Nous avons voulu le savoir, en <strong>mettant en application cet outil pour notre site Web<\/strong>. Comme pour la mise en place de n&rsquo;importe quel outil, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 fix\u00e9 l\u2019objectif\u00a0: le chatbot doit nous permettre d\u2019<strong>aider le client \u00e0 obtenir les informations qu&rsquo;il souhaite et transmettre des informations<\/strong>, si n\u00e9cessaire. \u00c0 ce titre nous avons voulu concevoir un chatbot qui r\u00e9ponde aux besoins d&rsquo;un client venant sur le site : quelles <strong>offres<\/strong> proposent ce site ? Comment <strong>acc\u00e9der rapidement<\/strong> \u00e0 ces offres ? Comment<strong> communiquer rapidement un dysfonctionnement<\/strong> sur le site ? Comment <strong>joindre un consultant pour lui demander un devis<\/strong> ? Nous n&rsquo;avons pas encore cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 pousser les limites du chatbot, par exemple d\u00e9finir un devis automatiquement ou apporter un conseil sur un probl\u00e8me pr\u00e9cis. Cela n\u00e9cessite un investissement en temps cons\u00e9quent, mais constitue \u00e9galement une limite de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, nous l\u2019aborderons dans cet article.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Chatbot\u00a0: Quel outil choisir ?<\/h2>\n<p>Les outils permettant de d\u00e9velopper un chatbot sont nombreux, nous n&rsquo;avons que l&#8217;embarras du choix. Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve recherche sur Google, nous avons choisi l&rsquo;outil motion.ai, mais il existe de nombreux autres sites permettant de faire cela. Cela donne un grand nombre de possibilit\u00e9s et de sc\u00e9narios de dialogue possible<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more-->Cela semble beaucoup, mais on arrive rapidement atteindre ce nombre en seulement quelques jours. Le chatbot propose plusieurs \u00ab n\u0153uds \u00bb, reli\u00e9s les uns aux autres. Par exemple, le premier n\u0153ud, est un message de <strong>bienvenue<\/strong>, et est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>offre<\/strong>, <strong>bug sur le site<\/strong>, et <strong>devis<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est n\u0153uds sont eux-m\u00eames reli\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres, formant <strong>un v\u00e9ritable maillage de sc\u00e9narios et de possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019interactions<\/strong>. Le but et de conduire utilisateur vers les diff\u00e9rentes solutions existantes. Cela fonctionne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la reconnaissance de mots, par exemple l&rsquo;internaute entre le mot \u00ab <strong>content marketing<\/strong> \u00bb, et le robot propose de l&rsquo;orienter vers la page d&rsquo;offre du content marketing. Cela permet rapidement de proposer des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 des questions basiques.<\/p>\n<h2>Chatbot\u00a0: d\u00e9velopper l\u2019interaction<\/h2>\n<p>Mais cela ne suffit pas pour <strong>proposer \u00e0 l&rsquo;internaute une r\u00e9elle conversation<\/strong>. En effet, il est souvent d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able de questionner un chatbot, avec comme r\u00e9ponse un \u00e9ni\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0bonjour, je suis l\u00e0 pour vous servir, que souhaitez-vous\u00a0? \u00bb. De m\u00eame, la reconnaissance de mots \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quel moment de la conversation permet d&rsquo;orienter la conversation. Il est \u00e9galement possible d&rsquo;ajouter des entr\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentes permettant de r\u00e9colter une adresse mail, un nom, un URL, un num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, etc. Une r\u00e9ponse peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e directement dans la bo\u00eete mail du propri\u00e9taire du chatbot, qui en sera notifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Donner l&rsquo;illusion de l&rsquo;intelligence c&rsquo;est aussi comprendre les sentiments et r\u00e9agir en cons\u00e9quence<\/strong>. Cela est d&rsquo;ailleurs ce qui fait la popularit\u00e9 des chatbots, observer jusqu&rsquo;o\u00f9 le robot peut comprendre l&rsquo;humain (voire l&rsquo;imiter, <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Test_de_Turing#Irr.C3.A9alisme_et_inutilit.C3.A9_:_le_test_de_Turing_et_la_recherche_en_IA\">sans atteindre encore le test de Turing<\/a>). En effet, un robot n\u2019a pas de sentiments, il ne peut pas comprendre ni la <strong>logique humaine<\/strong>, ni les <strong>soucis<\/strong>, ni m\u00eame <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit de l&rsquo;humain<\/strong>. En revanche, en programmant les r\u00e9ponses selon les questions utilisateur, Il est possible de <strong>donner l&rsquo;illusion que le robot le comprend<\/strong>. Par exemple, si l&rsquo;internaute demande \u00e0 notre bot s&rsquo;il va bien, le bot r\u00e9pond et lui demandant en retour si le visiteur va bien. Si la r\u00e9ponse est n\u00e9gative le chatbot fera mine d&rsquo;\u00e9prouver de la compassion et lui demandera comment l&rsquo;aider, bien s\u00fbr en lui proposant des offres, un devis, ou en lui demandant s&rsquo;il y a un probl\u00e8me sur le site ! Nous avons pouss\u00e9 le concept plus loin, en programmant des r\u00e9ponses si l&rsquo;utilisateur s&rsquo;en prend au bot, s\u2019il lui fait des avances, s\u2019il lui parle de sujets politiques, etc. Mais <strong>tout cela est programm\u00e9, et constitue une suite de r\u00e9ponses logiques<\/strong> programm\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance.<\/p>\n<h2>Le chatbot est une intelligence artificielle, qui n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un automate<\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_25643\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-25643\" style=\"width: 401px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-25643 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/chatbot-assistant-401x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"401\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/chatbot-assistant-401x300.png 401w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/chatbot-assistant-768x575.png 768w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/chatbot-assistant.png 928w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 401px) 100vw, 401px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-25643\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Les bugs et les r\u00e9ponses inattendues nous rappellent que l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle est artificielle, et de ce fait ne r\u00e9sonne pas comme nous.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cela fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200717081923\/https:\/\/www.sparklane-group.com\/fr\/blog\/machine-learning-loin-dimiter-lhumain-machine-complete\/\">un article que nous avions \u00e9crit pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment pour Sparklane<\/a>, o\u00f9 nous interviewons <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Michel_Volle\">Michel Volle<\/a> sur l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, et notamment le machine Learning. Celui-ci nous faisait bien comprendre que l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, quel que soit son niveau, n\u2019est qu\u2019un automate. Et c&rsquo;est bien l\u00e0 le probl\u00e8me, nous, humains, qui sommes capables de nous attacher \u00e0 notre Smartphone, notre voiture, donner des sentiments un doudou, <strong>nous interagissons avec un chatbot comme avec une personne r\u00e9elle<\/strong>. Le chatbot, sous cette forme-l\u00e0, ne fera <strong>que recr\u00e9er l&rsquo;illusion comme un magicien nous fait croire au surnaturel<\/strong>. Ces actions ne sont pr\u00e9vues par le programmeur, et apportent une r\u00e9ponse pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, cette technologie s&rsquo;av\u00e8re fort utile pour automatiser des actions simples, mais utiles \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur.
