Cette id\u00e9e (voire mythe du marketing) \u00e9tant ancr\u00e9e chez nombre de confr\u00e8res marketeurs, il nous semblait\u00a0n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9tude sur les pratiques des professionnels du marketing en termes de fid\u00e9lisation et acquisition. Nous avons donc pour cela interrog\u00e9 <\/i><strong style=\"font-style: italic;\">323 marketeurs pour conna\u00eetre notamment leur m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;acquisition et de fid\u00e9lisation<\/strong><i>, la part de ces deux approches dans leur budget marketing, et le ROI qu&rsquo;ils en tiraient. On constate \u00e9galement une r\u00e9elle \u00e9volution dans les pratiques des marketeurs. Les m\u00e9thodes plus traditionnelles comme l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel, la publicit\u00e9 en ligne ou encore la prospection traditionnelle semblent \u00eatre rel\u00e9gu\u00e9es au second plan, tout comme l\u2019achat de mots-cl\u00e9s. Notre \u00e9tude soul\u00e8ve \u00e9galement le constat que <strong>l&rsquo;acquisition est en t\u00eate du budget marketing client face \u00e0 la fid\u00e9lisation<\/strong>. Comme pour l\u2019acquisition, le content marketing est \u00e9galement une m\u00e9thode bien utilis\u00e9e par les deux populations\u00a0(60% au total). De plus, on constate que l\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux est r\u00e9pandue, surtout en B2C (72%). Le cadeau d\u2019affaires est cependant plus utilis\u00e9 en B2B (33%) qu&rsquo;en B2C (10%). Les m\u00e9thodes plus traditionnelles de fid\u00e9lisation\u00a0comme le programme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9, le parrainage ou encore les programmes d&rsquo;ambassadeurs de marque semblent s\u2019essouffler et passent au second plan.
