Selon eux, Le mod\u00e8le organisationnel vers lequel tend l\u2019entreprise pour \u00eatre performante \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re digitale est agile et repose donc sur la collaboration. Une r\u00e9elle transformation digitale peut prendre 10 \u00e0 12ans.<\/p>\n<h3>Le paysage des outils collaboratifs<\/h3>\n<p>Dans ce 11<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> rapport on constate que le march\u00e9 des environnements de travail tend vers <strong>l\u2019oligopole<\/strong>.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-30151 \" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/acteursLecko.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"345\" height=\"326\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/acteursLecko.png 948w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/acteursLecko-318x300.png 318w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/acteursLecko-768x725.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Deux acteurs majeurs, Google G suite et Microsoft office 365, ont une part de plus en plus importante sur ce march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selon Arnaud, l\u2019adoption d\u2019un des deux leaders du march\u00e9 risque de devenir incontournable pour beaucoup d\u2019entreprises.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s difficile aujourd\u2019hui, pour de nouveaux acteurs, de les concurrencer sur le cloud et sur les fonctionnalit\u00e9s de bases.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, leurs solutions restent tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9es et ne sont pas encore capables de couvrir l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des besoins de collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, m\u00eame Google semble donner des signes de faiblesse. Le jour-m\u00eame de la sortie de ce rapport, ils annon\u00e7aient <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.fr\/actualites\/g-suite-nette-augmentation-des-prix-du-cloud-chez-google-39879419.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">une hausse de 20-30% de leurs prix<\/a>\u00a0G suite qui faisait r\u00e2ler certains clients comme mon ami <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hervekabla\/posts\/10157077517756967\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Herv\u00e9 Kabla<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Effet pervers de la taxe Google de Bruno Lemaire ? Signe que Google a la pression de ses actionnaires qui aimeraient voir cette ligne de produits rivaliser avec la vache \u00e0 lait Google Ads ? Difficile \u00e0 dire.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-30164 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/couv_T11-500x281.png\" alt=\"La transformation digitale des entreprises avec Lecko\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/>Lecko y voit que Google pourrait fl\u00e9chir sur ce march\u00e9 comme ils ont l&rsquo;habitude de le faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur tous les march\u00e9s nouveaux o\u00f9 ils investissent puis d\u00e9sinvestissent. Nous l&rsquo;avons vu\u00a0r\u00e9cemment avec l\u2019abandon de Google+.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Au del\u00e0 de ce duopole, Lecko remarque donc que d\u2019autres acteurs peuvent venir enrichir et compl\u00e9ter ces solutions avec des exp\u00e9riences de collaboration plus sp\u00e9cifiques, sur des usages pr\u00e9cis.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Slack<\/strong>, par exemple, est un outil de chatOps compatible avec Google et Microsoft.
