Visionary Marketing a con\u00e7u en 2018 un livre blanc \u00e0 ce sujet pour le compte de <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2016\/07\/12\/futur-du-content-marketing\/\">eZ Systems<\/a>, que vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger directement sur leur site. Pour le concevoir nous avons choisi un parti pris, d&rsquo;une part en \u00e9vitant de se focaliser sur les fonctionnalit\u00e9s (qui souvent accaparent les lanceurs de projets) et en se concentrant au contraire sur les grandes \u00e9tapes du projet de CMS. En prime, \u00e0 la fin du document, je partage mon exp\u00e9rience sur le sujet en faisant part de mes retours du terrain et de ma vision du\u00a0futur sur ces sujets. Et notamment un projet d\u2019usine \u00e0 sites qui continue \u00e0 cro\u00eetre (ce qui est un signe de long\u00e9vit\u00e9 dans un domaine o\u00f9 la technologie \u00e9volue au jour le jour). C\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e9galement l\u2019occasion de faire le point sur les \u00e9volutions des projets de CMS, notamment dans les grandes entreprises et pour les projets cons\u00e9quents.<\/p>\n<h3>Evolution du projet de Content Management System<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai pu mesurer les grands d\u00e9veloppements qui ont impact\u00e9 les projets de CMS de ses 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019une part l\u2019omnipr\u00e9sence de la\u00a0\u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2019\/09\/transformation-digitale-2-0\/\">transformation digitale<\/a> \u00bb, terme sur lequel on peut d\u00e9battre, m\u00eame si sur le fond personne ne viendra contester aujourd\u2019hui la place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante du digital, par rapport \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il \u00e9tait il y a \u00e0 peine 5 ans. Voil\u00e0 de quoi r\u00e9jouir les professionnels qui se sont investis depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es afin de travailler sur l\u2019importance strat\u00e9gique du Web. Cette bataille-l\u00e0 est quasiment gagn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Les impacts de ce point sur les projets de CMS ne sont pas neutres : professionnalisation\u00a0des approches, dissociation des aspects communication et business, gestion collaborative et d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e des ressources et des capitaux digitaux&#8230; Les points de rupture sont nombreux, et rendent les projets de CMS incontournables et fondamentaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le CMS, autrefois objet de communication, et n\u2019ayons pas peur de le dire, tr\u00e8s peu int\u00e9ressant\u00a0pour beaucoup de monde, est devenu un enjeu crucial et central pour les projets de transformation d\u2019entreprise qui ne pourraient pas fonctionner sans cela.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le de ces changements fondamentaux, il faut noter aussi les aspects technologiques profonds et rapides qui nous ont amen\u00e9s aux plateformes d\u2019infrastructures cloud et notamment de ce que l\u2019on appelle\u00a0le PaaS (Platform as a Service) : l\u2019\u00e9norme mont\u00e9e en puissance de ces plateformes technologiques et leur incroyable sophistication ont rendu les d\u00e9ploiements technologiques bien plus ais\u00e9s qu\u2019ils ne l\u2019\u00e9taient par le pass\u00e9. Au point d\u2019en bouleverser les organisations des DSI qui sont en compl\u00e8te reconfiguration.<\/p>\n<p>Les aspects de dimensionnement et de mont\u00e9e en charge sont ainsi bien mieux r\u00e9gl\u00e9s par ces\u00a0solutions en ligne qui permettent une souplesse in\u00e9gal\u00e9e. On n\u2019en n\u2019est cependant pas pour autant \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019\u00e9volution des projets de CMS.<\/p>\n<p>Je vois enfin ce guide comme une version de transition qui fait la synth\u00e8se entre l\u2019ancien monde du Web tel que nous ne connaissions il y a 10 ans et celui, encore naissant, qui nous attend dans les 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es.
