Les insights ont un r\u00f4le important dans le Data Marketing, ils \u00e9tudient les attentes et les motivations des consommateurs. Ce qui permet d&rsquo;atteindre l&rsquo;op\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des campagnes marketing. Celles-ci peuvent \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0ajust\u00e9es par des retours de la donn\u00e9e ou en temps r\u00e9el par l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Data Marketing et marketing pr\u00e9dictif<\/h3>\n<p>Dans notre monde digitalis\u00e9, les probabilit\u00e9s et les donn\u00e9es ont un r\u00f4le important. Elles permettent de construire des pr\u00e9dictions qui servent \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des actions marketing pour anticiper les comportements des consommateurs. C&rsquo;est le marketing pr\u00e9dictif. Mais <strong>il ne faut pas confondre le Data Marketing et le marketing pr\u00e9dictif bien qu&rsquo;il puisse \u00eatre compl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong>. Car le Data Marketing est avant tout un projet qui sert dans le business. Bien \u00e9videmment, si le projet a besoin de pr\u00e9dire des comportements, un marketing pr\u00e9dictif sera mis en place en compl\u00e9ment. Le marketing pr\u00e9dictif est souvent associ\u00e9 aux algorithmes pr\u00e9dictifs qui existent depuis des dizaines d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es. \u00ab\u00a0Certains algorithmes tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9s dans les ann\u00e9es 70 par les banques pour pr\u00e9dire les mauvais payeurs\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Julien Hirth. Mais on observe une nette am\u00e9lioration entre les algorithmes d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui et ceux cr\u00e9\u00e9s il y a 40 ans, qui s&rsquo;explique par l&rsquo;utilisation des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>Les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du projet Data<\/h3>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9ussir son projet de Data Marketing, il est n\u00e9cessaire de poss\u00e9der une m\u00e9thodologie et de suivre un plan :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cadrer le projet :\u00a0<\/strong>la conception d&rsquo;un projet Data passe par le cadrage. La m\u00e9thode SMART\u00a0(Sp\u00e9cifique, Mesurable, Atteignable, R\u00e9alisable et Temporellement d\u00e9fini) cr\u00e9\u00e9e par George Duran en 1981 est parfaite pour cette \u00e9tape. Car cette m\u00e9thode est notamment tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9e dans le management et la gestion de projet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conna\u00eetre les donn\u00e9es :<\/strong>\u00a0il faut s\u00e9lectionner les donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires pour atteindre les objectifs. Mais pour cela, il faut conna\u00eetre ses donn\u00e9es pour ainsi les classer. Et \u00ab\u00a0le marketing pr\u00e9dictif est compos\u00e9 de deux types d&rsquo;algorithmes : <strong>les algorithmes de classification<\/strong> qui servent \u00e0 anticiper un \u00e9tat et les <strong>algorithmes de r\u00e9gression<\/strong> qui pr\u00e9disent des valeurs comme le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires d&rsquo;une entreprise\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Activer ces donn\u00e9es : <\/strong>la\u00a0cl\u00e9 est dans l&rsquo;activation de la donn\u00e9e, car collecter et stocker la data, a peu d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat et co\u00fbte cher. Il faut donc activer la donn\u00e9e et cela se traduit par la mise en place d&rsquo;une campagne publicitaire, d&rsquo;une campagne e-mailing de marketing automation ou par le drive to store. Parmi ces usages, la publicit\u00e9 programmatique est l&rsquo;une des plus grande consommatrice de la donn\u00e9e.
