Or, <strong>seulement 64% des entreprises mettent en place des mesures pour prot\u00e9ger leur marque sur la toile<\/strong>, ce chiffre soul\u00e8ve\u00a0donc plusieurs interrogations : <strong>les consommateurs font-ils toujours confiance aux sites e-commerce lorsqu&rsquo;ils ach\u00e8tent sur Internet ? Quel est l&rsquo;impact du march\u00e9 des contrefa\u00e7ons et de la cybercriminalit\u00e9 sur les marques ?\u00a0<\/strong>Pour m&rsquo;\u00e9clairer sur ce sujet, j&rsquo;ai interview\u00e9 <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/stephaneberlot\/\">St\u00e9phane Berlot<\/span>, Responsable des ventes de la filiale France et Benelux de <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20191013080259\/https:\/\/www.markmonitor.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MarkMonitor<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27879 size-medium\" title=\"protection des marques\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/protection-des-_30834058-500x250.png\" alt=\"47% des marques perdent des ventes en raison de la contrefa\u00e7on et du piratage\" width=\"500\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/protection-des-_30834058-500x250.png 500w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/protection-des-_30834058-1024x512.png 1024w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/protection-des-_30834058-768x384.png 768w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/protection-des-_30834058-1536x768.png 1536w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/protection-des-_30834058-2048x1024.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Une protection difficile \u00e0 mettre en place<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20180425161034\/https:\/\/www.markmonitor.com\/brand-protection-domain-management-resources\/anticounterfeiting-whitepapers-datasheets\/g\/online-brand-protection-business-global-survey-barometer-2018?cid=pr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de MarkMonitor men\u00e9e en novembre 2017<\/a>,<strong> 54% des r\u00e9pondants <\/strong>(924 d\u00e9cideurs marketing de 9 pays du monde :\u00a0le Royaume-Uni, les \u00c9tats-Unis, la France, l&rsquo;Allemagne, l&rsquo;Italie, l&rsquo;Espagne, les Pays-Bas, la Su\u00e8de et le Danemark)\u00a0<strong>consid\u00e8rent que la protection des marques est sous-estim\u00e9e dans leur organisation.<\/strong> Face \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de quantification de la valeur perdue \u00e0 cause des infractions (41%), un manque de donn\u00e9es fiables (32%) et une incapacit\u00e9 de prioriser les infractions (29%), les entreprises ont de grandes difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre des mesures ad\u00e9quates en terme de protection. D&rsquo;autres sont dans l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 de mener une strat\u00e9gie de protection de marque pour deux raisons : un co\u00fbt trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 (65%) et un manque de temps et de ressources (64%).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>De nouvelles technologies qui aident les marques&#8230; et les contrefacteurs<\/h2>\n<p>Et cette situation ne risque pas de s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es, en effet, <strong>58% des r\u00e9pondants affirment que la protection des marques deviendra de plus en plus difficile au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es<\/strong>. Selon les r\u00e9pondants, cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents facteurs :\u00a0le progr\u00e8s des r\u00e9seaux sociaux (61%), les Big Data (52%) ou l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle (51%). Ces canaux digitaux repr\u00e9sentent des opportunit\u00e9s pour les marques, mais \u00e9galement pour les acteurs internationaux de la contrefa\u00e7on. Tout comme les entreprises, ils utiliseront ces outils digitaux pour am\u00e9liorer leurs ventes. Il sera donc encore plus difficile de lutter contre le march\u00e9 de contrefa\u00e7on.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Des pertes de revenu importantes<\/h2>\n<p>La contrefa\u00e7on et la cybercriminalit\u00e9 ont un impact sur le r\u00e9sultat net des entreprises, en effet, comme\u00a0\u00e9nonc\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des marques perdent des ventes en raison de la contrefa\u00e7on. Parmi les marques touch\u00e9es, <strong>7 marques sur 10 font \u00e9tat d&rsquo;une perte pouvant atteindre 25%<\/strong>. Ces pertes se caract\u00e9risent par une diminution de trafic web ou des frais de service apr\u00e8s vente.<\/p>\n<p>En plus des pertes financi\u00e8res, cela remet en cause l&rsquo;image de marque des entreprises et affaiblit la relation de confiance \u00e9tablie avec ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, pour\u00a0lutter contre la contrefa\u00e7on, les marques intentent couramment des actions en justice. Sans relation de confiance, la vente ne peut se faire.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi, les entreprises qui en ont les moyens financiers mettent en <strong>place un plan de protection de marque<\/strong>. <strong>Leur principal objectif (28%) est de veiller sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs clients.<\/strong> Comme je vous en ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2016\/06\/e-reputation\/\">pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent article ici<\/a>, l&rsquo;e-r\u00e9putation a \u00e9galement une place importante, elle permet aux marques de se diff\u00e9rencier de leurs concurrents et ainsi attirer de nouveaux clients.
