Voil\u00e0 qui r\u00e9sume parfaitement la tendance actuelle des m\u00e9dias sociaux. On constate en effet que\u00a0les internautes\u00a0semblent de plus en\u00a0plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la lecture de contenus visuels tel que\u00a0des infographies ou des vid\u00e9os et moins\u00a0par les contenus traditionnels enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9dig\u00e9s. En r\u00e9sulte\u00a0une utilisation croissante\u00a0de Periscope, Facebook Live ou encore Snapchat. De plus, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme Instagram et Pinterest (<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/09\/100-million-pinterest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dont nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 sur ce blog<\/a>) montent en fl\u00e8che. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/chiffres-instagram\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">En deux ans, l&rsquo;audience d&rsquo;Instagram a tout simplement doubl\u00e9<\/a>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse de Twitter qui chute avec <a href=\"http:\/\/businessinsider.com\/tweets-on-twitter-is-in-serious-decline-2016-2?r=UK&amp;IR=T\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">303 millions de tweets en janvier 2016 contre 661 millions en ao\u00fbt 2014<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"post-title\">Toutefois <strong>ces chiffres et ces tendances de surface ne sont que la partie \u00e9merg\u00e9e de l&rsquo;iceberg<\/strong>, et r\u00e9sultent de changements de fond bien plus complexes que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hootsuite.com\/fr\/evolution-des-medias-sociaux-pour-2017\/\">dans cet article publi\u00e9 sur le blog de\u00a0Hootsuite<\/a> :<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"title-container\" class=\"post-title\">5\u00a0pr\u00e9dictions sur l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des m\u00e9dias sociaux pour 2017<\/h2>\n<p>En 2013, j\u2019enregistrai une vid\u00e9o pour Hootsuite dans laquelle je pr\u00e9sentais le concept de \u00ab\u00a0mass m\u00e9dias sociaux\u00a0\u00bb. Au vu du nombre de tweets et d\u2019interactions qu\u2019elle a suscit\u00e9s, je pense que nous avions vis\u00e9 juste. Nous travaillons actuellement \u00e0 la conclusion de notre barom\u00e8tre\u00a02017 Hootsuite\/Visionary Marketing de l\u2019utilisation des m\u00e9dias sociaux, utilis\u00e9 par les marketeurs Fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hootsuite.com\/fr\/evolution-des-medias-sociaux-pour-2017\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"m\u00e9dias sociaux\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Picture2-1.png\" alt=\"m\u00e9dias sociaux\" width=\"878\" height=\"541\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les conclusions que nous en tirons montrent clairement que le march\u00e9 a m\u00fbri, mais qu\u2019il reste encore beaucoup de chemin \u00e0 parcourir. Dans cet article, je vais vous faire part de quelques hypoth\u00e8ses concernant l\u2019\u00e9volution des m\u00e9dias sociaux en 2017 et au del\u00e0.\u00a0#1 \u2013 \u00a0Certains outils vont dispara\u00eetre d\u2019autres les remplacerontUn point me frappe lorsque j\u2019\u00e9tudie notre dernier barom\u00e8tre\u00a0: les plateformes de m\u00e9dias sociaux utilis\u00e9es par les sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing ne sont plus les m\u00eames. Adieu Vine (auquel Twitter a ass\u00e9n\u00e9 le coup de gr\u00e2ce en 2016), Viadeo (liquid\u00e9 lui aussi) et Xing (limit\u00e9s aux zones germanophones, pour combien de temps, nul ne sait). Les nouvelles marottes de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016 \u00e9taient Periscope (un peu en d\u00e9clin en ce d\u00e9but 2017, les choses vont vite), Facebook Messenger, Facebook Live et Snapchat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hootsuite.com\/fr\/evolution-des-medias-sociaux-pour-2017\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"m\u00e9dias sociaux\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Picture1-1.png\" alt=\"m\u00e9dias sociaux\" width=\"1002\" height=\"564\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Si Snapchat suscite beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat en ce moment, son r\u00e9seau reste principalement utilis\u00e9 par le grand public. Hormis quelques rares exceptions, de nombreuses entreprises ont encore du mal \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender ses fonctionnalit\u00e9s inhabituelles et son interface d\u00e9routante. Une discussion entre experts des medias sociaux m\u2019a fait sourire r\u00e9cemment car aucun d\u2019entre eux n\u2019utilise ni ne maitrise l\u2019outil. Il est encore trop t\u00f4t pour le dire, mais nous assistons peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 la naissance d\u2019un nouveau g\u00e9ant des m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>De nouvelles comp\u00e9tences seront ainsi requises.Les entreprises vont par ailleurs se mettre \u00e0 la vid\u00e9o en direct. Ce format est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9 pour la diffusion d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements. Pour notre part, nous l\u2019utilisons pour dynamiser les interactions de nos webinaires. Nous avons ainsi battu tous les records en recevant 117\u00a0candidatures en un apr\u00e8s-midi pour la filiale cloud computing d\u2019Orange.<\/p>\n<p>Fin 2016, les sp\u00e9culations quant \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de Twitter sont all\u00e9es bon train. Periscope sera-t-il la solution aux difficult\u00e9s que rencontre ce r\u00e9seau que nous appr\u00e9cions tellement ?
