Le Value Added\u00a0Selling n&rsquo;\u00e9chappe pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle, et l&rsquo;ouvrage de <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/tom-reilly-b927088\/\">Tom Reilly<\/span> s&rsquo;affaire\u00a0particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 d\u00e9truire l&rsquo;importance que se fait le vendeur du prix. <strong>Car oui, cette obsession est pr\u00e9sente non pas chez le client, mais chez le commercial<\/strong>. Le prix d\u00e9pens\u00e9 par l&rsquo;acheteur\u00a0repr\u00e9sente parfois m\u00eame un statut pour lui, t\u00e9moignant du\u00a0pouvoir de d\u00e9cision qu&rsquo;il d\u00e9tient\u00a0et de l&rsquo;importance de son\u00a0budget. Mais il existe une chose bien plus importante que le prix, et qui emp\u00eache le client de dormir : <strong>la solution qui a r\u00e9duit son budget \u00e0 peau de chagrin va t-elle lui rapporter un bon retour sur investissement<\/strong>, ou sera-ce un boulet embarrassant pour son acqu\u00e9reur ?<\/p>\n<h2>Value Added Selling \u00ab\u00a0Faire gagner le client\u00a0\u00bb ne veut pas dire \u00ab\u00a0faire un rabais\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Car s&rsquo;il aime proclamer fi\u00e8rement \u00ab\u00a0cette ann\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai mis 200 000 euros dans cette solution\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;acheteur ne souhaite pas terminer sa phrase par \u00ab\u00a0&#8230; et cela ne m&rsquo;a rien rapport\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. <strong>Ce n&rsquo;est ni bon pour lui, ni bon pour le vendeur, qui ne risque pas de revoir son client suite \u00e0 cet \u00e9chec<\/strong>. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 le calcul (simple mais si indispensable) suivant :<\/p>\n<p><center><strong>Prix initial + co\u00fbts + impact = valeur<\/strong><\/center><br \/>\nNotons que \u00ab\u00a0impact\u00a0\u00bb repr\u00e9sente non seulement les gains li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mise en\u00a0place de la solution, mais \u00e9galement les \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es. Pour lui, la vente est avant tout affaire de relation, d\u2019entente et de confiance entre deux personnes. Savoir faire preuve d\u2019humilit\u00e9 et se mettre \u00e0 la place du client pour comprendre ses besoins est essentiel pour apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 la vente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>: \u00ab\u00a0le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice ultime de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est que l\u2019on n\u2019a pas besoin de se rappeler de ses mensonges\u00a0\u00bb, dit Tom Reilly. L\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 est une condition n\u00e9cessaire pour b\u00e2tir une relation de confiance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>: la vente est avant tout, nous le verrons plus tard, un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice commun entre deux parties. Promettre beaucoup et livrer encore plus que promis est un facteur cl\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s pour construire une relation \u00e9quitable et durable entre client et vendeur, et une fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00e9carter toute question de co\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9velopper un \u00e9change gagnant-gagnant<\/h2>\n<p>Le client et le vendeur sont plus li\u00e9s que l\u2019on peut imaginer. Le r\u00e9sultat de la vente conditionne en effet la r\u00e9ussite des deux parties\u00a0: si l\u2019acheteur pense avoir trop investi par rapport \u00e0 la valeur apport\u00e9e, il ne passera plus de commande au vendeur, qui perd donc un client. Si le vendeur pense avoir fait une mauvaise affaire, il risque de n\u00e9gliger son livrable et ne pas livrer au-del\u00e0 des attentes du client.<br \/>\nPour d\u00e9velopper cet \u00e9change gagnant\/gagnant, <strong>le vendeur aura besoin de mettre le doigt sur les douleurs du client et mettre en place une solution adapt\u00e9e pour les r\u00e9soudre<\/strong>\u00a0: je ne peux que vous <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170709041701\/https:\/\/www.sparklane-group.com\/fr\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">renvoyer \u00e0 l\u2019article sur le solution selling que j\u2019ai \u00e9crit il y a quelques mois sur ce blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><center><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Placer le client au-dessus de tout<\/h2>\n<p>Tom Reilly insiste sur le fait que la vente concerne avant tout le client\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0c\u2019est son probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est son argent, c\u2019est une solution qu\u2019il va devoir conserver dans la dur\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est pour cela que <strong>le vendeur doit s\u2019adresser dans les termes du client, avec son langage<\/strong>. Un client se moque ainsi de savoir qu\u2019il passe du r\u00e9seau RTC \u00e0 la VOIP. Il ne ma\u00eetrise pas ce jargon, qui n\u2019\u00e9voque rien pour lui-m\u00eame si pour le vendeur et son entreprise il s\u2019agit d\u2019une offre importante et \u00e0 forte marge.
