Ces m\u00e9dias d&rsquo;un nouveau genre ont des usages d\u00fb par un changement culturel men\u00e9 par toute une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.\u00a0Dans un monde encore plus social o\u00f9 les exp\u00e9riences sont nombreuses, <strong>le mobile est au coeur de notre quotidien\u00a0<\/strong>avec\u00a064 millions de t\u00e9l\u00e9phones mobiles actifs en France, nous sommes devenus de v\u00e9ritables m\u00e9dias cr\u00e9ant du contenu unique. Ce mobile nous permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9aliser des lives. Ils sont utilis\u00e9s par 87% des marketeurs en entreprise. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude souligne\u00a0que\u00a03 plateformes se distinguent des autres : Facebook (75%), Twitter (72%) et LinkedIn (65%). Ces outils sont utilis\u00e9s pour renforcer la relation client (56%), g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s commerciales (51%) et \u00e9couter en faisant de la veille (45%). Aussi, 32% des entreprises qui les utilisent sont en qu\u00eate de recommandations, 74% pour accro\u00eetre leur notori\u00e9t\u00e9 ou encore\u00a0pour g\u00e9rer leur e-r\u00e9putation (60%). Il est donc tr\u00e8s important d&rsquo;utiliser activement les m\u00e9dias sociaux pour faire des affaires. Car il faut savoir que chaque m\u00e9dia social est sp\u00e9cifique et s&rsquo;adapte au coeur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de toutes les entreprises. Ainsi, si vous \u00eates une entreprise vendant des v\u00eatements, Instagram est fait pour vous. Votre coeur de cible se trouve sur ce r\u00e9seau. Ce chiffre est en baisse, \u00e9tant de 52% en 2015. N\u00e9anmoins, ce chiffre passe \u00e0 75% pour les entreprises de plus de 1000 salari\u00e9s, ce qui est plut\u00f4t rassurant. Pour g\u00e9rer les m\u00e9dias sociaux, 8% des organisations pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent avoir recours \u00e0 des agences externes. <strong>Seulement 30% des entreprises poss\u00e8dent une charte d&rsquo;utilisation<\/strong>.
