Y-a-t-il un sujet qui fasse plus r\u00eaver, un sujet plus int\u00e9ressant\u00a0? M\u00eame apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9clatement de la bulle, les nouvelles technologies continuent \u00e0 fasciner nos contemporains. L\u2019Internet est d\u00e9sormais rentr\u00e9 dans les m\u0153urs\u00a0et il est m\u00eame possible de payer sa femme de m\u00e9nage en ligne au lieu d\u2019utiliser les ch\u00e8ques emploi-service. (campagne gouvernementale de fin 2003 sur la propagation de l\u2019Internet). Les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones multim\u00e9dia sont l\u00e9gion, le SMS, dont on connaissait \u00e0 peine l\u2019existence il y a 6 ans, repr\u00e9sente environ 25% du chiffre d\u2019affaires des op\u00e9rateurs mobiles, et il ne se passe pas de jour que des journalistes, m\u00eame dans les \u00e9missions grand-public, ne nous \u00e9clairent sur tel graveur de DVD ou sur tel GPS de voiture \u00e0 \u00e9cran tactile.<\/p>\n<p>Et pourtant, lorsque nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce sujet \u00e0 la demande de Michel Volle, dans le cadre du club des ma\u00eetrises d\u2019ouvrage du 12 janvier 2004, nous nous sommes trouv\u00e9 face \u00e0 un dilemme, du fait de la complexit\u00e9 du sujet et de son caract\u00e8re prot\u00e9iforme. 15 ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es \u00e0 marketer des services et des produits technologiques, m\u00eame \u00e0 divers niveaux (Grand-public, PME, grandes entreprises, ventes directes, ventes indirectes, partenariats, France, Royaume Uni, Europe, reste du monde, interne, externe,\u2026) ne peuvent donner \u2013 quelle que soit votre exp\u00e9rience et sa profondeur \u2013 une id\u00e9e compl\u00e8te du sujet tant la t\u00e2che est immense. Notre exp\u00e9rience est ainsi ind\u00e9niablement \u2013 et sciemment \u2013 orient\u00e9e vers le B2B .\u00a0 Nous nous sommes efforc\u00e9 n\u00e9anmoins d\u2019aborder le plus honn\u00eatement possible toutes les facettes de ce m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9cisons \u00e9galement, que notre fa\u00e7on aborder ce sujet est assez orient\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;exercice pratique du Marketing, et qu\u2019il ne s&rsquo;agit pas l\u00e0 \u00e0 proprement parler d&rsquo;un travail de recherche.
