David Fayon m\u00e8ne l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>La strat\u00e9gie digitale des banques dans la mouvance de la transformation des institutions financi\u00e8res<\/h3>\n<p>Le principal \u00e9l\u00e9ment que l&rsquo;on peut retenir de cette \u00e9tude est que la strat\u00e9gie de transformation digitale des banques est men\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re top-down.<strong> Il existe un v\u00e9ritable plan de transformation digitale dans 70% des banques.<\/strong>\u00a0En comparaison, les\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/trajectoires-digitales\/article\/2016\/06\/07\/transformation-digitale-ou-en-sont-les-entreprises-francaises_4941286_4887831.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">entreprises d&rsquo;autres secteurs sont 85% \u00e0 pr\u00e9tendre mettre le num\u00e9rique au coeur de leur strat\u00e9gie, mais seulement\u00a026% \u00e0 avoir adopt\u00e9 un plan chiffr\u00e9 et d\u00e9fini un budget d\u00e9di\u00e9.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude permet donc de montrer que le\u00a0secteur bancaire est fortement impliqu\u00e9 dans sa transformation digitale. En parall\u00e8le de la transformation digitale, une <strong>migration des SI vers des solutions Web plus souples et \u00e9volutives est effectu\u00e9e pour 80% des banques<\/strong>, car les syst\u00e8mes existants peuvent entraver la dynamique d&rsquo;innovation digitale des entreprises. Cependant, un faible degr\u00e9 de migration est observ\u00e9 dans le cloud (degr\u00e9 de 2,2 sur une \u00e9chelle de 1 \u00e0 4). <strong>Et lorsque les banques utilisent le cloud, elles se dirigent \u00e0 89% vers un cloud priv\u00e9.<\/strong> Cela s&rsquo;explique par la nature du secteur, o\u00f9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est primordiale et pouss\u00e9e au maximum. Malgr\u00e9 les investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les h\u00e9bergeurs et les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.label-cloud.com\/\">diff\u00e9rents labels de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9s<\/a>, les banques privil\u00e9gient la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du cloud priv\u00e9e. Enfin, <strong>pour 35% des personnes interrog\u00e9es une r\u00e9flexion a lieu sur la transposition du r\u00e9seau de la carte bancaire autour de la <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20221124084604\/https:\/\/blockchainfrance.net\/decouvrir-la-Blockchain\/c-est-quoi-la-Blockchain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">blockchain<\/a><\/strong>, technologie de stockage et de transmissions d&rsquo;informations\u00a0transparente, s\u00e9curis\u00e9e, et fonctionnant sans organe central de contr\u00f4le. En 2008, est apparue la premi\u00e8re blockchain avec la monnaie num\u00e9rique Bitcoin. Le changement n&rsquo;intervient pas autour de la monnaie, mais a lieu par\u00a0les <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.jleapt-unina.fraunhofer.it\/Digital%20Factory\/index.html\">digital factory<\/span> seraient en cours de cr\u00e9ation ou en exp\u00e9rimentation dans plusieurs banques.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude permet de souligner que le rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;innovation des banques est vari\u00e9. Certaines utilisent des incubateurs, des <a href=\"http:\/\/legroupe.laposte.fr\/start-up\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">concours annuels<\/a> avec des start-up ou encore des partenariats comme notamment La Banque Postale, le Cr\u00e9dit agricole, BNP Paribas et Kisskissbankbank pour le crowdfunding. C&rsquo;est donc une autre fa\u00e7on pour les banques d&rsquo;accompagner tout en travaillant avec des entreprises innovantes.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ce lien avec l&rsquo;innovation,\u00a0<strong>35% des personnes travaillant dans des banques indiquent ne pas avoir de charte d&rsquo;usage des outils num\u00e9riques<\/strong> (ou de ne pas savoir l&rsquo;existence \u00e9ventuelle) et 87% des sond\u00e9s expliquent qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RACI\">RACI du num\u00e9rique<\/a> dans la banque.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie donc que de nombreux efforts sont encore \u00e0 faire pour que les salari\u00e9s utilisent au mieux et de fa\u00e7on identiques les outils num\u00e9riques. Cependant, il existe un r\u00e9seau social d&rsquo;entreprise pour 73% des sond\u00e9s travaillant dans une banque.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, <strong>2,3 jours de formations aux technologies innovantes<\/strong>\u00a0sont dispens\u00e9s en moyenne par\u00a0salari\u00e9 dans les banques chaque ann\u00e9e contre <strong>6,8 jours pour les consultants et experts Internet<\/strong>. Le secteur bancaire est certes en pleine mutation, mais n&rsquo;a selon cette \u00e9tude, pas encore \u00e9gal\u00e9 les entreprises du web.<\/p>\n<h2>La banque de demain<\/h2>\n<p>Prochainement, le secteur de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 bancaire va fortement \u00e9voluer.
