Cette conf\u00e9rence s\u2019est tenue dans les locaux parisiens de Twitter le 23 janvier 2018. <strong>Une r\u00e9action d\u2019autant plus regrettable que la d\u00e9marche \u00e9thique est plus efficace que la d\u00e9marche non \u00e9thique<\/strong>, selon les chiffres d\u00e9voil\u00e9s par Tania Hughes de TalkPR. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c9thique et transparence qu\u2019est-ce que c\u2019est ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Je suis presque fatigu\u00e9 de le r\u00e9p\u00e9ter depuis plus de 10 ans : la d\u00e9marche de transparence en m\u00e9dias sociaux est une obligation. D\u2019abord l\u00e9gale, mais surtout \u00e9thique. Qu\u2019est-ce que la transparence ? C\u2019est simple, <b>il suffit de dire qui je suis et pour qui je travaille. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour bien comprendre les enjeux et les obligations de la transparence, <a href=\"http:\/\/socialmedia.org\"><span class=\"s3\">socialmedia.org<\/span><\/a>, la grande association am\u00e9ricaine des entreprises utilisant les m\u00e9dias sociaux dont j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 membre de 2008 \u00e0 2013, a publi\u00e9 un manifeste de la transparence qui est une bible de l\u2019association. Les centaines de membres &#8211; toutes de grandes entreprises &#8211; am\u00e9ricaines faisant partie de l\u2019association &#8211; sont sans exceptions cens\u00e9es avoir lu ce manifeste et y adh\u00e9rer. Andy Sernovitz, cr\u00e9ateur de l\u2019association et Pape international du marketing du bouche \u00e0 oreille, auteur du livre \u00e9ponyme (Word of Mouth Marketing dont je vous recommande la version en BD) passe son temps, \u00e0 chaque conf\u00e9rence de l\u2019association, \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter ce a transparence et personne ne lui reproche. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Au contraire, aux \u00c9tats Unis et au Royaume Uni, on n\u2019a pas attendu la promulgation de lois pour respecter l\u2019\u00e9thique. Cela vaut aussi pour tous les employ\u00e9s de votre entreprise qui prennent la parole sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, surtout s&rsquo;ils ont leur propre blog.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Relations avec les blogueurs<\/strong> : Les blogueurs aussi \u2014 instagrammers, twitterers etc. \u2014 doivent faire \u00e9galement preuve de transparence, et indiquer clairement s&rsquo;ils travaillent pour une marque.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et primes aux blogueurs<\/strong> : Dans le cas o\u00f9 vous envoyez des \u00e9chantillons ou des produits \u00e0 des blogueurs, ceux-ci doivent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s, sauf si leur valeur est marginale. Les r\u00e8gles sur les cadeaux sont strictes et doivent aussi \u00eatre transparentes. Attention ! Envoyer des blogueurs\/influenceurs en voyage \u2014 m\u00eame non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s \u2014 constitue une forme de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>R\u00e8gles de transparence \u00e0 destination des agences et des sous-traitants<\/strong> : Ces r\u00e8gles s&rsquo;appliquent aussi \u00e0 vos sous-traitants, ne l&rsquo;oubliez pas, il est de votre responsabilit\u00e9 de les obliger \u00e0 suivre les r\u00e8gles d&rsquo;\u00e9thique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et marges de man\u0153uvre<\/strong> : On peut dans certains cas mettre un d\u00e9lai \u00e0 l&rsquo;application de cette r\u00e8gle dans le cas de jeux-concours par exemple ou dans le cas o\u00f9 le \u00ab\u00a0blog (post) fait clairement partie d\u2019un jeu, d\u2019une \u00e9nigme, ou d\u2019un projet similaire \u00e0 des fins de divertissement, et non pour permettre \u00e0 des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019entreprise de se faire passer pour des consommateurs.
