Pas une pr\u00e9sentation PowerPoint entendue ici ou l\u00e0 qui ne fasse allusion \u00e0 la toute-puissance des GAFAM, mais en fait, que faisons-nous, nous en tant qu&rsquo;utilisateur, en tant que clients, en tant que chefs d&rsquo;entreprise pour que les choses changent ? Bien peu de choses en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pour ne pas dire rien. A tel point que ces antiennes sur les g\u00e9ants du Net en deviennent v\u00e9ritablement ridicules : que faire et que dire en effet de l&rsquo;importance de cette mainmise suppos\u00e9e des g\u00e9ants de l&rsquo;Internet qui pour r\u00e9elle qu&rsquo;elle soit ne suscite pas pour autant de r\u00e9actions. Et pourtant, Jonathan Zittrain a publi\u00e9 un sublime livre sur ce sujet\u2026 Si peu l\u2019ont lu que son \u00e9diteur a fini par le mettre en t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement libre et direct sur Internet. Remettons-nous dans le contexte de ces ann\u00e9es de l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-guerre, et souvenons-nous du choc qu&rsquo;a suscit\u00e9 la sortie de l&rsquo;OTAN, sans parler de la dotation de l&rsquo;arme nucl\u00e9aire. Sur le num\u00e9rique, pourtant consid\u00e9r\u00e9 avec une parfaite unicit\u00e9 de vues comme \u00e9tant la future r\u00e9volution industrielle du XXIe si\u00e8cle, il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;initiatives de ce genre sur l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance nationale ni m\u00eame europ\u00e9enne.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Nous serions-nous redesign\u00e9s \u00e0 ne rien peser sur le march\u00e9 du digital ? Mais pourtant \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence du domaine militaire, la l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance num\u00e9rique n&rsquo;est pas tant une affaire de d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale r\u00e9galienne, elle est surtout que de d\u00e9cisions et de choix de la part des utilisateurs et des entreprises.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pourtant, La mainmise de quelques soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&rsquo;Internet constitu\u00e9es en oligopole sur ce qu&rsquo;il faut d\u00e9sormais reconna\u00eetre comme \u00e9tant notre bien commun, n&rsquo;est pas neutre, loin de l\u00e0. Le mail, les applications, La geolocalisation, les ordinateurs, les mobiles, La personnalisation, La publicit\u00e9 et les logiciels de collaboration sont tous aux mains de quelques uns. Des entreprises que pour la plupart d&rsquo;entre nous, et cest mon cas je l&rsquo;avoue bien volontiers, nous aimons bien et dont nous appr\u00e9cions les services, qui nous ont permis d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre nos pouvoirs de super consommateurs ou de super entrepreneurs via le r\u00e9seau des r\u00e9seaux. Si l&rsquo;on est s\u00e9rieux \u00e0 propos de celle-ci et que l&rsquo;on croit v\u00e9ritablement, c&rsquo;est notre cas, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit l\u00e0 de la troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9volution industrielle, il est temps de r\u00e9agir et de se mettre au travail tous ensemble, car l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance du Web et du cloud computing n&rsquo;est pas seulement une affaire de fournisseurs de cloud, c&rsquo;est \u00e9galement l&rsquo;affaire de ses clients. Si j\u2019en crois Didier Renard, ce n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment ce que l\u2019on rencontre sur le terrain.
