Pour St\u00e9phanie Hajjar, un Fab Lab est un lieu collaboratif qui permet de cr\u00e9er et r\u00e9aliser des projets en \u00e9quipe, suivant une logique de\u00a0<strong>test and learn.\u00a0<\/strong>Pour elle, cela rejoint les principes de l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%89conomie_circulaire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9conomie circulaire<\/a> et de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Hortense Sauvard explique que cette structure de travail permet d&rsquo;innover de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te et locale en se posant les bonnes questions. St\u00e9phanie nous explique bien lors de la table ronde que les grandes entreprises comme Leroy Merlin travaillent de plus en plus avec leur \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me et leur communaut\u00e9. <strong>Une fa\u00e7on de faire agile\u00a0<em>\u00e0 la startup<\/em> se met en place.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Cela nous m\u00e8ne donc \u00e0 nous poser la question suivante : pourquoi les entreprises sont-elles tellement attir\u00e9es par ce mode de travail\u00a0<em>\u00e0 la startup<\/em> ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour commencer, il est bien \u00e9vident qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, les startups font bien partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des grandes entreprises, comme nous l&rsquo;a bien expliqu\u00e9 Hortense lors des \u00e9changes. En fait, les startups et les grandes entreprises ont un objectif commun : la cr\u00e9ation de valeur.<\/p>\n<p>Chacune met en avant ses atouts, afin d&rsquo;atteindre cet objectif. Les grands groupes ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une base de donn\u00e9e client qui peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante pour une petite structure ; \u00e0 son tour, cette petite entreprise peut offrir sa mani\u00e8re de travailler que l&rsquo;on qualifie d&rsquo;<strong>agile et de focalis\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Eric r\u00e9sume bien la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la question en disant qu&rsquo;une r\u00e9elle compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 existe entre les deux types de structures. J&rsquo;aimerai partager avec vous l&rsquo;exemple de <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220802151055\/https:\/\/www.3ds.com\/fr\/a-propos-de-3ds\/la-plate-forme-3dexperience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la plateforme \u00ab\u00a03DExperience\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> de Dassault Syst\u00e8mes. Cette Fablab-incubateur <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200311152751\/https:\/\/www.usine-digitale.fr\/article\/dassault-systemes-initie-un-reseau-de-fablab-incubateurs-numeriques.N362312\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00ab\u00a0donne \u00e0 des partenaires (clients, laboratoires de recherche, \u00e9coles, makers &#8230;) des moyens de conception num\u00e9rique n\u00e9cessaires pour mener des projets d&rsquo;innovation collaboratifs\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>. D&rsquo;ailleurs, pour Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Vacher, directeur strat\u00e9gie et innovation chez Dassault Syst\u00e8mes, \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200311152751\/https:\/\/www.usine-digitale.fr\/article\/dassault-systemes-initie-un-reseau-de-fablab-incubateurs-numeriques.N362312\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de s&rsquo;appuyer sur l&rsquo;intelligence collective pour innover mieux et plus vite<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p><em>La table ronde s&rsquo;est conclue sur des propos communs : transformer le \u00ab\u00a0mindset\u00a0\u00bb et la routine professionnelle des collaborateurs reste un d\u00e9fi compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 surmonter.
