Et aujourd&rsquo;hui, cette identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique a v\u00e9ritablement un impact sur notre quotidien, l&rsquo;e-r\u00e9putation touche une part importante de personnes dans le monde, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.journaldunet.com\/ebusiness\/le-net\/1071539-nombre-d-internautes-dans-le-monde\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">le\u00a0nombre d\u2019internautes \u00e9tant de 3,2 milliards\u00a0en 2015.<\/a>\u00a0Ainsi, chaque individu construit au fur et \u00e0 mesure son identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique sur la toile gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa pr\u00e9sence sur celle-ci.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Chaque photo, tweet, post, commentaire que nous publions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme sur Facebook, Instagram, Twitter ou m\u00eame sur les blogs permettent de nous identifier. Cela a donc un v\u00e9ritable impact sur notre vie priv\u00e9e que certaines personnes ne contr\u00f4lent pas. Les internautes ne sont pas tous conscients, ils se savent pas que leurs actes sur la toile engendrent la cr\u00e9ation de leur propre e-r\u00e9putation qui peut leur jouer des tours. C&rsquo;est pourquoi,\u00a0nous devons \u00eatre en permanence attentifs et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir avant de liker, publier des choses sur le web, car cela est irr\u00e9vocable.<\/p>\n<h2>Lien fort entre r\u00e9putation et e-r\u00e9putation<\/h2>\n<p>Il faut savoir que lorsque l&rsquo;on parle d&rsquo;e-r\u00e9putation, avant de parler de r\u00e9putation en ligne, on parle tout d&rsquo;abord de r\u00e9putation (r\u00e9elle). Et dans\u00a0notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, la r\u00e9putation est quelque chose d&rsquo;important. Il faut \u00eatre honn\u00eate, elle permet d&rsquo;orienter les divers choix op\u00e9r\u00e9es par les individus, car ceux-ci sont attentifs \u00e0 l&rsquo;image qu&rsquo;ils renvoient. Ils\u00a0souhaitent contr\u00f4ler la mani\u00e8re dont ils sont per\u00e7us par autrui. Le but \u00e9tant d&rsquo;avoir des opinions favorables sur notre propre personne.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Or, cela a chang\u00e9 depuis l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du digital dans notre vie quotidienne. Les fran\u00e7ais sont de plus en plus pr\u00e9sents sur internet, ils\u00a0interagissent de plus en plus sur la toile sans forc\u00e9ment s&rsquo;en rendre compte en r\u00e9pondant tout d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 des questionnaires, en postant des commentaires sur les forums, etc. Et au fur et \u00e0 mesure, ces personnes arrivent sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux en se cr\u00e9ant des profils sous leur nom propre ou sous l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un avatar. Sur ces plateformes, certaines personnes se l\u00e2chent, en postant des commentaires sur son entreprise, sur nos achats, sur les \u00e9missions que l&rsquo;on regarde en suivant le hashtag.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement de nombreuses personnes, ne se rendent pas compte de la port\u00e9e de leurs mots, et ils postent des choses compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9plac\u00e9es (raciste, homophobe, etc.). Or, \u00e0 ce moment donn\u00e9e, ces personnes ne sont pas conscientes que leur e-r\u00e9putation est en train de se construire \u00e0 travers leur prise de parole personnelle comme professionnelle. Une grande majorit\u00e9 des personnes sont compl\u00e8tement inconscientes du reflet qu&rsquo;ils ont sur le web.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, aujourd&rsquo;hui on observe un effacement des fronti\u00e8res entre la vie personnelle et professionnelle, qui nous pousse \u00e0 \u00eatre de plus en plus attentifs lorsque nous prenons la parole sur internet. Au-del\u00e0 de parler d&rsquo;e-r\u00e9putation ou de personal branding, on peut parler de profesional branding. Au coll\u00e8ge, des travaux de recherche leurs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 demand\u00e9s et il ne faut pas se mentir, il est plus plus facile pour eux de trouver \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&rsquo;informations sur la toile que dans les livres et les dictionnaires. En effet, aujourd&rsquo;hui nous sommes face \u00e0 un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d&rsquo;abandon de la lecture papier par les jeunes. Certes, certains continuent \u00e0 lire des bouquins, mais cela est de plus en plus rare. Face \u00e0 cette ouverture de la toile, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves s&rsquo;exposent de plus en plus t\u00f4t sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Mais ils ne prennent pas de pr\u00e9cautions dessus. Ainsi, ils exposent leur vie personnelle sans s&rsquo;en rendre compte. Cependant, ils ont des r\u00e9seaux de pr\u00e9dilection. Par exemple, sur Instagram, les personnes postent des photos positives par rapport \u00e0 leur personnalit\u00e9 alors que sur Snapchat, ils postent des photos ou vid\u00e9os de leur vie en temps r\u00e9elle.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les jeunes suivent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de blogueuses et youtubeuses qui elles, exposent compl\u00e8tement leur vie personnelle sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Et ils ont un avis clairement d\u00e9fini par rapport \u00e0 cela. En effet, lors des vlogs qu&rsquo;elles publient, ces jeunes personnes se confient beaucoup trop sur leur vie. De plus, elles s&rsquo;humilient toute seule. Or, les jeunes ne sont gu\u00e8re int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par cela. De plus, elles se plaignent des moqueries \u00e0 leur encontre. Mais ceux-ci trouvent que cela n&rsquo;est que de leur faute \u00e0 cause de leur sur-exposition, elles se cr\u00e9ent elles-m\u00eames une mauvaise e-r\u00e9putation.
