Ce qu\u2019ils mesurent\u00a0pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment c&rsquo;est le dynamisme de leur volume des commandes qui sont trait\u00e9s chaque jour sur leurs sites. Ceci permet d\u2019obtenir des d\u00e9coupages fins sur les p\u00e9riodes significatives du e-commerce : par mois, par jour, par semaine, par device voire heure par heure. Ici nous allons nous pencher sur les <strong>p\u00e9riodes charni\u00e8res de l\u2019ann\u00e9e qui rythment le commerce en ligne et notamment les soldes<\/strong>. Pour jeter un \u00e9clairage sur ce\u00a0sujet, j&rsquo;ai interview\u00e9 en\u00a0Septembre 2017 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/z4W-uhKRbgg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rodolphe Oulmi, DG France de Webloyalty<\/a><\/strong>.<\/i><\/p>\n<h2><b>Soldes et e-commerce : un duo gagnant<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Nous avons eu la confirmation que le e-commerce est divis\u00e9 en <b>trois p\u00e9riodes cl\u00e9s qui sont les soldes d&rsquo;hiver, les soldes d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 puis la pr\u00e9paration des achats de no\u00ebl<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-26123 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/36359535690_c3318333d1_z-e1601442023424.jpg\" alt=\"Soldes et e-commerce\" width=\"519\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En effet, en 2016, les soldes d&rsquo;hiver et d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 ont pes\u00e9 respectivement 13% de l&rsquo;ensemble des transactions annuelles et la p\u00e9riode des pr\u00e9paratifs des achats de no\u00ebl 12%. Donc 38% des transactions annuels des e-commer\u00e7ants se jouent sur une p\u00e9riode r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Cinq enseignements sur soldes et e-commerce<\/b><\/h3>\n<h4><b>Le premier enseignement &#8230;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019impression que nous avons des soldes permanents et notamment des ventes priv\u00e9es, <b>les soldes continuent finalement d&rsquo;avoir de l\u2019importance<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Le web est toujours un endroit pour trouver des bons plans et \u00e7a l&rsquo;est encore plus sur les p\u00e9riodes de soldes. Les acheteurs en ligne ne s&rsquo;y trompent pas et sont syst\u00e9matiquement au rendez vous. On a encore vu cette ann\u00e9e sur les soldes d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il y avait 10 % de transactions suppl\u00e9mentaires par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;an pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Le d<b>euxi\u00e8me enseignement &#8230;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me point, c&rsquo;est que les soldes ont chang\u00e9 mais que cela n\u2019a pas eu d\u2019impact. La loi les a fait passer \u00e0 six semaines, mais cela n\u2019a chang\u00e9 tout au plus que le mode d&rsquo;application.<\/p>\n<p>\bCelui-ci \u00e9tait flottant et il ne l\u2019est plus. Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;impact de la sixi\u00e8me semaine ? Cela fait deux ans qu&rsquo;on le mesure puisqu\u2019elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place en 2016. Notre constat c\u2019est qu\u2019elle est nulle, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui la sixi\u00e8me semaine est devenue finalement une semaine comme les autres.<\/p>\n<p>On ne mesure pas de pic particulier d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 comme on peut le voir sur sur les trois premi\u00e8res semaines qui sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les semaines les plus importantes et les plus dynamiques pour le e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"[Fr]\u00a0Les soldes en ligne avec Webloyalty\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/z4W-uhKRbgg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>Les 6 enseignements des soldes en e-commerce avec Webloyalty<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><b>Le troisi\u00e8me enseignement &#8230;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Ensuite, quand on commence des soldes\u00a0<b>il ne faut pas rater le premier jour. <\/b>C&rsquo;est un jour qui est cl\u00e9. C\u2019est ce jour-l\u00e0 que les acheteurs en ligne savent qu&rsquo;ils vont faire les meilleures affaires. Et puis il y a toujours cette crainte de la rupture de stock. Il y a \u00e9galement un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne li\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des achats en pr\u00e9vision des soldes. Le client attend ainsi pour foncer sur la bonne affaire et l\u00e0 effectivement on observe un pic de 159% par rapport \u00e0 un jour traditionnel, lors des derniers soldes d&rsquo;hiver.<\/p>\n<h4>Le <b>quatri\u00e8me enseignement &#8230;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Le quatri\u00e8me enseignement, c&rsquo;est le <b>trafic sur mobile<\/b>. Cette fois ci on peut vraiment parler de d\u00e9collage. Celui-ci est total et on se demande m\u00eame o\u00f9 \u00e7a va s&rsquo;arr\u00eater. On mesure le poids du m-commerce dans le e-commerce total en 2016 \u00e0 environ 25%. Cette ann\u00e9e on atteint m\u00eame 36 % dont 25%. \u00c7a a quasiment doubl\u00e9 sur deux ans et ce n\u2019est pas pr\u00e8s de s&rsquo;arr\u00eater.<\/p>\n<h4>Le <b>cinqui\u00e8me enseignement &#8230;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Le cinqui\u00e8me enseignement est que cette <b>croissance du trafic mobile ne se limite pas aux soldes. <\/b>Pendant cette p\u00e9riode il y a en effet un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d&rsquo;urgence ce qui induit une situation de mobilit\u00e9. Le consommateur ne veut pas louper une solde. Il \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9gaine\u00a0\u00bb donc son mobile mais il a ce r\u00e9flexe mobile tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Cela est d\u00fb avant tout au caract\u00e8re pratique de ce terminal. En outre, on sait aussi que la France a beaucoup progress\u00e9 sur le paiement sur mobile. Je pense que c&rsquo;est ce qui fait qu&rsquo;on observe une croissance. Celle-ci est soutenue par cette habitude d&rsquo;utiliser le mobile pour payer. Je pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019on analyse vraiment des transactions et non des consultations.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Sixi\u00e8me enseignement &#8230;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Enfin, le black friday<\/b>\u00a0est quelque chose qui fonctionne bien. Nous avons mesur\u00e9 un pic extr\u00eamement important l\u2019an dernier soit plus 41% par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9dition d&rsquo;avant. C\u2019est un nom qui est synonyme de beaucoup de ventes pour le e-commerce.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Qu\u2019en est-il du vocal commerce ?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Le vocal commerce en France est encore un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne restreint. Je pense qu&rsquo;on sera plus en mesure de voir ses effets sur notre Web panel de 2018.
