Un v\u00e9ritable basculement s&rsquo;est naturellement produit au moment du d\u00e9ploiement des technologies du web 2.0 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9change et le partage de contenus ainsi que l&rsquo;interactivit\u00e9.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/itsocial.fr\/format\/articles-decideurs\/infographie\/chiffres-cles-de-collaboration-lentreprise-infographie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mettre en place une strat\u00e9gie collaborative a pour principal objectif d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 61% l&rsquo;efficience de l&rsquo;organisation<\/a>. <strong>Pour mener efficacement cette strat\u00e9gie, il est important d&rsquo;avoir une d\u00e9marche manag\u00e9riale bas\u00e9e sur la gestion du savoir \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 le knowledge management (gestion des connaissances)<\/strong>. Mais sont que les pratiques de gestion du savoir ? Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, j&rsquo;ai interview\u00e9 <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jean-pierre-bouchez-012b7b21\/\">Jean-Pierre Bouchez<\/span>, cr\u00e9ateur de PlaNet S@avoir et\u00a0chercheur associ\u00e9 au laboratoire de recherche en management \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uvsq.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Versailles-Saint-Quentin<\/a>. Il est l\u2019auteur de \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.deboecksuperieur.com\/ouvrage\/9782807306202-lentreprise-lere-du-digital\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">L\u2019entreprise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du digital\u00a0&#8211; Les nouvelles pratiques collaboratives<\/a> \u00bb publi\u00e9 aux \u00e9ditions\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.deboecksuperieur.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">De Boeck<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Combiner un acad\u00e9mique et op\u00e9rationnel pour structurer une approche manag\u00e9riale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le monde d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui est <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20190309201946\/http:\/\/www.comitans.ch\/fr\/blog-philippe-vallat\/leadership-dans-l-incertitude\/161-decision-vica-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VICA<\/a> ! Cet acronyme invent\u00e9 par l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine caract\u00e9rise un contexte Volatile, Incertain, Complexe et Ambigu. Ces param\u00e8tres peuvent \u00eatre mal appr\u00e9hend\u00e9s par les managers. C&rsquo;est pourquoi la posture \u00ab\u00a0hybride\u00a0\u00bb de praticien-chercheur parait \u00e0 Jean-Pierre tout \u00e0 fait pertinente. Car \u00ab\u00a0sch\u00e9matiquement, compte tenu des exigences des actionnaires et des donneurs d\u2019ordre,\u00a0les consultants et les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise ainsi que leurs collaborateurs op\u00e9rationnels sont le plus souvent contraint de s\u2019inscrire dans une logique \u00e0 court terme, quite \u00e0 ne pas\u00a0suffisamment approfondir et \u00e9tayer leurs d\u00e9cisions.\u00a0\u00bb A l&rsquo;inverse,\u00a0les chercheurs sont soumis \u00e0 une autre exigence. Sur la base de recherche et de travaux de long terme, ils publient des revues acad\u00e9miques. Mais, elles sont en principe peu compr\u00e9hensibles par les op\u00e9rationnels. Ainsi, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment aupr\u00e8s de praticiens de terrain d&rsquo;une trentaine d&rsquo;entreprises, de chercheurs et d&rsquo;experts, Jean-Pierre a d\u00e9compos\u00e9 la gestion du savoir en deux versants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La structuration des savoirs :\u00a0<\/strong>ce versant existe en vue de rendre les savoirs \u00ab\u00a0explicites et formels, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 les rendre utilisables\u00a0\u00bb. On parle \u00e9galement de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gestion_des_connaissances\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>knowledge management<\/em><\/a>. C&rsquo;est une d\u00e9marche manag\u00e9riale constitu\u00e9e de contenus formalis\u00e9s. Ce sont des m\u00e9thodes et des techniques (process, modes op\u00e9ratoires, standards, r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels techniques, etc.) qui permettent d&rsquo;identifier, d&rsquo;organiser ou encore de partager les multiples connaissances des diff\u00e9rents membres d&rsquo;une organisation afin d&rsquo;atteindre un but auparavant \u00e9tabli. \u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises qui entrent dans cette cat\u00e9gorie (notamment les entreprises \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 risques \u00bb comme dans le secteur nucl\u00e9aire) sont de nature <strong>plut\u00f4t verticales<\/strong>, avec un souci assez l\u00e9gitime accord\u00e9 au contr\u00f4le.\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<li><strong>La socialisation de pratiques :\u00a0<\/strong>ce versant est de nature \u00ab\u00a0plus tacite et informelle\u00a0\u00bb. Ici, les contenus sont \u00ab\u00a0plut\u00f4t sous la forme de vid\u00e9os, d&rsquo;images et de commentaires\u00a0\u00bb. Et \u00ab\u00a0les \u00e9changes et les partages d\u2019informations se d\u00e9ploient souvent de <strong>mani\u00e8re horizontale<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. La conversation est indispensable pour la socialisation de pratiques. \u00ab\u00a0La confiance constitue un marqueur important pour faciliter l\u2019\u00e9change et le partage de ces contenus \u00e0 caract\u00e8re principalement pratiques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La structuration des savoirs et la socialisation de pratiques doivent \u00eatre ordonn\u00e9es et compl\u00e9mentaires afin d&rsquo;obtenir un nouvel \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me collaboratif de gestion des savoirs. \u00ab\u00a0Mais cette combinaison doit naturellement \u00eatre corr\u00e9l\u00e9e d\u2019une part avec la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise, et doit d\u2019autre part, prendre en compte les principales variables qui sont associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la gestion du savoir.\u00a0\u00bb Ces variables concernent notamment \u00ab\u00a0le rapport au savoir, au regard (au regard de la valeur associ\u00e9e \u00e0 son usage), la question de la confiance, la culture de la collaboration, la structure organisationnelle du travail, ainsi que le style de management, et la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-25741 size-medium\" title=\"gestion du savoir\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/gestion-du-savo_23414511_b382d9e6f2772c521d0d41ecf8ec281b5d7c0869-400x300.png\" alt=\"gestion du savoir\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/gestion-du-savo_23414511_b382d9e6f2772c521d0d41ecf8ec281b5d7c0869-400x300.png 400w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/gestion-du-savo_23414511_b382d9e6f2772c521d0d41ecf8ec281b5d7c0869.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Les pratiques collaboratives dans quelques ann\u00e9es&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Selon Jean-Pierre, \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, deux sc\u00e9narios sont possibles : une perspective prometteuse et un sc\u00e9nario plus sombre.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un bel avenir avec un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me collaboratif :<\/strong> cette perspective \u00ab\u00a0puise pour partie sa source et son impulsion dans un besoin renouvel\u00e9 d\u2019expression d\u2019id\u00e9es et de pratiques v\u00e9hicul\u00e9es dans le cadre d&rsquo;une gouvernance originale au sein de laquelle les communaut\u00e9s professionnelles l\u00e9gitimes occupent une place importante, via des espaces et des dispositifs d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019innovation collaborative\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un avenir pr\u00e9occupant :<\/strong> celui-ci \u00ab\u00a0met en exergue et en pratique la transformation num\u00e9rique comme une forme d&rsquo;avanc\u00e9e et instrument\u00e9e du travail collaboratif, rel\u00e9guant ainsi pour partie l\u2019esprit communautaire en arri\u00e8re-plan.\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mais heureusement, Jean-Pierre nous informe que \u00ab\u00a0la plupart des dirigeants lucides et \u00e9clair\u00e9s, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 choisi leurs camps\u2026\u00a0\u00bb.
