Aujourd&rsquo;hui, tout a bascul\u00e9 : <a href=\"http:\/\/eduscol.education.fr\/numerique\/tout-le-numerique\/veille-education-numerique\/archives\/2016\/juin-2016\/blockchain-education\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">on entend parler de MOOCs, de cours en ligne ou \u00e0 distance.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Num\u00e9rique et \u00e9ducation : la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Netflix<\/h2>\n<p><em>Dans un article <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2016\/10\/learning-nouvelle-tendance-buzzword\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/a>, \u00a0\u00bbL&rsquo;E-learning, nouvelle tendance ou buzzword\u00a0\u00bb,\u00a0 je vous ai pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le concept de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kokoroe.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kokoroe<\/a>, la plateforme d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation en ligne. Depuis, il\u00a0s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que l&rsquo;e-learning est bien une tendance en pleine \u00e9volution.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, les m\u00e9tiers changent \u00e0 une vitesse tr\u00e8s rapide et l&rsquo;acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences devient en quelque sorte un facteur de r\u00e9ussite. Mais pourquoi parle-t-on de \u00ab\u00a0<strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Netflix<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb dans l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation?<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution des m\u00e9tiers : un \u00e9tat des lieux&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Beaucoup de nouveaux concepts \u00e9mergent, comme la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, la blockchain, le machine learning ou d&rsquo;autres. Ils sont ensuite appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents domaines, comme la finance, l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, ou le divertissement par exemple. Personnellement, je suis d&rsquo;avis que l&rsquo;<strong>humain aura toujours une place dans le monde du travail, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;il \u00e9volue avec son m\u00e9tier. <\/strong>C&rsquo;est ici que l&rsquo;acquisition de comp\u00e9tences joue une r\u00f4le crucial.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois fondatrices de <strong>Kokoroe,<\/strong> <strong>B\u00e9atrice<\/strong> <strong>Gherara<\/strong>, <strong>Rapha\u00eblle<\/strong> et <strong>Elise Covillette,<\/strong> se sont bas\u00e9es sur cette tendance d&rsquo;apprentissage continu pour lancer et r\u00e9pandre leur concept. Rapha\u00eblle indique que \u00ab\u00a0les comp\u00e9tences de demain seront cr\u00e9atives, business et technologiques\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Revenons \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Netflix, mentionn\u00e9e dans le titre de cet article. Cette derni\u00e8re est compos\u00e9e de millenials qui s&rsquo;informent et apprennent sur Youtube et Google. Youtube, cette fameuse plateforme vid\u00e9o, offre \u00e0 ses utilisateurs des vid\u00e9os de tout genre: musique, com\u00e9die, fitness, bricolage ou cuisine par exemple. En effet, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/chiffres-youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">52% utilisent la plateforme vid\u00e9o pour apprendre de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/a>\u00a0D&rsquo;ailleurs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/chiffres-youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">75% des utilisateurs qui regardent des vid\u00e9os de fitness le pratiquent en m\u00eame temps.<\/a>\u00a0Qui a encore besoin de payer un coach sportif, alors qu&rsquo;on peut avoir un \u00ab\u00a0coach virtuel\u00a0\u00bb disponible 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 sur Youtube ?<\/p>\n<h3>Mais quel est le v\u00e9ritable impact du digital sur l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation ?<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;effet du digital sur l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation est visible \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Le professeur, ou l&rsquo;intervenant, a plus de moyens de contact avec ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves: la salle de classe, les plateformes en ligne (Yammer, Moodle, Pegasus, etc.). <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/execed.hec.edu\/fr\/actualites-ressources\/articles\/l-impact-du-digital-dans-l-education\">Le cours devient donc plus interactif<\/span>, avec une possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9changes plus importante. Le propos de <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/pierre-dussauge-8b22481\/\">Pierre Dussauge<\/span>, professeur de strat\u00e9gie et de politique d&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 HEC, appuie mon argument : <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/execed.hec.edu\/fr\/actualites-ressources\/articles\/l-impact-du-digital-dans-l-education\">\u00ab\u00a0Je per\u00e7ois la place qui est laiss\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage interactif et \u00e0 la discussion comme le plus gros avantage du passage au digital.<\/span> Et selon moi, c\u2019est bien cela la facette la plus int\u00e9ressante de la formation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Chez <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\">Visionary Marketing<\/a>, nous sommes t\u00e9moins de cet impact int\u00e9ressant. Netflix a su attirer les millenials :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grazia.fr\/culture\/cinema\/netflix-250-millions-d-heures-de-videos-visionnees-par-les-abonnees-en-seulement-un-jour-848238\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">les utilisateurs de la plateforme visionnent en moyenne 125 heures de vid\u00e9o par jour<\/a>.\u00a0Revenons au contenu p\u00e9dagogique: chaque jour, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/chiffres-youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">600 000 heures de vid\u00e9o sont uplod\u00e9es sur Youtube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons bien compris que les attentes d&rsquo;un internaute \u00e9voluent avec le progr\u00e8s technologique. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous ne voulons pas tomber sur du contenu obsol\u00e8te, ou hors sujet. L&rsquo;internaute recherche la facilit\u00e9, la simplicit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9. Kokoroe a su r\u00e9pondre aux nouveaux standards.
