Mais dans ces moyens une mutation a eue lieu avec la digitalisation. Pour\u00a0que ce m\u00e9tier perdure, il a d\u00fb se r\u00e9inventer, et la couverture de cet ouvrage montre ce changement. Comme vous pouvez le voir, la couverture est compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;une femme avec 9 t\u00eates et des ailes. Vous vous demandez pourquoi ? \u00ab\u00a0Tout est une histoire de symbolique, car le chiffre 9 est synonyme du renouveau\u00a0\u00bb nous explique Marie-Laure. Cela fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la r\u00e9invention du m\u00e9tier des relations de presse, un m\u00e9tier qui prend un nouvel envol.<strong> Les RP ne peuvent plus se limiter \u00e0 utiliser les m\u00e9dias traditionnels en envoyant leur communiqu\u00e9 de presse aux journalistes.<\/strong> D\u00e9sormais, ils doivent \u00e9tablir une strat\u00e9gie RP digitales reposant sur des interactions avec les influenceurs devenus des m\u00e9dias \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. \u00ab\u00a0Les m\u00e9dias sociaux ne peuvent plus \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9s,\u00a0la communication a \u00e9volu\u00e9 et se fait \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9cise la Directrice de Lewis France.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p><strong>Le num\u00e9rique d\u00e9multiplie les cibles et les supports et cr\u00e9e de nouveaux leviers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sur l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des lectures et des supports, les chiffres parlent d&rsquo;eux-m\u00eames :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>53% des fran\u00e7ais lisent la presse sur mobile ou tablette en 2015.<\/li>\n<li>Les sites et applis de presse ont totalis\u00e9 plus de 15 milliards de visites, soit une progression de 8,4% en un an.<\/li>\n<li>La fr\u00e9quentation mobile des marques de presse enregistre une croissance de 32,3% de ses visites entre 2014 et 2015.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;apport d&rsquo;audience du digital aux marques de presse est d\u00e9sormais de 73% en \u00e9volution de 17 points sur 1 an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Il faut \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute\u00a0de son march\u00e9 afin de comprendre comment le public et la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9volue pour anticiper les crises notamment. Plus que jamais, et plus particuli\u00e8rement dans ce nouveau contexte, les clients attendent toujours un retour sur investissement. D\u00e9sormais, il existe de nouveaux leaders d&rsquo;opinions qui ne poss\u00e8dent pas de carte de presse, ce sont les<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecommercemag.fr\/Definitions-Glossaire\/Influenceur-239460.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> influenceurs<\/a> qui communiquent sur les medias sociaux via leur blog, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter<\/a> ou encore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/m\/login\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Linkedin<\/a>. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 13h qu&rsquo;il y a le plus de \u00ab\u00a0retweets\u00a0\u00bb et entre 12h et 18h est le meilleur taux de clics. Du lundi au vendredi on remarque qu&rsquo;il y a le plus d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 B2B, et le week-end le plus d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 B2C. Au d\u00e9but des tweets c&rsquo;est bien d&rsquo;ajouter \u00ab\u00a0please RT\u00a0\u00bb qui permet de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer en moyenne 4 fois plus de \u00ab\u00a0retweets\u00a0\u00bb. Ne pas oublier de @mentionner les influenceurs, les marques qui sont cit\u00e9s dans le contenu. Les relations avec les \u00ab\u00a0followers sont \u00e0 cultiver.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ces leaders d&rsquo;opinions\u00a0tissent de v\u00e9ritables liens avec leur public, il est donc important pour les agences RP de travailler avec eux. Mais comment les identifier ? Il existe des plate-formes de marketing d&rsquo;influence comme <a href=\"http:\/\/www.traackr.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Traackr<\/a>\u00a0et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/search?q=buzzsumo&amp;oq=buzzsu&amp;aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0l5.2847j0j7&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Buzzsumo<\/a>\u00a0qui les identifie et\u00a0les g\u00e8re selon leur domaine d&rsquo;expertise. Pour cr\u00e9er un processus relationnel entre les influenceurs et les agences, il faut savoir transformer et adresser un contenu original et de qualit\u00e9 aux bonnes personnes afin de d\u00e9clencher une v\u00e9ritable conversation. Ainsi, les influenceurs seront incit\u00e9s \u00e0 le partager et m\u00eame en parler.
