En effet, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de discuter avec ces cinq personnes autour de la th\u00e9matique de la transformation digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Ce terme est tr\u00e8s en vogue aujourd&rsquo;hui : tout le monde pr\u00e9tend l&rsquo;appliquer, rares sont ceux qui le comprenne r\u00e9ellement. On l&#8217;emploie pour parler des simples capacit\u00e9s techniques de l&rsquo;entreprise, de ses employ\u00e9s ou de son site web.<\/p>\n<p>Pour avoir les diff\u00e9rentes opinions \u00e0 propos de ce sujet, j&rsquo;ai pos\u00e9 les m\u00eames questions \u00e0 tous les participants de la table ronde.<\/p>\n<h3>La transformation num\u00e9rique en quelques mots, c&rsquo;est&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>La question pi\u00e8ge. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la transformation digitale en quelques mots ? La transformation digitale a un impact important sur\u00a0le consommateur tout comme sur l&rsquo;organisation. Le consommateur connect\u00e9 a un besoin \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re, les tendances et les modes \u00e9voluent\u00a0\u00e0 grande allure. Cela oblige les entreprises a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation et de transformation; en d&rsquo;autres termes, il faut comprendre le consommateur, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de ses besoins, afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ses attentes. L&rsquo;entreprise place donc le consommateur au centre de sa structure. L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du digital permet de collecter un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de donn\u00e9es ; en collaborant, les \u00e9quipes peuvent mieux utiliser ces informations. Le client n&rsquo;est plus oblig\u00e9 de se rendre en boutique ; un large choix de produits existe en ligne. En quelques clics, le client peut choisir de se faire livrer un article, et m\u00eame avoir des conseils s&rsquo;il le souhaite. A travers cet exemple, on comprend que la transformation digitale peut changer la structuration du mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;une enseigne.<\/p>\n<h2>Et de mauvaises pratiques<\/h2>\n<p>En premi\u00e8re place :\u00a0r\u00e9duire la transformation num\u00e9rique \u00e0 la simple digitalisation d&rsquo;un outil ou d&rsquo;une technologie. Le digital sera int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans toutes les t\u00e2ches d&rsquo;une entreprise tout comme un mode de fonctionnement naturel.
