En effet, malgr\u00e9 le fait que l&rsquo;utilisation compulsive du r\u00e9seau social par Trump le mette r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur le devant de la sc\u00e8ne, Twitter voit le nombre de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/282087\/number-of-monthly-active-twitter-users\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ses abonn\u00e9s stagner<\/a>, alors\u00a0que son titre en bourse\u00a0d\u00e9gringole (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/search?q=bourse+twitter&amp;oq=bourse+twitter&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.2934j0j7&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>40 USD, il est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9chang\u00e9 \u00e0 14 USD<\/strong><\/a>). Globalement, il y a beaucoup de gens qui parlent et peu de gens qui \u00e9coutent, mais ce qu&rsquo;on constate surtout, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il y a une <strong>multiplication des contenus<\/strong> en ce moment, et <strong>tout ce contenu produit beaucoup de bruit et r\u00e9duit le taux\u00a0d&rsquo;interactions.<\/strong>\u00a0Il y a moins aussi d&rsquo;\u00e9change et de partage, chacun voulant faire entendre sa propre voix\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#2 Twitter est devenu le royaume des bots (automates) et des trolls.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>VRAI<\/strong><\/span>, mais \u00e9galement <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>FAUX<\/strong><\/span>, \u00ab\u00a0parce qu&rsquo;il y a encore de l&rsquo;humain. Mais c&rsquo;est vrai, comme l&rsquo;a vu pendant les \u00e9lections am\u00e9ricaines o\u00f9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.numerama.com\/politique\/176074-quand-des-supporters-de-trump-debattent-sans-le-savoir-avec-un-bot-sur-twitter.html\">les trolls et les bots ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important<\/a>. Une \u00e9tude rapporte qu&rsquo;<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/tempsreel.nouvelobs.com\/rue89\/rue89-sur-les-reseaux\/20161103.RUE4163\/sur-twitter-les-bots-pro-trump-beaucoup-plus-actifs-que-les-pro-clinton.html\">un\u00a0tweet sur 5 autour de l&rsquo;\u00e9lection am\u00e9ricaine \u00e9tait produit par un bot<\/span>. Et que lors du premier d\u00e9bat entre Trump et Clinton, il y a eu <strong>500 000\u00a0tweets qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s par ces bots pour Trump contre 140 000\u00a0pour Clinton<\/strong>. Je ne sais pas si cela a\u00a0eu un impact direct sur les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9lections, mais c&rsquo;est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et je pense que cela a d\u00fb influencer le d\u00e9bat. Et d&rsquo;autre part, c&rsquo;est vrai qu&rsquo;on voit qu&rsquo;<strong>il y a de plus en plus de bots sur Twitter qui ne repr\u00e9sentent\u00a0pas forc\u00e9ment le c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif et interactif de Twitter\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"[Fr] Les Vrai\/Faux du marketing #5 : Mais que devient Twitter ? C&rsquo;est pas la taille qui compte, mais les interactions : <strong>c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 on mesure vraiment l&rsquo;influence<\/strong>, sur les interactions, ce qui se dit, comment engager la conversation avec sa communaut\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>#4 Avant Twitter c&rsquo;\u00e9tait sympa, maintenant c&rsquo;est moins bien.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>FAUX<\/strong><\/span> :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est faux parce que je ne suis pas une adepte du \u00ab\u00a0avant c&rsquo;\u00e9tait mieux\u00a0\u00bb. De nombreuses personnes\u00a0ont en effet ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 nostalgique de Twitter. <strong>Je pense que Twitter \u00e9volue et c&rsquo;est bien, car le monde\u00a0\u00e9volue et les usages changent<\/strong>. La preuve, quand j&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 le FlashTweet, j&rsquo;ai adopt\u00e9\u00a0un usage contre-intuitif de Twitter, car\u00a0j&rsquo;ai donn\u00e9 un rendez-vous tous les matins, et j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 les \u00e9moticones. Au d\u00e9but, ceux qui \u00e9taient l\u00e0 depuis longtemps ont cri\u00e9 au scandale. Maintenant, quasiment tout le monde utilise des \u00e9moticones dans leurs\u00a0tweets et c&rsquo;est mieux ainsi. Il faut que cela\u00a0\u00e9volue et tant mieux si cela\u00a0\u00e9volue\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#5 Automatiser, c&rsquo;est tricher, c&rsquo;est supprimer l&rsquo;humain.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>VRAI<\/strong><\/span> : \u00ab\u00a0Automatiser, c&rsquo;est supprimer l&rsquo;humain, et je pense que<strong> dans\u00a0le digital, c&rsquo;est important de garder le contact<\/strong>. Avoir recours \u00e0 un bot n&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre pas forc\u00e9ment tricher, mais en tout \u00e9tat de cause ce n&rsquo;est pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, ce\u00a0n&rsquo;est pas positif, cela\u00a0n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat. Il y a des marques qui peuvent en avoir besoin parce qu&rsquo;il y a des choses qu&rsquo;elles ont besoin d&rsquo;automatiser, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas comme cela\u00a0qu&rsquo;on cr\u00e9\u00e9 de l&rsquo;engagement, parce que si l&rsquo;on automatise, on n&rsquo;est plus derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;\u00e9cran.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, si je regarde ce qu&rsquo;il se passe par rapport au FlashTweet, je vois que <strong>les gens viennent chercher le matin, il y a des interactions, un\u00a0rendez-vous, une rencontre avec la communaut\u00e9, une discussion<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est le plus important sur Twitter , garder l&rsquo;humain, ne\u00a0pas perdre de vue que le digital c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;humain, et c&rsquo;est cela\u00a0que la communaut\u00e9 vient chercher, c&rsquo;est la rencontre au bout, cr\u00e9er des liens dans la vie r\u00e9elle\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>#QuestionBonus : On dit digital ou num\u00e9rique ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;adore cette question, <strong>moi je dis digital et num\u00e9rique.<\/strong>\u00a0On peut gloser pendant des heures sur digital ou num\u00e9rique, je pense que ce n&rsquo;est vraiment pas un sujet. C&rsquo;est deux perceptions diff\u00e9rentes. Le digital c&rsquo;est beaucoup plus large. Le num\u00e9rique recouvre des\u00a0r\u00e9alit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes. Donc <strong>je pense qu&rsquo;on peut utiliser les deux selon la phrase<\/strong>.
