Ce chiffre s&rsquo;explique par un manque de connaissances ; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcep.fr\/uploads\/tx_gspublication\/barometre_du_numerique-2017-271117.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">25% de la population fran\u00e7aise s&rsquo;estime \u00eatre peu ou pas du tout comp\u00e9tent pour se servir d&rsquo;un ordinateur<\/a>. Parmi ces 18 millions de personnes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcep.fr\/uploads\/tx_gspublication\/barometre_du_numerique-2017-271117.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">74% d&rsquo;entre-eux ne poss\u00e8dent pas de dipl\u00f4me, 40% ont un faible revenu et 17% sont \u00e2g\u00e9s de moins de 18 ans<\/a>. <strong>Il existe donc une corr\u00e9lation entre l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, le niveau de dipl\u00f4me et de revenus pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 Internet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Un apprentissage n\u00e9cessaire<\/h3>\n<p>Face \u00e0 la digitalisation de leur environnement, les Fran\u00e7ais sont avides d&rsquo;apprendre : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcep.fr\/uploads\/tx_gspublication\/barometre_du_numerique-2017-271117.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">76% des adultes sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 adopter de nouvelles technologies et services num\u00e9riques<\/a>. Pour cela les Fran\u00e7ais souhaitent apprendre dans de bonnes conditions, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcep.fr\/uploads\/tx_gspublication\/barometre_du_numerique-2017-271117.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">33% de la population estime qu&rsquo;il devrait y avoir un lieu d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;apprentissage du num\u00e9rique, et qui ne doit pas \u00eatre le lieu de travail<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Les freins \u00e0 la connexion<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Les Fran\u00e7ais sont de plus en plus inquiets sur le sort qu&rsquo;auront leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles sur le Web<\/strong>. Leur faible protection\u00a0repr\u00e9sente le principal frein \u00e0 leur connexion sur Internet : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcep.fr\/uploads\/tx_gspublication\/barometre_du_numerique-2017-271117.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>33% des Fran\u00e7ais sont de cet avis dont 40% des jeunes (18-24 ans)<\/strong><\/a>, contre les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, les jeunes sont plus pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la protection de leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles que leurs a\u00een\u00e9s.
