Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un de mes pires cauchemars. J&rsquo;ai beau faire des efforts incroyables, elle n&rsquo;est jamais juste, jamais \u00e0 jour. Et j&rsquo;en ai partout : la base de contacts de mon CRM, de mon carnet Outlook, de LinkedIn, de Twitter, de Facebook, etc. etc. Mais ce cauchemar n&rsquo;est pas que le mien. La base de contacts est en effet la b\u00eate noire de toutes les entreprises, surtout les petites et les moyennes entreprises qui ne peuvent lib\u00e9rer des budgets cons\u00e9quents pour d\u00e9doublonner les donn\u00e9es et corriger les erreurs des bases de contact.\u00a0Je connais <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/cohendenis\/\">Denis Cohen<\/span> de longue date et quand il m&rsquo;a invit\u00e9 \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/stationf.co\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Station F<\/strong><\/a> pour d\u00e9couvrir sa nouvelle start-up je m&rsquo;attendais \u00e0 quelque chose de beau, mais pas d&rsquo;aussi impressionnant. Avec un peu d&rsquo;intelligence dans la conception et dans la programmation, Denis a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er ce qui pourrait bien devenir un champion du B2B. Cet incubateur comprend 200 positions, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire qu\u2019il accueille \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 80 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. Mais il y a bien d&rsquo;autres programmes dans Station F. Dans l\u2019ensemble Station F est un b\u00e2timent absolument immense, c\u2019est 1000 start ups et 3000 personnes qui sont ici r\u00e9parties sur trois b\u00e2timents principaux.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Parlons plut\u00f4t de ta start-up, vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de relever le d\u00e9fi des bases de contact commerciales. Pourquoi ?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les contacts et leur qualit\u00e9 sont le premier type de probl\u00e8me que toute soci\u00e9t\u00e9 rencontre dans le cadre de son d\u00e9veloppement. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire que d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;on veut augmenter le chiffre d\u2019affaires de son entreprise, on doit voir de nouveaux clients et on est donc dans l\u2019obligation de se cr\u00e9er de nouveaux contacts.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Finalement, on se rend compte qu&rsquo;on a tous des contacts \u00e9parpill\u00e9s dans tous les sens, que ce soit dans son CRM, dans les carnets de contact des commerciaux, et des quantit\u00e9s de logiciels diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p><b>Or, la base de contacts est la colonne vert\u00e9brale de toute activit\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En effet, celle-ci sert aux gens du marketing, aux commerciaux, c&rsquo;est aussi une colonne vert\u00e9brale pour les applications, que ce soit des CRM comme Salesforce Pipedrive ou m\u00eame Outlook.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les contacts, bien qu\u2019\u00e9tant cette colonne vert\u00e9brale, sont aussi victimes de la pauvre qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es : Nous sommes tous confront\u00e9s \u00e0 cela. Les adresses emails qui ne sont plus bonnes, les doublons, les infos qui ne sont pas qualifi\u00e9es et en fait, c\u2019est \u00e0 cette \u00ab\u00a0douleur\u00a0\u00bb que nous nous sommes attaqu\u00e9.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nous essayons de r\u00e9soudre tout cela de mani\u00e8re compl\u00e8tement automatique sans avoir besoin de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ni de faire de manipulations. On se connecte et tout ce travail de nettoyage, de qualification et de d\u00e9doublonnage de donn\u00e9es se fait automatiquement.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>C\u2019est crucial, car sans donn\u00e9es de qualit\u00e9, pas de marketing automation !?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est exact, il existe de superbes solutions logicielles pour synchroniser des donn\u00e9es mais le vrai probl\u00e8me est que, quand vous avez un CRM dont les donn\u00e9es sont mauvaises, synchroniser automatiquement des donn\u00e9es revient \u00e0 diffuser la mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de vos fichiers : cela ne m\u00e8ne \u00e0 rien.<\/p>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eZnP3P6KS2g\" width=\"650\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><\/center>Or nettoyer ses fichiers de contact, dans les entreprises, est un v\u00e9ritable casse-t\u00eate, car il n&rsquo;y a pas deux formats identiques, des fautes d\u2019orthographe, des erreurs et des oublis.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le premier principe auquel nous nous attaquons consiste \u00e0 nettoyer, qualifier et corriger toutes les donn\u00e9es de base. Nous le faisons avec algorithmes. Ce n\u2019est pas encore de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle mais on va y arriver dans le deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2018 pour certaines fonctionnalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Il est extr\u00eamement important de nettoyer et corriger la donn\u00e9e : par exemple un pr\u00e9nom qui serait dans le champ nom doit pouvoir \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9 automatiquement. C&rsquo;est facile quand on a un pr\u00e9nom qui est \u00ab\u00a0Dominique\u00a0\u00bb par exemple, c&rsquo;est beaucoup plus complexe s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un pr\u00e9nom rare ou \u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>Nos algorithmes permettent de r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e9matiques et une fois qu&rsquo;on a corrig\u00e9 la donn\u00e9e, on peut ensuite l\u2019enrichir et la fusionner de mani\u00e8re correcte et la synchroniser sur toutes les applications dont nous avons parl\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.<\/p>\n<p><b>Et vous allez plus loin en termes d\u2019int\u00e9gration<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Oui, nous sommes en train d&rsquo;ouvrir l\u2019int\u00e9gration directe dans les applications comme Salesforce d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 quelques mois. Il suffira de connecter dropcontact \u00e0 son compte Salesforce et toute la base de Salesforce sera mise \u00e0 jour sans intervention humaine.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Notre produit est con\u00e7u essentiellement pour les entreprises de moins de 500 salari\u00e9s \u00e9quip\u00e9es d&rsquo;un CRM qui ne peuvent se permettre de tout arr\u00eater pour faire ce gros travail de chef de projet.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A l\u2019oppos\u00e9 du CRM, il a le degr\u00e9 z\u00e9ro de la base de donn\u00e9es que tout le monde utilise, le carnet de contacts !<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Absolument. C\u2019est le cas typique du commercial qui a rencontr\u00e9 quelqu&rsquo;un et qui a not\u00e9 son num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et son email dans son portable, qui arrive au bureau et qui va s\u2019envoyer un email \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame depuis son portable pour pouvoir ensuite \u00e9crire \u00e0 ce prospect depuis Outlook, et ensuite synchroniser les contacts dans sa base CRM.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dropcontact a pour but de supprimer toutes ces manipulations afin de permettre de consolider toutes les informations qui sont \u00e9parpill\u00e9es, de les enrichir et de les fusionner pour avoir effectivement des datas de qualit\u00e9.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quels sont les projets d\u2019avenir pour Dropcontact ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes en cours de lev\u00e9e de fonds, qui devrait aboutir \u00e0 la fin du mois de mai.
