On oppose trop souvent l&rsquo;un \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre au travers de caricatures qui n&rsquo;ont rien \u00e0 voir avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Et ce n&rsquo;est pas moi qui vais le contredire.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-27222 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/marketing-client-arnaud-le-roux-500x182.png\" alt=\"B2B : n'oubliez jamais que votre client est humain !\" width=\"500\" height=\"182\" \/><\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 on aurait le marketing B2C qui s&rsquo;occuperait des vrais gens, vous savez, les gens qui se comportent normalement, et de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans le marketing B2B, des professionnels qui vendent \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres professionnels, parfaitement rationnels, pour lesquels, les d\u00e9cisions sont enti\u00e8rement pes\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aune de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et du factuel. En fait, rien n&rsquo;est plus faux.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9cisions en B2B sont \u00e9galement soumises, et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame encore plus qu&rsquo;ailleurs, aux logiques de groupes (circuit de d\u00e9cision), \u00e0 la recommandation (pourrait m\u00eame parler de lobbying dans certains cas), aux pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences personnelles, et m\u00eame dans le cas o\u00f9 la d\u00e9cision est parfaitement rationnelle et pes\u00e9e, \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de la relation humaine avec son fournisseur, qui est essentielle. qui choisiriez-vous ? On associe souvent la raison au B2B et l\u2019\u00e9motion au B2C, comme si l\u2019on avait oubli\u00e9, au fond, qu\u2019une entreprise est constitu\u00e9e de femmes et d\u2019hommes, d\u2019\u00eatres humains. En tant que tels, nous sommes r\u00e9ceptifs aux m\u00eames stimulis dans le cadre de l\u2019entreprise qu\u2019en tant que consommateurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant, d\u00e8s lors, de constater les effets du marketing (certes digital) traditionnel sur les humains que nous sommes dans le cadre du marketing B2B.<\/p>\n<p>Les marques, \u00e0 travers les campagnes B2C,\u00a0jouent de plus en plus sur les \u00e9motions des consommateurs, surfant sur l\u2019intimit\u00e9 souvent irrationnelle que l\u2019on peut \u00e9prouver pour elles, utilisant m\u00eame parfois les biais cognitifs pour contourner de potentiels actes raisonn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que j\u2019ai lu dans ce livre blanc me rassure. M\u00eame en B2B, le content marketing est roi (ROI), or qu\u2019est-il si ce n\u2019est un vecteur d\u2019\u00e9motions ? Le social selling a le vent en poupe, or qu\u2019est-il si ce n\u2019est une ad\u00e9quation du marketing aux r\u00e9seaux \u00ab sociaux \u00bb sur lesquels nous passons de plus en plus de temps ? Il est cela dit int\u00e9ressant, et curieux \u00e0 la fois, de constater la minime utilisation des cadeaux ou intentions.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui est curieux, c\u2019est qu\u2019en B2C cette pratique est courante, et la fid\u00e9lisation (d\u00e8s l\u2019acquisition, d\u2019ailleurs) qui en d\u00e9coule est m\u00eame tr\u00e8s forte. Offrez \u00e0 votre client un objet qui l\u2019accompagnera dans sa vie, et vous aurez cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette intimit\u00e9 client (le saint graal) tant recherch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne le dirai jamais assez : changez vos angles de vue et cessez de voir votre cible comme une entit\u00e9 professionnelle, appliquez les approches plus intimistes que l\u2019on use (\u00e0 foison) dans le marketing B2C, vous obtiendrez des r\u00e9sultats extr\u00eamement int\u00e9ressants d\u00e8s l\u2019acquisition et encore plus en fid\u00e9lisation !<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs bien l\u00e0 toute la technicit\u00e9 et la complexit\u00e9 du marketing B2B : technique et \u00e9motionnel. Raisonn\u00e9 et irrationnel \u00e0 la fois. Il est complexe et complet, transverse et cibl\u00e9.
