Le d\u00e9bat est ouvert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le social selling est-il une imposture ?\u00a0Faisons gagner du temps \u00e0 nos lecteurs, la r\u00e9ponse est non, ce qui est une imposture c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;en font certaines personnes qui diffusent des\u00a0id\u00e9es fallacieuses sous pr\u00e9texte d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Le social selling me d\u00e9mange depuis longtemps<\/h3>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 bien longtemps que j&rsquo;ai envie de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question dans ce blog, mais j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 le faire dans le cadre d&rsquo;une mission avec notre client Touch &amp; Sell <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2018\/06\/faire-oublier-technologie\/\">pour lequel nous \u00e9crivons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur leur blog<\/a>, sur le sujet de la vente. Un paradoxe ! Cela est bien dommage d&rsquo;ailleurs, car il y a beaucoup de postes non pourvus dans ce domaine et tous les ans, la France brille par son incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire correspondre l&rsquo;offre \u00e0 la demande des entreprises.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un comble, en ces temps de ch\u00f4mage, et aussi de difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, qui malgr\u00e9 la reprise continuent \u00e0 perdurer. Le commerce est non seulement un m\u00e9tier fondamental, mais il est aussi synonyme d&rsquo;enrichissement de fa\u00e7on consid\u00e9rable : il n&rsquo;est pas rare que dans certaines entreprises les meilleurs vendeurs gagnent plus que le patron.<\/p>\n<h3>Le commercial, un m\u00e9tier \u00e0 l&rsquo;image \u00e9corn\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Ceci \u00e9tant, le m\u00e9tier de commercial (d&rsquo;aucuns disent \u00ab\u00a0sales\u00a0\u00bb car commercial \u00e7a fait \u00ab\u00a0vendeur\u00a0\u00bb donc cloche, c&rsquo;est tout dire sur l&rsquo;image du m\u00e9tier) conserve son image de marque probablement h\u00e9rit\u00e9e du temps pr\u00e9historique du voyageur repr\u00e9sentant placier (VRP). C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire pas tr\u00e8s haut de gamme et donc moins valoris\u00e9e par les jeunes d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui comme cela \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas du temps o\u00f9 je r\u00e9alisais mes \u00e9tudes de commerce.<\/p>\n<h4>La vulgate du 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle : restez derri\u00e8re votre ordinateur pour \u00eatre efficace !<\/h4>\n<p>La Vulgate est donc celle-ci : il est beaucoup plus valorisant de rester assis derri\u00e8re un ordinateur que d&rsquo;aller sur le terrain se frotter \u00e0 des clients. Surtout que la pression n&rsquo;est pas la m\u00eame. On peut sans risque s&rsquo;abriter derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;\u00e9cran, c&rsquo;est beaucoup plus confortable.<\/p>\n<p>Loin de moi bien entendu l&rsquo;envie de critiquer le travail sur l&rsquo;ordinateur et le digital en particulier alors que je prends autant de plaisir \u00e0 exercer cette profession et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame plus encore qu&rsquo;avant. <strong>Mais l\u00e0 n&rsquo;est pas la question : pour vendre, il faut voir des clients, pour voir les clients Il faut sortir de chez soi et de derri\u00e8re son ordinateur !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 tout prendre, je devrais m\u00eame promouvoir ces belles id\u00e9es et les diffuser largement chez mes concurrents, la vente n&rsquo;en serait que plus facile pour moi mes \u00e9quipes. Car, dans le m\u00e9tier d&rsquo;agence de Web marketing aussi, et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame encore plus qu&rsquo;ailleurs, vu le niveau de concurrence que nous subissons, voir des clients n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi important. Je vous invite donc \u00e0 lire cet article o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai \u00e9pingl\u00e9 les mauvaises pratiques du Social selling ou plut\u00f4t, corrigeons nous, de la mauvaise compr\u00e9hension de ce qu&rsquo;est r\u00e9ellement le social selling. Car celui-ci, bien compris et bien pratiqu\u00e9, est un atout pour les professionnels soucieux de d\u00e9velopper leur business et celui de leur entreprise. Bonne lecture !<\/p>\n<h2>Le social selling vous \u00e9pargne-t-il d\u2019aller voir des clients ?<\/h2>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Un commercial doit-il encore se d\u00e9placer pour aller voir ses clients et ses prospects, ou doit-il se d\u00e9vouer corps et \u00e2me au \u00ab social selling \u00bb ? Je pratique le social selling, comme Monsieur Jourdain, depuis bien longtemps. Pourtant, je r\u00e9pondrai \u00e0 cette question, sans \u00e9quivoque, par la n\u00e9gative. J\u2019ai en effet l\u2019impression que le monde du marketing et du commerce est r\u00e9cemment devenu fou\u00a0: on y confond social selling et casse-pieds sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Si, selon <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2018\/01\/technologies-marketing\/\">Mark Schaefer, les marketeurs ont le chic pour utiliser la technologie afin de casser les pieds \u00e0 des clients plus vite et plus fort<\/a>, je dois avouer que les r\u00e9cents d\u00e9veloppements du social selling me font plus que r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la <strong>pertinence de nos m\u00e9tiers<\/strong>, \u00e0 <strong>notre \u00e9thique<\/strong>, \u00e0 <strong>notre place dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <\/strong>et \u00e0<strong> notre image<\/strong>. Mais aussi \u00e0 ce qu\u2019est la vente \/ ce qu\u2019elle n\u2019est pas, et finalement \u00e0 la <strong>r\u00e9elle d\u00e9finition du social selling lui-m\u00eame<\/strong>.
