Comme la majorit\u00e9 des secteurs, l&rsquo;agroalimentaire\u00a0est fortement\u00a0touch\u00e9 par la vague de transformation digitale. Pour l&rsquo;agroalimentaire, comme pour tous ces secteurs, le digital est devenu un \u00e9l\u00e9ment strat\u00e9gique de mise en relation des entreprises avec leur consommateur. On voit de nouvelles applications de livraison de plats \u00e0 domicile \u00e9merger tous les jours comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodcheri.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FoodCh\u00e9ri<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/frichti.co\/?gclid=CIKbhbSY6tECFW4W0wodNZQMpQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Frichti<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20180809091755\/http:\/\/pickles.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pickles<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20171010083635\/http:\/\/www.e-marketing.fr:80\/Thematique\/ressources-1077\/Breves\/livraison-domicile-booste-activite-restaurants-304444.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ce secteur grandissant pourrait atteindre les 1 milliards d&rsquo;euros en 2020.<\/a> Grande utilisatrice de\u00a0Frichti ou UberEats, je me suis int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 ce secteur en pleine disruption. Mais qu&rsquo;est ce que la \u00ab\u00a0foodtech\u00a0\u00bb? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maddyness.com\/2016\/06\/08\/foodtech-en-france\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">C&rsquo;est la fusion du digital avec l&rsquo;alimentation, la production, la vente et la restauration<\/a>. En d&rsquo;autres termes, c&rsquo;est la cuisine disrupt\u00e9e, ou l&rsquo;ub\u00e9risation de vos repas, tout simplement. En ce moment, ce domaine attire beaucoup l&rsquo;attention \u00e0 la fois des consommateurs et des investisseurs. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maddyness.com\/2016\/06\/08\/foodtech-en-france\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Il y a 50% plus d&rsquo;investissements dans ce secteur entre 2014 et 2015.<\/a> C&rsquo;est un domaine int\u00e9ressant, o\u00f9 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente. Le consommateur d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui peut \u00eatre caricatur\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant un \u00ab\u00a0urbain moderne hyper connect\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. En un click, il re\u00e7oit le produit qu&rsquo;il souhaite directement chez lui. Alors pourquoi ne pas recevoir un d\u00e9jeuner au bureau en quelques clicks? <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.la-nouvelle-restauration.com\/actus\/2016\/04\/chd-expert-analyse-livraison-domicile\">Effectivement, 51% des fran\u00e7ais se sont fait livrer au moins un repas en mars 2016<\/span>. On parle de livraison 3.0. Pour pr\u00e9parer un repas copieux, le consommateur d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui ne passe plus des heures dans la cuisine \u00e0 laver et couper ses l\u00e9gumes ; il prend son smartphone, se connecte sur son application mobile pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, et choisis un plat qui lui met l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 la bouche. Il a un choix tr\u00e8s \u00e9labor\u00e9, compos\u00e9 des restaurants autour de lui, et\u00a0des cuisines comme Frichti et FoodCh\u00e9ri. Malgr\u00e9 tous les plats sains et cuisin\u00e9s avec amour, la pizza reste la commande pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des fran\u00e7ais ; <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.la-nouvelle-restauration.com\/actus\/2016\/04\/chd-expert-analyse-livraison-domicile\">67% des fran\u00e7ais la choisissent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Voil\u00e0 pourquoi nous adorons cette\u00a0tendance<\/h2>\n<p>Non seulement cette tendance de livraison de repas \u00e0 domicile nous rapporte du confort mais elle a un impact positif sur notre environnement (et notre \u00e9conomie). Non, je ne vais pas vous encore vous parler de\u00a0l&rsquo;ub\u00e9risation ou de\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie collaborative. Toutefois, je\u00a0tiens \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que les efforts marketing de ces startups sont tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants et amusants.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Premi\u00e8re raison :<\/strong>\u00a0Les livreurs \u00e0 v\u00e9lo. Pourquoi ce d\u00e9tail est-il important \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie marketing de ces startups ? Simplement car le concept est \u00e0 la fois vintage et innovant.\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce coursier sportif, on re\u00e7ois notre repas dans des moindres d\u00e9lais. Ceci est un des objectifs principaux de ces startups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me raison :<\/strong>\u00a0Les petits producteurs locaux. Quelque une de ces startups comme Frichti n&rsquo;utilisent que des produits sains, de saison, et issus de producteurs locaux. Elles sont l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire entre le consommateur urbain connect\u00e9 et le producteur local. Qui n&rsquo;a jamais\u00a0essay\u00e9 de convaincre son coll\u00e8gue, ou son ami de s&rsquo;abonner \u00e0 un service, pour recevoir la petite r\u00e9compense ? Vous et moi sommes le meilleur atout marketing de ces startups, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;ils tiennent leur promesse de vente bien entendu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quatri\u00e8me raison :<\/strong>\u00a0Pour eux, le client est vraiment roi. Ces startups ont un service client remarquable. Un probl\u00e8me avec la livraison UberEats, aucun souci ; <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.la-nouvelle-restauration.com\/actus\/2016\/04\/ubereats-nouveau-service-livraison-paris\">le service client vous rend le sourire en 5 minutes<\/span>.
