Je fais \u00e9cho ici \u00e0 mon ami et co-auteur Herv\u00e9 Kabla qui sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hervekabla.com\/wordpress\/bye-bye-twittercounter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">son blog Kablages<\/a> a \u00e9crit un article sur la disparition r\u00e9cente de Twitter counter. Nous avons eu Klout il y a peu de temps, Kred l&rsquo;ayant pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9. Tous les outils gratuits des m\u00e9dias sociaux disparaissent les uns apr\u00e8s les autres.<\/p>\n<p>Il est vrai que Twitter Counter n&rsquo;avait pas \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis 10 ans. Le domaine s&rsquo;est consid\u00e9rablement mon\u00e9tis\u00e9 depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, les outils qui l&rsquo;accompagnent aussi. Cela est normal en quelque sorte.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les \u00e9tudiants auxquels j&rsquo;enseigne, ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9es, semblent bien obnubil\u00e9s par les outils m\u00e9dias sociaux et s&rsquo;attendent tous \u00e0 ce que tout soit gratuit.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s tout, l&rsquo;Internet s&rsquo;est construit sur le mod\u00e8le freemium et on ne peut les bl\u00e2mer pour avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 ce biberon-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e9las pour eux, les meilleures choses ont une fin. Il va falloir payer.<\/p>\n<h3>Les outils m\u00e9dias sociaux qui restent<\/h3>\n<p>Mais que nos lecteurs se r\u00e9jouissent, il reste encore quelques dinosaures, parmi ces outils m\u00e9dias sociaux, qui sont encore disponibles gratuitement.<\/p>\n<p>Citons notamment Fanpage karma (il faudra juste ruser pendant 15 jours avec un compte temporaire), Twittonomy (lui aussi dangereusement non maintenu depuis au moins 5 ans), social mention, tweetreach et tweetbinder.<\/p>\n<p>Ces\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandwatch.com\/blog\/top-free-social-media-monitoring-tools\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quelques outils subsistent donc, les articles sur le sujet, plus ou moins d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9, ne manquent pas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tous ceux-l\u00e0 seront encore donc plus ou moins gratuits, mais <strong>il existe une autre solution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Les meilleurs outils m\u00e9dias sociaux : vos yeux et vos cerveaux<\/h3>\n<p>Je sais que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves n&rsquo;aiment pas trop cela, mais les outils ne valent pas grand-chose. Ils mesurent tout mais tout ne se met pas en \u00e9quation.<\/p>\n<p>Les conversations ne sont pas quantifiables, la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses d&rsquo;une marque ne se pr\u00eatent pas aux statistiques, la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie de contenu ne se mettra pas en courbes.<\/p>\n<p>Les meilleurs outils m\u00e9dias sociaux seront toujours vos yeux et vos cerveaux et la bonne nouvelle est que ces outils-l\u00e0 seront toujours gratuits. Avec TwitterCounter, on avait acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es datant de moins de 6 mois gratuitement.Les informations collect\u00e9es par TwitterCounter \u00e9taient certes redondantes avec celles fournies par les API de Twitter, et on peut consid\u00e9rer que d\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re, TwitterCounter pouvait faire de l\u2019ombre \u00e0 Twitter.
