D&rsquo;ailleurs, le terme m\u00eame de transformation digitale est faux : on devrait plut\u00f4t parler de transformation avec le digital ou de transformation avec le num\u00e9rique.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Et les enjeux induits par\u00a0transformation ne se limitent pas non plus au seul achat de l&rsquo;outil. Le plus difficile est certainement le travail de sensibilisation, d&rsquo;adaptation, de formation des \u00e9quipes \u00e0 un nouvel environnement de travail. C&rsquo;est un enjeu qui existe depuis des si\u00e8cles, et qui perdure aujourd&rsquo;hui, de l&rsquo;apparition des machines \u00e0 vapeur dans les entreprises anglaises de textiles aux outils de collaboration d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.
