C&rsquo;est aussi la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9couter, \u00e0 influencer, \u00e0 convaincre et m\u00eame stimuler la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 en inspirant autrui. On peut donc dire que le digital est notre nouvelle comp\u00e9tence relationnelle.\u00a0<\/em><em>Aujourd&rsquo;hui nous sommes nombreux \u00e0 communiquer gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux, que ce soit avec nos amis\u00a0venant des quatre coins du monde ou avec nos coll\u00e8gue du\u00a0bureau afin de prendre une d\u00e9cision importante comme o\u00f9 manger \u00e0 la pause d\u00e9jeuner. Certains utilisent m\u00eame\u00a0les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les applications mobiles pour rencontrer leur \u00e2me soeur. En effet, le digital facilite\u00a0les rencontres, et simplifie les relations entre nous. Oui, certains pourront dire que le digital et les smartphones ont un impact\u00a0n\u00e9gatif sur les relations conversationnelles. Ceci est un sujet de d\u00e9bat interminable.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Le digital, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne societal<\/h2>\n<p>La disruption digitale n&rsquo;est pas uniquement un bouleversement technologique, mais aussi \u00e9conomique et social. En effet, dans cet article nous allons nous concentrer sur les relations sociales que tissent les\u00a0utilisateurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Internet. Le digital nous rapproche car <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cadrescfdt.fr\/actualites\/lancement-d%E2%80%99un-%C2%AB-laboratoire-%C2%BB-sur-le-digital-les-relations-sociales-et-le-management-006\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">il joue un r\u00f4le important dans l&rsquo;att\u00e9nuation des distances et du temps<\/a>. En d&rsquo;autres termes, le digital rapproche les gens, qu&rsquo;ils soient dans la pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou sur un autre continent.\u00a0Il y a environ 2 ans et demi, j&rsquo;ai quitt\u00e9 Manchester au Royaume Uni, o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai fait la connaissance de personnes du monde entier.\u00a0Aujourd&rsquo;hui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Whatsapp, Facebook et Facetime, je suis en contact mon groupe d&rsquo;ami;\u00a0nous organisons m\u00eame un \u00ab\u00a0group call\u00a0\u00bb mensuel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/digital-society-forum.orange.com\/fr\/les-forums\/16-usages_coutumes_et_politesses__les_codes_de_lramitie_sur_internet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Le ton informel et spontan\u00e9 employ\u00e9 sur Internet permet de d\u00e9contracter et simplifier la conversation.\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0Il n&rsquo;y a pas de format ou tournures de phrases complexes \u00e0 respecter. Ceci est vrai pour diff\u00e9rentes\u00a0tranches d&rsquo;ages; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.airofmelty.fr\/amitie-digitale-justice-sociale-communautes-qui-est-vraiment-la-generation-z-a519121.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">en effet 57% des 13-17 ans d\u00e9clarent avoir d\u00e9velopper des amiti\u00e9s en ligne<\/a>. Certaines personnes sont m\u00eame plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise d&rsquo;\u00e9crire leurs pens\u00e9es sinc\u00e8res sur Whatsapp ou Messenger. Ils se sentent prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par leur \u00e9cran d&rsquo;ordinateur.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23494\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23494\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-23494\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/IMG_0859-1024x683.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23494\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Internet joue un r\u00f4le important dans la cr\u00e9ation de communaut\u00e9s<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Un autre argument qui appuie mon propos est la cr\u00e9ation de communaut\u00e9s sur Internet autour d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eats communs, comme le voyage, les objects connect\u00e9s, ou la politique. Le client connect\u00e9 d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui partage son avis avec les membres de cette communaut\u00e9. Ces derniers se basent souvent sur ces avis pour prendre une d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;achat. <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20131109051324\/http:\/\/www.atelier.net\/trends\/articles\/structurer-big-data-faut-donner-moyens-aux-differentes-communautes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Les marques b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient aussi de la cr\u00e9ation de ces communaut\u00e9s<\/a>; celles-ci pr\u00e9sentent pour elle une source\u00a0de donn\u00e9es. En travaillant ces informations, les marques peuvent mieux comprendre et cibler leur audience.<\/p>\n<h2>La Saint-Valentin \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du digital, c&rsquo;est amusant<\/h2>\n<p>Un article publi\u00e9 le 14 f\u00e9vrier sur la communication digitale doit absolument avoir une partie consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la Saint-Valentin, non pas pour expliquer la signification de cette f\u00eate, mais plut\u00f4t pour comprendre l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 que cela pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du digital, car nous sommes probablement tous d&rsquo;accord sur un point: la Saint-Valentin est une f\u00eate hyper-commercialis\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons par le community management. Les hommes, quand \u00e0 eux, re\u00e7oivent des id\u00e9es cadeaux et des astuces pour faire sourire leur partenaires par e-mail.<\/p>\n<h2>Le digital fait \u00e9voluer le comportement utilisateur<\/h2>\n<p>Souvent, <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.slideshare.net\/BackeliteAgency\/10-tendances-ux-en-2015-by-backelite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">un bouleversement entra\u00eene un changement du comportement utilisateur<\/a>. Ce dernier s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 la technologie et \u00e0 ses avantages. Par exemple, l&rsquo;utilisateur connect\u00e9 d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui n&rsquo;a pas le temps de se balader dans les boutiques pour trouver l&rsquo;article parfait. Il pr\u00e9f\u00e8re se connecter sur un\u00a0site e-commerce, discuter avec un chatbot pour enfin trouver l&rsquo;article qu&rsquo;il cherche.<\/p>\n<p>Le comportement de l&rsquo;utilisateur connect\u00e9 est tellement analys\u00e9 que la communication qui le touche est souvent tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9e.\u00a0La communication push vise son besoin exact et son status dans son parcours achat.
