Et pour aider l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 faire un choix rationnel, <strong>une grille d\u2019\u00e9valuation peut \u00eatre utile<\/strong>, comme vous pouvez le voir ci-dessous. Est-il suffisamment proche g\u00e9ographiquement de son client\u00a0? Saura-t-il d\u00e9passer son r\u00f4le de simple int\u00e9grateur pour <strong>endosser celui de partenaire<\/strong>\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formation et \u00e9volution\u00a0: <\/strong>une fois le CMS mis en place, le projet n\u2019en est pas termin\u00e9 pour autant. La quantit\u00e9 de travail \u00e0 effectuer par les acteurs du projet sera consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite, mais certaines actions seront indispensables pour adapter le CMS aux nouveaux besoins et contraintes.
