Ce dossier ne se contente pas de lister quelques uns des nombreux outils du march\u00e9 et leurs prix (au passage, on appr\u00e9ciera qu&rsquo;Internet ne veut pas dire gratuit, loin de l\u00e0 !), il documente les bonnes pratiques des entreprises en donnant nombre d&rsquo;exemples concrets sur la fa\u00e7on de <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/03\/utilisateurs-digital-workplace\/\">convaincre des utilisateurs<\/a>. A noter \u00e9galement, un article qui vous conseille sur l<a title=\"Reunions synchrones en 5 points\" href=\"http:\/\/management.journaldunet.com\/dossiers\/0602122reunions-virtuelles\/conseils-reunions.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">es bonnes mani\u00e8res de mener une r\u00e9union synchrone<\/a> en 5 points.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\">Un dossier (presque) complet sur les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_34510\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-34510\" style=\"width: 520px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-34510 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/02\/maxresdefault-e1575486891993.jpg\" alt=\"R\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance\" width=\"520\" height=\"339\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-34510\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">JDNet a publi\u00e9 un Un dossier (presque) complet sur les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p align=\"justify\">On regrettera n\u00e9anmoins l&rsquo;absence de nombre d&rsquo;outils int\u00e9ressants et fortement utilis\u00e9s (mais o\u00f9 sont pass\u00e9s Skype et m\u00eame le bon vieux Netmeeting ?) et le m\u00e9lange des modes de r\u00e9union \u00e0 distance qui sont pourtant diff\u00e9rents non seulement dans leur technique mais dans le fait qu&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;adressent \u00e0 des segments diff\u00e9rents (fondamentalement, les usages diff\u00e8rent d&rsquo;un outil \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre).<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\">Le faible d\u00e9veloppement des outils de pr\u00e9sence<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">En outre, les outils de pr\u00e9sence sont peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, sauf dans un des t\u00e9moignages, mais ils m\u00e9riteraient un d\u00e9veloppement, car ils sont devenus un point incontournable de la <i>r\u00e9volution synchrone<\/i> IP en cours.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">De m\u00eame, une composante importante de la conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 distance est la voix (je sais c&rsquo;est ringard, mais sans la voix on en peut se parler) pour laquelle les r\u00e9unions virtuelles sont exigeantes en termes de qualit\u00e9. En effet, quand on ne peut se voir, il faut bien s&rsquo;entendre, car la voix reste le v\u00e9hicule principal du contact humain \u00e0 distance (la vid\u00e9o reste un gadget pour l&rsquo;instant, surtout en milieu B2B).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Si on on omet les outils de conf\u00e9rence audio classiques, bien qu&rsquo;ils recourent de plus en plus syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 la VOIP, il faut trouver des outils alternatifs, et notamment les v\u00e9hicules de la conversation sur Internet (donc retour sur Skype, MSN, &#8230; CQFD).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Int\u00e9ressant dossier donc, mais surtout pour les exemples concrets et les bonnes pratiques, o\u00f9 on y trouve un t\u00e9moignage sur l&rsquo;utilisation de MSN en entreprise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert un vade-mecum sur les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance qui a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 quelques r\u00e9flexions que je vous partage ici.
