Ce laboratoire localis\u00e9 au coeur de Paris a pour r\u00f4le d&rsquo;accompagner les m\u00e9tiers de la banque et de l&rsquo;assurance dans les solutions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la transformation digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Mikael Le Bars fait partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Intelligence Artificielle &amp; Big Data de 89C3R. Ses missions portent notamment sur l&rsquo;exploitation des data lakes de Natixis et du Groupe BPCE.<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le sur lequel Mikael et l\u2019\u00e9quipe BGC Financements travaillent depuis fin novembre concerne la gestion des financements aux entreprises.\u00a0Il est pens\u00e9 comme <strong>une aide \u00e0 la gestion<\/strong> plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un module autonome et devra permettre d&rsquo;assister les \u00e9quipes dans la prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette assistance se mat\u00e9rialise dans l&rsquo;anticipation et la d\u00e9tection les actions qui m\u00e9riteraient d&rsquo;\u00eatre entreprises en priorit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/strong>Afin de s\u2019y retrouver <span class=\"s1\">dans\u00a0la <\/span><span class=\"s2\">volum\u00e9trie <\/span><span class=\"s1\">de dossiers, cet algorithme <\/span>devra permettre <span class=\"s1\">de mettre en avant les dossiers \u00e0 g\u00e9rer en priorit\u00e9, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de chaque mois<\/span>, via une visualisation sous forme de calendrier avec des journ\u00e9e color\u00e9e en fonction du nombre de dossiers qui n\u00e9cessitent une attention particuli\u00e8re<span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Comment con\u00e7oit-on un algorithme comme celui-l\u00e0\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La conception d\u2019un tel algorithme repose sur beaucoup d&rsquo;it\u00e9rations, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions du processus, notamment pour s\u2019assurer de bien faire le lien entre les donn\u00e9es, le mod\u00e8le et le processus de gestion<span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_30295\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-30295\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9crire et organiser la base de donn\u00e9es en fonction des besoins du projet.\u00a0Des mod\u00e8les ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des data sets, et l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des premiers r\u00e9sultats a permis de v\u00e9rifier la pertinence des variables mises en avant par le mod\u00e8le.\u00a0Il a fallu r\u00e9it\u00e9rer plusieurs fois l&rsquo;exercice pour \u00e9liminer certaines variables.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement il a fallu adapter l&rsquo;environnement big data pour pouvoir utiliser les librairies n\u00e9cessaires, tout en tenant compte des contraintes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 inh\u00e9rentes au domaine bancaire.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, une collaboration avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/indexima.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Indexima<\/a>\u00a0a permis de faciliter la visualisation de ces donn\u00e9es en environnement Big Data.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quelle utilisation en milieu bancaire ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-30310 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/20190257_1802-captur-Touchbar-MBP-e1551201971344.png\" alt=\"salon big data 2019\" width=\"250\" height=\"237\" \/>Pour que les donn\u00e9es soient pleinement exploitables, il est ensuite n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019allier cet algorithme \u00e0 des outils de <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2016\/03\/data-visualisation-avec-tableau-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">data visualisation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cet algorithme sera utilis\u00e9 au travers de la solution de visualisation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decideom.fr\/data-solutions-business-intelligence\/tableau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tableau.<\/a> On peut imaginer que si <span class=\"s1\">des utilisateurs <\/span>voulaient utiliser le mod\u00e8le dans un contexte autre que cette visualisation<span class=\"s1\">, les \u00e9quipes pourraient <\/span>le mettre \u00e0 disposition via <span class=\"s1\">une API\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En l&rsquo;\u00e9tat actuel, l&rsquo;algorithme brasse un volume consid\u00e9rable de donn\u00e9es et l&rsquo;objectif du mod\u00e8le est de pouvoir, avec ce logiciel de visualisation, faire abstraction de toutes ces donn\u00e9es brutes et fournir une synth\u00e8se qui donne, d&rsquo;un rapide coup d&rsquo;\u0153il, une vision des dossiers \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de compte, seul l&rsquo;expert du back-office sera \u00e0 m\u00eame de juger si ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9dit par le mod\u00e8le \u00e9tait effectivement pertinent ou non.\u00a0On ne peut en effet pas \u00eatre s\u00fbr \u00e0 100% que la pr\u00e9diction soit correcte, <strong>l&rsquo;avis de l&rsquo;expert sera toujours primordial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cet algorithme a-t-il des opportunit\u00e9s d&rsquo;auto apprentissage\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;instant le mod\u00e8le a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 comme une brique dans un ensemble d&rsquo;outils : outils de mod\u00e9lisation, de visualisation du mod\u00e8le, l\u2019environnement big data etc.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright
