R\u00e9ponse le 7 mars.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition qui nous avait permis d\u2019en savoir un peu plus sur l\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux en entreprise, nous aurons le plaisir de vous pr\u00e9senter en exclusivit\u00e9 notre second barom\u00e8tre des m\u00e9dias sociaux et leur usage par les marketeurs en entreprise, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en commun par <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170606104142\/http:\/\/www.adetem.org\/xwiki\/bin\/view\/NBAdetemPublic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adetem<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Visionary Marketing<\/a>, Hootsuite et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tolunastart.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Toluna<\/a>\u00a0<strong>le mardi 7 mars 2017 au <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.canada-culture.org\/accueil_home-fr.html\">Centre culturel canadien<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9dition vont ainsi nous permettre de constater l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des r\u00e9ponses, tout en tenant compte de la diff\u00e9rence d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons qui a pu s&rsquo;intercaler entre les deux \u00e9tudes. Nous avons ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 ce second barom\u00e8tre de nouveaux filtres d\u2019analyse qui nous permettent de tirer des conclusions plus pr\u00e9cises en les comparant aux tailles ou aux secteurs des entreprises interview\u00e9es. Nous avons \u00e9galement enrichi nos analyses de verbatim issus de nos tables rondes de responsables web et m\u00e9dias sociaux (la liste des participants se trouve en fin de document) qui permettent d\u2019illustrer ou d\u2019expliciter certains r\u00e9sultats chiffr\u00e9s. Cette ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement riche en \u00e9v\u00e9nements : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snapchat.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Snapchat <\/a>est entr\u00e9 dans le champ de vision des entreprises, m\u00eame si sa compr\u00e9hension par les marketeurs, notamment en France, reste faible. De nouveaux outils ont \u00e9galement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 percer de fa\u00e7on remarquable, comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.periscope.tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Periscope<\/a> (et son comp\u00e8re <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20181221144654\/https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/livemap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook live<\/a> qui n&rsquo;est malheureusement pas visible puisque m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 Facebook, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr-fr.messenger.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Messenger<\/a> qui en est sorti). Comme dans tout \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, des esp\u00e8ces nouvelles se font jour et d\u2019autres disparaissent. C\u2019est \u00e9galement le cas dans le domaine plus ferm\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau social d\u2019entreprise avec, encore eux, Facebook at Work (renomm\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/fb.facebook.com\/work\/landing\/input\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Workplace<\/a> en octobre 2016) et <a href=\"https:\/\/slack.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Slack<\/a> qui s\u2019imposent peu \u00e0 peu dans ce paysage encombr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-23525 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_151ad5f76b3524978018138f8fcfbf8570f053d3-1-400x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"437\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_151ad5f76b3524978018138f8fcfbf8570f053d3-1-400x300.png 400w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_151ad5f76b3524978018138f8fcfbf8570f053d3-1-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_151ad5f76b3524978018138f8fcfbf8570f053d3-1.png 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 437px) 100vw, 437px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>La vid\u00e9o s\u2019impose peu \u00e0 peu pendant que certains r\u00e9seaux sociaux s\u2019affaiblissent<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Alors que la vid\u00e9o en direct s&rsquo;est largement impos\u00e9e au cours de cette ann\u00e9e, d&rsquo;autres outils sont en passe de dispara\u00eetre ou sont sortis du spectre<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.google.com\/?hl=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google+<\/a> n&rsquo;est plus que l&rsquo;ombre de lui-m\u00eame et on peut m\u00eame consid\u00e9rer qu&rsquo;il est quasiment hors-jeu. M\u00eame si son propri\u00e9taire, d\u00e9sormais renomm\u00e9 Alphabet, ne veut admettre son \u00e9chec ni le faire dispara\u00eetre, les entreprises prennent acte de sa disparition de facto.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/viadeo.journaldunet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Viadeo <\/a>semble peu \u00e0 peu subir le m\u00eame sort, m\u00eame s\u2019il trouve une nouvelle jeunesse au travers d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de notation collaborative des entreprises.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240327152913\/https:\/\/vine.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vine<\/a> a \u00e9galement disparu du radar, alors qu&rsquo;on en faisait grand cas encore en d\u00e9but 2015 en le d\u00e9signant comme nouvelle tendance des m\u00e9dias sociaux\u00a0: \u00e0 peine un an et demi apr\u00e8s, il est m\u00eame abandonn\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter<\/a> en cette fin octobre 2016. Il est remplac\u00e9 par Periscope, plus simple \u00e0 comprendre et plus direct. Twitter, qui est derri\u00e8re ces deux plateformes, a bien r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 bousculer le march\u00e9 dans ce domaine.<br \/>\nParmi les nouvelles tendances comptons \u00e9galement <strong>le social selling, qui s&rsquo;est largement impos\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e<\/strong> au point d&rsquo;en devenir une quasi obsession parmi les clients B2B. Ceci explique aussi que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LinkedIn<\/a>\u00a0se maintient, malgr\u00e9 son rachat par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/fr-fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Microsoft<\/a> en 2016. Celui-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cri\u00e9 par certains analystes, mais il faut avouer qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas eu pour l\u2019instant de r\u00e9percussion sur la plateforme, qui garde son ind\u00e9pendance au sein de la firme de Redmond.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-23526 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_3be656aa36f4458e49ef31577e982a5fe723cb09-400x300.png\" alt=\"m\u00e9dias sociaux\" width=\"439\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_3be656aa36f4458e49ef31577e982a5fe723cb09-400x300.png 400w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_3be656aa36f4458e49ef31577e982a5fe723cb09-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_3be656aa36f4458e49ef31577e982a5fe723cb09.png 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 439px) 100vw, 439px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, dernier ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne et non des moindres en cette fin 2016, la chute de Twitter en bourse, suite \u00e0 un grand nombre de sp\u00e9culations sur sa mise en vente. Ce point particulier a cr\u00e9\u00e9 beaucoup de d\u00e9tresse parmi les influenceurs, qui ont largement tendance \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer l\u2019oiseau bleu comme leur outil favori. Twitter, cet outil couteau suisse qui fait tout et n&rsquo;importe quoi et apporte une grande valeur ajout\u00e9e aux utilisateurs experts laisserait les novices de marbre. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/282087\/number-of-monthly-active-twitter-users\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Les utilisateurs actifs de Twitter seraient toutefois plus de 310 millions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout cela, <strong>les r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8rent que dans l\u2019entreprise, Twitter a toujours une grande valeur<\/strong> et ce point appara\u00eetra clairement et en d\u00e9tail dans ce barom\u00e8tre. Il y a donc encore de l&rsquo;espoir car si l&rsquo;outil semble \u00eatre un demi-succ\u00e8s dans le grand public, selon certains analystes qui ont la critique ais\u00e9e, il semble clairement \u00eatre incontournable dans le monde de l&rsquo;entreprise. Pour notre part, il semble important de bien le positionner par rapport \u00e0 Facebook. Les deux plateformes offrent des usages et des perspectives fort diff\u00e9rentes et ne peuvent \u00eatre confondues. Esp\u00e9rons que <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jack_Dorsey\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jack Dorsey<\/a> trouvera des moyens de financement diff\u00e9rents de ceux des plateformes grand public, car les entreprises l\u2019appr\u00e9cient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23527\" title=\"m\u00e9dias sociaux\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/new-piktochart_546_2f1eb4ec29c1757f1638b41870a03b3dd8b4afde-400x300.png\" alt=\"m\u00e9dias sociaux\" width=\"437\" height=\"328\" \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Le long cheminement de la maturit\u00e9 de l\u2019usage des m\u00e9dias sociaux en marketing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ce changement dans le paysage des outils n&rsquo;est pas le seul point \u00e0 noter dans ce nouveau barom\u00e8tre Hootsuite des m\u00e9dias sociaux. <strong>On notera encore et toujours les sempiternelles questions autour de la strat\u00e9gie et de l&rsquo;organisation<\/strong>, de plus en plus pr\u00e9gnantes, et qu&rsquo;il va bien falloir r\u00e9soudre un jour. Les progr\u00e8s sont notables cependant, dans ce nouveau barom\u00e8tre des m\u00e9dias sociaux, notamment en termes d\u2019ad\u00e9quation \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise. C\u2019est un point encourageant, qui montre que l\u2019\u00e9volution et la maturation sont en bonne voie. Mais il reste des points \u00e9pineux qui ne sont pas r\u00e9gl\u00e9s, et non des moindres. Le ROI, comme toujours, pose probl\u00e8me, et on peut se poser l\u00e9gitimement la question de savoir si on n\u2019y arrivera jamais. Notre point de vue sur ce sujet est d\u2019ailleurs assez nuanc\u00e9. Il faut savoir, dans le marketing du bouche \u00e0 oreille, incorporer une partie d\u2019incertitude, mesurer tout en prenant de la distance, et partir du principe qu\u2019on ne pourra jamais tout mesurer. Voil\u00e0 un sujet de travail pour les consultants, en plus de notre conclusion de l\u2019an dernier qui reste toujours valable.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci \u00e9tant dit, plus de 10 ans apr\u00e8s leur introduction, la maturit\u00e9 se fait jour, certes encore timidement, dans l\u2019usage des m\u00e9dias sociaux en entreprise et il y a un signe qui ne trompe pas\u00a0: alors que les plateformes sont en plein bouleversement, <strong>les marketeurs restent focalis\u00e9s et ne perdent pas de vue que les outils peuvent \u00e9voluer, voire dispara\u00eetre.<\/strong> Un signe de maturit\u00e9 qui me fait penser que l\u2019avenir, s\u2019il reste en grande partie \u00e0 inventer, est n\u00e9anmoins radieux pour notre discipline, quelles que soient les perspectives \u00e0 court terme de tel ou tel outil.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 de quoi nous pr\u00e9parer avec enthousiasme \u00e0 la prochaine campagne de ce barom\u00e8tre, pour laquelle nous vous r\u00e9servons quelques surprises et
