Mais comment se construit cette intelligence collective ? Quelles sont les recettes pour fabriquer un <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2008\/11\/regles-d-or-web-20\/\">groupe intelligent<\/a> ? Cela pourrait para\u00eetre \u00e9vident. Mais non &#8230;&nbsp;Selon une&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/news.mit.edu\/2010\/collective-intel-1001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par le Massachusset&rsquo;s Institute of technology sur l&rsquo;intelligence collective<\/a> (qui dispose depuis quelques ann\u00e9es d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/cci.mit.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">centre de recherche sur l&rsquo;intelligence collective<\/a>), l\u2019intelligence d\u2019un groupe ne serait pas d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le degr\u00e9 d\u2019intelligence de ses membres et la somme des intelligences individuelles, mais par&nbsp;la <strong>sensibilit\u00e9 aux autres<\/strong> (communication non-verbale), et l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans la prise de parole<\/strong>, qui tiennent un r\u00f4le capital. Les femmes enregistrant dans ces domaines un score bien sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des hommes \u2026 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=u404iwC-_VI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">c&rsquo;est dans les groupes o\u00f9 le&nbsp;nombre de femmes est le plus important que les scores sont les meilleurs<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.skema-bs.fr\/facultes-et-recherche\/recherche\/observatoire-de-la-feminisation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019Observatoire de la f\u00e9minisation dans les entreprises en 2016<\/a> constate \u00e9galement&nbsp;que<strong> les entreprises qui ont un encadrement plus f\u00e9minis\u00e9 ont tendance \u00e0 avoir une meilleure rentabilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote quote-light is-layout-flow wp-block-quote quote-light-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>L&rsquo;intelligence rationnelle d&rsquo;un groupe d\u00e9pend de l&rsquo;<strong>intelligence \u00e9motionnelle du groupe<\/strong>.<br \/>Les femmes enregistrant dans ces domaines un score bien sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des hommes, <strong>c&rsquo;est dans les groupes o\u00f9 le&nbsp;nombre de femmes est le plus important que les scores sont les meilleurs<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/news.mit.edu\/2010\/collective-intel-1001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">source : MIT<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;intelligence collective repose sur deux grands principes : le nombre fait la force,&nbsp;et il est tr\u00e8s important de l\u2019organiser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les technologies des vingt derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (email, web, t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables, r\u00e9seaux sociaux, traduction automatique, etc.) ont<strong> rapproch\u00e9 les cerveaux et densifi\u00e9 le r\u00e9seau des intelligences connect\u00e9es<\/strong>. La bande passante entre nous est devenue \u00e9norme. Cela n\u00e9cessite de s&rsquo;organiser, et de suivre des r\u00e8gles et des recettes, car bien s\u00fbr \u00ab\u00a0les foules ne sont pas intelligentes spontan\u00e9ment\u00a0\u00bb. Emile Servan-Schreiber synth\u00e9tise plusieurs d\u00e9cennies de recherche autour de 4 ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il faut <strong>beaucoup de diversit\u00e9<\/strong> de points de vue, des mod\u00e8les mentaux diff\u00e9rents : ceci s&rsquo;appuyant sur la diversit\u00e9 ethnique, mentale, de formations, de territoires, etc. Les connaissances de chacun vont s&rsquo;additionner, mais les biais individuels de chacun, \u00e0 travers la confrontation, vont s&rsquo;annuler. Plus on est, meilleur on est<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il faut \u00a0beaucoup d\u2019<strong>ind\u00e9pendance d\u2019esprit <\/strong>: il est indispensable <strong>d\u2019encourager <\/strong>les points de vue originaux,<strong> l\u2019anticonformisme. <\/strong>L\u2019expression de points de vue oppos\u00e9s va nous rendre plus intelligents tous ensembles, et encourager la contribution utile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il faut \u00a0<strong>r\u00e9colter beaucoup d\u2019informations sur le terrain<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il faut, et ceci est tr\u00e8s important bien s\u00fbr, <strong>agr\u00e9ger tout cela de fa\u00e7on objective<\/strong>, par des m\u00e9thodes algorithmiques les plus objectives possibles pour agr\u00e9ger l&rsquo;ensemble des informations produites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019expertise ne fait pas partie de la liste. En effet, ces ingr\u00e9dients s&rsquo;appliquent aussi bien \u00e0 des novices qu&rsquo;\u00e0 des experts.&nbsp;On peut en effet <strong>compenser le manque d\u2019expertise par la diversit\u00e9<\/strong>. Si on prend&nbsp;beaucoup de personnes qui ne sont pas expertes, on arrive \u00e0 fabriquer l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;un expert (Emile Servan-Schreiber cite l\u2019exemple de 14 \u00e9tudiants en droit qui ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire aussi bien que le jugement d\u2019un avocat tr\u00e8s exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 !).&nbsp;Avec les plateformes num\u00e9riques on sait faire cela aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote quote-light is-layout-flow wp-block-quote quote-light-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>On peut ainsi remplacer une expertise tr\u00e8s pointue par beaucoup d\u2019expertises plus diffuses et obtenir des r\u00e9sultats souvent meilleurs qu\u2019avec une expertise unique.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019intelligence collective est au service de la pr\u00e9vision et de l\u2019innovation dans les entreprises<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019intelligence collective sert \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les deux fonctions principales du cerveau qui sont la pr\u00e9vision et l\u2019innovation.&nbsp; Elle doit rendre les entreprises plus intelligentes parce qu\u2019elles seront plus cr\u00e9atives en impliquant davantage de personnes dans les r\u00e9flexions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e9tabli que <strong>les entreprises les plus innovantes dans le monde<\/strong> ne sont pas celles qui d\u00e9pensent le plus en innovation, mais <strong>celles qui impliquent le plus d\u2019employ\u00e9s dans l\u2019effort d\u2019id\u00e9ation pour trouver de nouvelles id\u00e9es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personne individuellement n\u2019est capable de faire syst\u00e9matiquement de bonnes pr\u00e9visions. En revanche, Emile Servan-Schreiber observe depuis une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es que tous en m\u00eame temps, nous sommes capable de faire de tr\u00e8s bonnes pr\u00e9visions, \u00e0 condition d\u2019agr\u00e9ger les pr\u00e9visions de tous. Appliqu\u00e9 au business, il rel\u00e8ve que syst\u00e9matiquement,<strong> lorsque de nombreuses personnes sont impliqu\u00e9es dans l\u2019effort de pr\u00e9visions<\/strong> (par exemple pour pr\u00e9dire des chiffres de vente, le nombre de produits vendus, etc.), et d\u00e8s qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de nouveaux produits, donc des domaines o\u00f9 il n\u2019existe pas ou peu de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 analyser,<strong> la multitude des pr\u00e9visionnistes obtient des r\u00e9sultats qui sont 3 fois sur 4 meilleurs que ce qui est obtenu avec des m\u00e9thodes classiques, et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 21% plus pr\u00e9cises en moyenne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote quote-light is-layout-flow wp-block-quote quote-light-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Les big datas sont importantes, mais encore faut-il qu\u2019il y ait des datas, et qu\u2019elles soient pertinentes.<\/strong> Et dans de nombreuses de situations, elles ne sont pas encore l\u00e0, ou bien sont floues, d\u00e9structur\u00e9es, et ne peuvent \u00eatre rentr\u00e9es dans les machines. Dans ces cas-l\u00e0, &nbsp;<strong>l\u2019intelligence collective a son r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer bien plus que les machines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019\u00e8re de la superconnexion, o\u00f9 nous connaissons une formidable acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des \u00e9changes, o\u00f9 nous pouvons nous connecter avec n\u2019importe qui, instantan\u00e9ment, et de plusieurs mani\u00e8res, la bande passante est devenue \u00e9norme. <strong>Le rapprochement des cerveaux a densifi\u00e9 le r\u00e9seau des intelligences connect\u00e9es<\/strong>.&nbsp;Le moteur de recherche Google, qui ne fait que suivre des liens qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9s et construits par des webmasters humains, et &nbsp;Wikipedia, encyclop\u00e9die collaborative, sont de purs produits de l\u2019intelligence collective. <strong>Nous voici maintenant \u00e0 l\u2019heure de l\u2019intelligence \u00ab\u00a0super-collective\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.
