Selon lui,\u00a0<span class=\"s12\">cela recouvre quatre niveaux compl\u00e9mentaires :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s12\">D&rsquo;abord <strong>la constitution d&rsquo;un socle de donn\u00e9es fiables<\/strong>. Sans cela c&rsquo;est le &lsquo;shit in, shit out&rsquo;. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s12\">Ensuite, <strong>un ensemble de code source<\/strong> qu&rsquo;il qualifierait de &lsquo;classique&rsquo;. Il va permettre de <\/span><span class=\"s11\">collecter, structurer, interagir avec les interfaces vers les hommes (UX) et les machines (IO)<\/span><span class=\"s12\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s12\">Puis vient de <strong>l&rsquo;algorithmie statistique plus ou moins sophistiqu\u00e9e<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 de l&rsquo;IA.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s12\">Enfin, on peut <strong>y int\u00e9grer du machine learning ou du deep learning<\/strong> si l&rsquo;on veut aller plus loin. Il est interdit de sauter une \u00e9tape, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9chec garantit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Concernant le<span class=\"s37\" style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">\u00a0Machine Learning, Jean-Ren\u00e9 explique que \u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;<strong>une aide tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieuse pour identifier les corr\u00e9lations existantes entre acheteurs d&rsquo;une offre ou ceux qui sont h\u00e9sitants<\/strong>. L&rsquo;algorithme est forc\u00e9ment meilleur que le cerveau humain car il s&rsquo;entra\u00eene 24h\/24 7\/7 et <\/span><span class=\"s38\" style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">sait identifier les \u00e9volutions des comportements<\/span><span class=\"s37\" style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\"> en temps-r\u00e9el pour adapter le meilleur dispositif marketing aux visiteurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"s7\">l&rsquo;IA, seulement un buzzword ?<\/h3>\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s Jean-Ren\u00e9 et Jean-Christophe, nous assistons \u00e0 une <strong>multiplication de buzzwords dont un\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"s38\"><strong>ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d'\u00a0\u00bbIA washing\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. En fait <\/span><span class=\"s11\">on surestime l&rsquo;IA \u00e0 cour<\/span><span class=\"s12\">t terme, et on la sous-estime \u00e0 long terme<\/span><span class=\"s12\">. C&rsquo;est un peu le syndrome du web en 2000, on pensait que le monde allait changer en 18 mois, alors que cela a pris 18 ans.\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Enfin selon Matthias, \u00ab\u00a0<strong><span class=\"s35\">le data marketing, la vue client 360 est un mythe<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s34\"> (sauf peut-\u00eatre pour les GAFA), car\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s34\">le Data Marketing commence \u00e0 peine et est loin d\u2019avoir atteint son n<\/span><span class=\"s34\">iveau de maturit\u00e9. La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0<\/span><span class=\"s34\"> bien collecter la donn\u00e9e, la mettre \u00e0 disposition des collaborateurs, de faire en sorte qu\u2019elle soit utilis\u00e9e intelligemment et dans toute sa profondeur par tous et pour la plupart des prises de d\u00e9cisions tout \u00e7a dans le respect du consommateur\u2026 Il reste encore un peu de chemin \u00e0 faire pour la plupart des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"s7\">IA, data pr\u00e9dictive et humain : une compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>Jean-Christophe rappelle que \u00ab\u00a0l<span class=\"s26\">es algorithmes d\u2019Intelligence Artificielle ne ressentent aucune \u00e9motion, ils n\u2019ont ni \u00e9thique ni talent cr\u00e9atif. Nous humains, nous analysons et nous d\u00e9cidons majoritairement avec nos \u00e9motions et non notre raison. Nous utilisons notre contexte culturel pour d\u00e9cider \u00e0 partir de tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019exemples.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s26\">L\u2019apprentissage automatique, quant \u00e0 lui, reste bas\u00e9 sur un <\/span><span class=\"s27\">processus de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation<\/span><span class=\"s26\"> \u00e0 partir de dizaines de milliers ou millions d\u2019exemples.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"s26\">Il serait temps <\/span><span class=\"s27\">d\u2019utiliser cette diff\u00e9rence pour mettre en place une vraie compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 homme \/ machine<\/span><span class=\"s26\">, plut\u00f4t que d\u2019opposer les deux et de survendre les capacit\u00e9s des algorithmes.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il pense que<span class=\"s26\">\u00a0l\u2019IA devrait aller vers encore un peu plus d\u2019humilit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9thique, autrement dit <\/span><span class=\"s27\">int\u00e9grer et prendre en compte le discernement humain.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"s26\">Concr\u00e8tement, cela veut dire davantage de possibilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019humain d\u2019intervenir \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du raisonnement de la machine<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s26\"><strong>.<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019IA est souvent mise en avant comme une technologie\u00a0dont le but est de remplacer les humains par des robots.
