Mais comment ? Tout simplement en cr\u00e9ant des exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 vivre. <strong>Toute entreprise doit ainsi mettre l&rsquo;humain au coeur de ses pr\u00e9occupations.<\/strong> Pour cela, elle doit repenser le mod\u00e8le de sa structure en se basant sur un contrat collectif innovant, p\u00e9renne et juste pour toutes les parties prenantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les deux types d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La <strong>belle exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> : l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience doit \u00eatre intuitive, souple, fluide et \u00e9voluer en permanence. ING Direct est un bon exemple de belle exp\u00e9rience. Par le biais de son application, la navigation est simplifi\u00e9e, l&rsquo;utilisateur effectue des actions en quelques minutes. Les \u00e9changes sont facilit\u00e9s, un v\u00e9ritable dialogue est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 entre les collaborateurs de la banque et les clients. En partie, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, ING Direct arrive leader de la relation client dans le domaine de la banque.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>pauvre exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> : ici, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience est saccad\u00e9e ou encore non personnalis\u00e9e, ainsi une mauvaise relation a lieu entre le client et les entreprises, cr\u00e9ant une exp\u00e9rience pauvre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La bonne exp\u00e9rience valoris\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois le client et l&#8217;employ\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La bonne exp\u00e9rience&nbsp;valorise donc \u00e0 la fois les clients, les collaborateurs, cr\u00e9ant des entreprises durables et humanistes, harmonisant les relations entre les organisations et les hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs crit\u00e8res entrent en compte pour mesurer notre exp\u00e9rience, elle se mesure par 3 dimensions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La <strong>dimension fonctionnelle<\/strong> : sur ce plan, 4 crit\u00e8res interviennent : l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9, la simplicit\u00e9, la commodit\u00e9 et la diminution d&rsquo;un risque.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>dimension sensorielle<\/strong> : ces crit\u00e8res reposent sur nos 5 sens. La marque Louis Vuitton, maison fran\u00e7aise de maroquinerie de luxe refl\u00e8te bien cela, car elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 sur la notion d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience. Louis Vuitton \u00e9tait un amoureux du voyage et a vite compris qu&rsquo;il fallait cr\u00e9er des bagages novateurs pour aider les personnes \u00e0 voyager. C&rsquo;est comme cela que la fameuse valise Louis Vuitton est n\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour r\u00e9soudre les nouveaux probl\u00e8mes de l&rsquo;entreprise, <strong>il ne faut plus utiliser les m\u00e9thodes ordinaires mais des d\u00e9marches de sciences humaines<\/strong>. Pour cela, les scientifiques sont les personnes les mieux plac\u00e9es. Afin de faire entrer l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 au coeur de votre entreprise, il faut s&rsquo;entourer de&nbsp;sociologues, ethnologues, anthropologues et ergonomes. Ces personnes savent \u00e9tudier le pass\u00e9, le pr\u00e9sent pour ainsi anticiper au mieux l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combiner les comp\u00e9tences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Combiner les comp\u00e9tences de ces sp\u00e9cialistes est int\u00e9ressant pour une entreprise, car elle obtient ainsi un recueil d&rsquo;information des diff\u00e9rents comportements humains, ce qui lui permettra d&rsquo;adapter au mieux son business model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">De plus, les entreprises doivent \u00e9galement faire appel \u00e0 des designers. Ces experts se mettront \u00e0 la place des clients et des collaborateurs avant de mettre&nbsp;en place des actions correctives et de construire ou reconstruire quelque chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinci.com\/vinci.nsf\/en\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vinci<\/a> est un bon exemple, qu&rsquo;int\u00e9grer ces diff\u00e9rentes visions fonctionne. Auparavant, Vinci construisait des stades avec une exp\u00e9rience client et collaborateur quasiment nulle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Mais face \u00e0 la baisse de fr\u00e9quentation de ses stades, l&rsquo;entreprise a pris la d\u00e9cision de mettre l&rsquo;humain au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience. Ils ont collabor\u00e9 avec des scientifiques et designers pour construire le nouveau stade de Bordeaux. Et les spectateurs s&rsquo;y rendent nombreux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">En effet,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.francebleu.fr\/sports\/football\/foot-ligue-1-faut-il-s-inquieter-de-la-faible-affluence-au-matmut-atlantique-de-bordeaux-1452716342\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> les Girondins repr\u00e9sente&nbsp;la 7e affluence sur les 20 clubs du championnat<\/a>.&nbsp;D&rsquo;autres entreprises comme<a href=\"https:\/\/www.laposte.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> La Poste<\/a>, <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.carrefour.fr\/\">Carrefour<\/span> ou encore <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ikea.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ikea <\/a>commencent \u00e0 prendre en compte le sujet, en cr\u00e9ant des cellules d&rsquo;innovation centr\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;humain au sein de leur organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Mais attention, il est inutile de r\u00e9inventer une nouvelle entreprise, car son histoire est essentielle. Mettre une petite touche de sciences humaines et de design dans chaque service suffit \u00e0 mettre en avant la notion d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les \u00e9coles en retard sur l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Mis \u00e0 part les entreprises, les \u00e9coles sup\u00e9rieures sont aussi concern\u00e9es par cette notion d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">De nombreuses \u00e9coles ne cr\u00e9ent aucun lien avec l&rsquo;entreprise, leur enseignement restant trop th\u00e9orique. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hec.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">L&rsquo;\u00e9cole de commerce HEC<\/a> a notamment supprim\u00e9 les cours qui touchent \u00e0 l&rsquo;humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Mais comment peut-on former de futurs managers sans les sensibiliser aux ressources humaines ? Il y a un r\u00e9el foss\u00e9 entre les \u00e9tudes et le monde r\u00e9el du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>Petit apart\u00e9 : je conseille \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tudiants de r\u00e9aliser leurs \u00e9tudes en alternance.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">C&rsquo;est en ce moment que tout cela se joue. Les entreprises doivent mettre au coeur de leur activit\u00e9 l&rsquo;humain.
