Les diff\u00e9rents outils \u00e0 disposition des commerciaux n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas m\u00fbrs non plus.<\/p>\n<p>On enrichit aujourd&rsquo;hui des CRM Salesforce qui n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re industrielle il y a dix ans et nous permettons d&rsquo;enrichir ces outils de CRM.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Vente et marketing se rapprochent<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, le marketing est tr\u00e8s outill\u00e9 et re\u00e7oit beaucoup de donn\u00e9es, via la business intelligence qui poussent des actions \u00e0 destination d&rsquo;un profil cible via des campagnes marketing.<\/p>\n<p>On a de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 les commerciaux qui travaillent dans leur coin sur une base CRM. Pour cela, peu d&rsquo;informations leur sont remont\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Nous travaillons dans l&rsquo;automobile, dans l&rsquo;assurance et bient\u00f4t dans l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, et nous observons que tous ces acteurs visent des cibles clients et des prospects de mani\u00e8re continue.<\/p>\n<p>Un client a achet\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re fois mais il va acheter des nouveaux services, de nouveaux produits et il faut donc que le marketing et les \u00e9quipes commerciales travaillent ensemble.
