Il faut donc \u00eatre le plus performant possible. Dans notre \u00e8re, il y a de plus en plus d\u2019Internet, de plus en plus de comparateurs et ce sont les moteurs de recherche qui d\u00e9signent le \u00ab\u2009gagnant\u2009\u00bb tout comme les \u00ab\u2009perdants\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette th\u00e9orie, c\u2019est le gagnant qui remporte toute la mise, car il est devenu la marque pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des consommateurs. On a beau donner le meilleur de nous-m\u00eames dans notre travail, travailler plus, motiver nos collaborateurs, on peut avoir une note moins bonne que la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, on ne peut pas g\u00e9rer cela.<\/p>\n<p>Un bon outil, c\u2019est un outil qui nous donne le moyen d\u2019agir, d\u2019o\u00f9 le concept de capital pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<h3>6e\u00a0conseil\u00a0: Ne pas se fier au parcours client<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9tonnamment,\u00a0Emmanuel Mignot nous conseille de ne pas nous fier au parcours client, car selon lui c\u2019est une fausse id\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, lorsque les banques r\u00eavent d\u2019avoir \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de donn\u00e9es sur chacun de leurs comptes, mais n\u2019arrivent pas \u00e0 les mettre \u00e0 jour, cela cr\u00e9e des probl\u00e8mes plus que de r\u00e9sultats positifs.<\/p>\n<p>Le parcours client est illusoire \u00e0 cause du nombre ind\u00e9fini de variations possibles autour de chacun des points de passage, de l\u2019engagement du personnel qui devrait \u00eatre avec 100\u00a0% d\u2019adh\u00e9sion et de comp\u00e9tence, ce qui est impossible.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, un client peut aller dans un point de vente, sur Internet, par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, ce n\u2019est pas un point unique.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, il peut arriver avant l\u2019ouverture, apr\u00e8s la fermeture, il peut tomber sur un vendeur incomp\u00e9tent qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre recrut\u00e9. Toutes ces variables forment des catastrophes en termes de parcours client.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la vraie clef c\u2019est la confiance dans le personnel, dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une culture d\u2019entreprise orient\u00e9e vers le client adopt\u00e9 par tous qui mettra en \u0153uvre la vision du client de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h3>7e\u00a0conseil pour optimiser son centre de contact, unifier ses discours<\/h3>\n<p>Comme vous le savez, les canaux se multiplient (r\u00e9seaux, tchat, mail, etc.).
