on interdire ? dans quelle mesure on autorise ? qui peut le faire ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>deuxi\u00e8mement, il abordera le sujet de la confusion entre le professionnel et personnel<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d&rsquo;un point de vue g\u00e9ographique (utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux et notamment de Facebook sur le lieu de travail), comment \u00e9viter les mesures ill\u00e9gales (\u00e9viter de devenir un Big Brother), comment mesurer l&rsquo;usage en question.<\/li>\n<li>Le deuxi\u00e8me point abord\u00e9 dans sa deuxi\u00e8me partie sera celui des m\u00e9dias sociaux utilis\u00e9s par les recruteurs dans le cadre des campagnes d&#8217;embauche et des droits et des limites li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;usage de donn\u00e9es priv\u00e9es issues des m\u00e9dias sociaux dans le cadre de ces recrutements (en Allemagne, une loi est m\u00eame en pr\u00e9paration sur ce sujet !).<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, dans un troisi\u00e8me point, nous verrons o\u00f9 s&rsquo;arr\u00eate l&rsquo;utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux : r\u00e9seaux sociaux publics en entreprise et m\u00e9dias sociaux d&rsquo;entreprises sur les r\u00e9seaux publics (comme Yammer par exemple).
