Elles prouvent aussi que parmi ces entreprises, celles qui ont fourni l\u2019effort de s\u2019int\u00e9resser aux internautes, en r\u00e9coltent les fruits.<\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de transformation digitale, on verra clairement \u00e9merger des gagnants et des perdants, et cela ne concerne pas que les leaders du CAC40 (transparence :\u00a0Solocal, la maison\u00a0m\u00e8re de Pagesjaunes fait partie de nos clients au travers se sa filiale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solocal.com\/solutions-pour-reseaux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bridge<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Les avis des clients se portent sur les produits mais aussi et\u00a0surtout sur les TPE \/ PME<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tout d&rsquo;abord, les avis des internautes ne sont pas que n\u00e9gatifs.<\/strong> C&rsquo;est en effet pr\u00e8s de 20 % de la population grand public qui n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 d\u00e9poser des commentaires lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont satisfaits. C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire plus que la population qui d\u00e9clare exprimer syst\u00e9matiquement son m\u00e9contentement (12%). Ces chiffres sont \u00e0 mon avis \u00e0 nuancer selon les pays. Ayant travaill\u00e9 sur ce genre de sujets (via les m\u00e9dias sociaux) au travers de diff\u00e9rentes zones g\u00e9ographiques, je me suis aper\u00e7u que dans certains pays, <strong>notamment au Royaume-Uni, on n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 \u00eatre beaucoup plus critique sur les marques.<\/strong> Peut-\u00eatre que les Fran\u00e7ais sont plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9s et h\u00e9sitent, \u00e0 juste titre, \u00e0 exprimer des avis n\u00e9gatifs qui pourraient aussi se retourner contre eux. L&rsquo;immense majorit\u00e9 de la population interrog\u00e9e (71 %) d\u00e9clare se livrer \u00e0 des commentaires de fa\u00e7on plus nuanc\u00e9e, en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 de leur insatisfaction ou de leur satisfaction. Dans tous les cas, <strong>les commentaires ne laissent pas le grand public indiff\u00e9rent<\/strong>. Citons notamment les artisans, d\u00e9panneurs et installateurs artisans du BTP, les professions m\u00e9dicales et param\u00e9dicales et les professions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention du permis de conduire auto moto.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont les m\u00e9tiers qui sont les plus demand\u00e9s en termes d\u2019avis clients par les internautes. Pas \u00e9tonnant non plus que sur ces m\u00e9tiers s\u2019installent de plus en plus d&rsquo;acteurs digitaux qui viennent en rupture compl\u00e8te avec la distribution professionnelle (plombier.fr, mondocteur.fr etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Les autres m\u00e9tiers ne sont pas en reste avec les banques et assurances qui sont tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9es en termes d\u2019avis clients. Cette nouvelle donne oblige les professionnels qui ont plus l\u2019habitude de passer du temps sur le terrain que derri\u00e8re un ordinateur \u00e0 changer leurs habitudes et peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 recruter des profils l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rents pour certaines choses.<\/p>\n<p>Peut \u00eatre diminuer les t\u00e2ches administratives pour les remplacer par des t\u00e2ches marketing et de r\u00e9putation. Seuls 13 % de ces entreprises conscientes de la r\u00e9putation ne r\u00e9pondent que rarement aux commentaires.<\/p>\n<h3>Les PME d\u00e9crochent sur la transformation digitale<\/h3>\n<p>En conclusion, on observe un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9crochage entre la minorit\u00e9 (14 %) qui est consciente de l\u2019importance de la r\u00e9putation qui agit sur ce point en n\u2019h\u00e9sitant pas \u00e0 recruter des ressources d\u00e9di\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Et l\u2019immense majorit\u00e9 (86 %) qui ignore le sujet au risque de voir sa r\u00e9putation entach\u00e9e et son chiffre d\u2019affaires ralenti par les mauvais avis des clients.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de compte, les \u00a0TPE et PME fran\u00e7aises, bien que conscients de l\u2019influence des avis (55% pensent que cela est tr\u00e8s important), ne font que rarement le travail n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la maintenance de cette r\u00e9putation.<\/p>\n<p>Preuve s\u2019il en avait \u00e9t\u00e9 besoin qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9crochage des PME et TPE en France en mati\u00e8re de transformation digitale.
