C\u2019est ce qu&rsquo;analyse en d\u00e9tail une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019agence <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellcom.fr\/\">Wellcom<\/a>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative de l&rsquo;observatoire du sens.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>La qu\u00eate de sens des Fran\u00e7ais selon Thierry Welhoff<\/h2>\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/brandnewsblog.com\/tag\/observatoire-wellcom-du-sens\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-29140 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/sens2-e1584280361676.png\" alt=\"Observatoire Wellcom du sens\" width=\"520\" height=\"407\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/strong>Il y a selon Thierry Wellhoff, fondateur de l&rsquo;agence Wellcom, trois grands domaines couverts par cette notion de \u00ab\u00a0sens\u00a0\u00bb :<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement,<strong>\u00a0le sens explicite\u00a0<\/strong>: c\u2019est la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 objective, l\u2019impact de l\u2019entreprise sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et son rapport \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vient ensuite\u00a0<strong>le sens implicite<\/strong> (ou sublim\u00e9) qui est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 subjective.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il y a <strong>le sens partag\u00e9<\/strong>, \u00e0 savoir le storytelling\u00a0; il n\u2019y a de sens que si on emm\u00e8ne le public et il prend r\u00e9ellement forme dans la co-construction et la relation.<\/p>\n<h3>Les Fran\u00e7ais et le sens<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019agence ViaVoice a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude aupr\u00e8s de 1004 personnes, repr\u00e9sentatives de la population fran\u00e7aise, pour le compte de l&rsquo;Observatoire du sens. Une conf\u00e9rence autour de cette \u00e9tude a eu lieu le mardi 18 septembre 2018\u00a0\u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maisondelaradio.fr\/\">maison de la radio<\/a>. N&rsquo;ayant pu nous rendre \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, nous avons interview\u00e9 Thierry Wellhoff afin de tout savoir sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Nous avons r\u00e9sum\u00e9 en quelques mots sa pens\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2><!--more--><\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29152\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29152\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29152 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/WELLCOM-Infographie-3-3-e1584280437450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"706\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/WELLCOM-Infographie-3-3-e1584280437450.jpg 650w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/WELLCOM-Infographie-3-3-e1584280437450-276x300.jpg 276w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29152\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">il ne faudrait pas limiter la qu\u00eate de sens uniquement \u00e0 des questions environnementales ou sociales.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le notamment que <strong>pour 58% des Fran\u00e7ais, ce besoin de sens est croissant<\/strong>. Ce terme renvoie \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0but\u00a0\u00bb mais aussi \u00e0 des valeurs, \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ou \u00e0 la famille. En effet, certains vont accorder au \u00ab\u00a0sens\u00a0\u00bb une connotation plus personnelle ou priv\u00e9e, comme <strong>\u00eatre utile \u00e0 sa famille pour 43%<\/strong> d\u2019entre eux ou <strong>se r\u00e9aliser soi-m\u00eame pour 33%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Au contraire, d\u2019autres vont adopter un raisonnement plus collectif. Transmettre des valeurs et un savoir-faire vont faire sens pour 43% des sond\u00e9s et pr\u00e9server l\u2019environnement est important pour 28% d\u2019entre eux.<\/p>\n<p>On d\u00e9gage donc <strong>quatre grandes familles<\/strong> : La premi\u00e8re famille, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>les engag\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, repr\u00e9sente <strong>3 Fran\u00e7ais sur 10<\/strong>. Ce sont ceux qui associent au sens une valeur soci\u00e9tale et qui attachent particuli\u00e8rement d&rsquo;importance \u00e0 la protection de l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me famille, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>les lib\u00e9raux<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, est form\u00e9e par les Fran\u00e7ais qui voient plut\u00f4t dans le sens quelque chose qui est <strong>\u00e9conomiquement viable<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire une vision du sens pragmatique.<\/p>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me grande famille, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>les enracin\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb est celle de ceux qui sont aussi int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement, mais avec une notion de patrimoine, d&rsquo;<strong>attachement au local et \u00e0 l&rsquo;identit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la quatri\u00e8me famille, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>les sceptiques<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, consid\u00e8re le sens comme quelque chose de trop conceptuel, loin de ses pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment donner du sens \u00e0 une marque\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019Observatoire du sens, on observe diff\u00e9rentes attitudes vis-\u00e0-vis du sens. Il est donc difficile de \u00ab\u00a0donner du sens\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 une marque de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. N\u00e9anmoins, vous pouvez instaurer une relation de <strong>proximit\u00e9<\/strong> psychologique (affinit\u00e9), mais aussi physique, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire g\u00e9ographique.<\/p>\n<p>En vous appuyant sur <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2016\/11\/storytelling-moyen-efficace-pour-ameliorer-ventes\/\">une <strong>identit\u00e9<\/strong> et une histoire claire<\/a>, vous pouvez apporter \u00e0 votre marque une notion d\u2019<strong>ancrage<\/strong> et donc de confiance. Le sens c&rsquo;est quelque chose qui se co-construit, ce n&rsquo;est pas quelque chose que l&rsquo;on d\u00e9cr\u00e8te.\u00a0Ainsi, il s&rsquo;agit de\u00a0cultiver ses relations avec ses diff\u00e9rents publics de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de respecter un contrat soci\u00e9tal en coh\u00e9rence avec ses missions et valeurs. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019<strong>\u00eatre responsable<\/strong> dans les domaines <strong>sociaux<\/strong>, <strong>\u00e9conomiques<\/strong> et <strong>environnementaux, <\/strong>mais surtout d&rsquo;\u00eatre responsable dans son activit\u00e9, garder les pieds sur terre.<\/p>\n<p>Mais il faut aussi avoir la t\u00eate dans les \u00e9toiles !
